Piñatas are brilliant. They are a PRESENT for EVERYONE that you hit with a STICK. Not much is better than that. In fact, ALL gifts should be given in a piñata. Sure, that means on Christmas morning your new Xbox might be smashed into a thousand pieces, but blame the folks at Microsoft who shipped a product that wasn’t piñata-proof (the true test of quality).

Have you ever been in charge of filling a piñata? Let me tell you, it’s a true test of character. Are you going to stuff it with the cheapest crap you can find or the most premium candy products? Maybe you’ll even slip some toys and glowsticks in there? Choose wisely, because in the end, what’s inside the piñata is a reflection of who YOU are on the inside, and it’s about to be smashed open for everyone to see.

En un acto multitudinario se ve a Peña Nieto saludandoa todas esas mujeres que solo lo quieren por su cuerpo, cuando una de ellas se le acerca con su teléfono para tomarse un selfie pero para desgracia de la mujer Peña Nieto no agarra el teléfono bien y se le cae antes de poder tomarse la foto. A cualquiera se le puede caer el teléfono, ¿no?

Interesante la investigación que está realizando el Dr. Graham Doig respecto a nuevos métodos para apagar incendios. En detalle con el último de sus trabajos pretende demostrar que una explosión -sí, como lo están leyendo, una explosión- podría ser una nueva arma contra los incendios no controlados.

La UNSW que está a cargo de la investigación nos informa que se han realizado un montón de experimentos con los que se demuestra cómo podría ser utilizada una explosión para apagar un incendio, y de hecho explica el método de una forma muy fácil, pues dice basarse en el mismo principio que utilizamos para apagar una vela.

Con dicha explosión se generaría una onda de aire que mandaría el fuego lejos de su fuente de combustible, dando como resultado la extinción de éste.

Por ahora sus experimentos se limitan tan sólo a un tubo que emite la onda de aire y apagan una pequeña llama, pero dice que la misma idea se puede llevar a la gran escala para combatir incendios forestales.

De hecho Doig plantea que dicha onda de aire se puede dirigir directamente a la punta de los árboles para así mandar al suelo cualquier material que sirva como combustible para el fuego, y combatirlo después con formas tradicionales pero con una mayor facilidad.

El video que dejamos a continuación es un claro ejemplo de cómo funcionaría este método, aunque ojo, éste no es realmente nuevo pues ya se utiliza para apagar incendios en los pozos petroleros:
