Animated family film Home easily topped the North American box office in its debut with $54 million from 3,708 theaters in a much-needed win for Jeffrey Katzenberg’s DreamWorks Animation. While many critics were hard on Home, audiences gave the music-infused film an A CinemaScore, guaranteeing good word of mouth. Home's voice cast includes Rihanna in her first turn in an animated film, Jennifer Lopez and Steve Martin.

"Just my gut feeling," King told Patrick. "I think you get the Rams and the Chargers sharing a stadium that Kroenke will manage and own. And then I think you get the Raiders moving to St. Louis ... It just makes a lot of sense."
King added that he doesn't see the Raiders getting a new stadium in Oakland and he doesn't know if the NFL wants the Raiders back in Los Angeles.

Start with the film's globetrotting ways. The Middle East features camels and women strutting around to bumping, vaguely Arabic trap music. Tokyo is all neon glow and women strutting around to bumping, vaguely Asian trap music. There's not much the world can agree on in Furious 7, except for trap music.
Every line is crafted as a nod to the ridiculousness of the franchise. In an early scene, Dom explains how he grew a racing festival from scratch. Naturally, the racing event is called "Race Wars" and features a cameo from rapper Iggy Azalea. Race wars, Iggy Azalea, and Vin Diesel — this is all in the film's first 20 minutes.

The 26-year-old woman, identified only as Maria W., recalled in an interview with the mass-circulation Bild daily how Andreas Lubitz told her: "One day I'm going to do something that will change the whole system, and everyone will know my name and remember."
"I never knew what he meant by that but now it makes sense," it quoted the "shocked" flight attendant as saying, adding the remark repeatedly ran through her head after hearing about Tuesday's air disaster.

Employees at several Austin businesses have found stickers saying "exclusively for white people" placed on their windows, sparking an investigation into their origin and condemnation from the mayor. Mayor Steve Adler said the stickers discovered Wednesday morning were "an appalling and offensive display of ignorance in our city."
The stickers also say "Maximum of 5 colored customers / colored BOH staff accepted," apparently referring to the "back of house" operations at a restaurant. They featured a city of Austin logo and claimed to be "sponsored by the City of Austin Contemporary Partition and Restoration Program," though no such program exists. The city has said the use of its logo was unauthorized.

This commitment to a diversity of viewpoints is remarkably strong, as indicated by the paper’s inclusion of science writer Razib Khan.
According to his Times author page, Khan is “a science blogger, a programmer and a doctoral candidate in genomics and genetics at the University of California, Davis.” Omitted from the paper’s biography, as a quick Google search indicates, is Khan’s history with racist, far-right online publications.
