Mademoiselle Maurice is an established street artist who works mainly with origami and tiles, creating colourful spaces of abstractions in cities all around the world.

Her new mural, titled Rainbow Road covers platform 1 of the rail station in Maryland, London. It is composed with more than a thousand tiles, all hand painted with a rainbow colour palette.

The motif for the mural was inspired by Beckett’s play “Waiting for Godot”, where two people wait endlessly in a station for someone who never arrives. The piece questions the importance – or unimportance – of time. Is time spent waiting meaningless?

With Rainbow Road Maurice wants to look at the tiles composing the mural as train passengers and dedicate her wall to them.

La japoneses de Namco Bandai han dado con la clave para crear el juego de realidad virtual más aterrador: VR Zone Projecti i Can.

Ni zombies, ni alimañas galácticas, ni sustos por la espalda; la clave para provocar el pánico más atroz se resume en dos conceptos: gatito encantador y pánico a las alturas. Crueldad nipona al más alto nivel.

El argumento es muy sencillo: Te encuentras en el ascensor de un rascacielos, ascendiendo al último piso. La puerta se abre, te dan un empujoncito y te encuentras sobre un tablón de madera, suspendido a decenas de metros sobre el suelo, con un atemorizado gatito (aaawwwww) esperando a ser rescatado antes de precipitarse al vacío. Tu objetivo es salvarlo manteniendo el equilibrio en la pasarela y sin manchar los pantalones.

El efecto que esta experiencia provoca sobre los jugadores no puede ser más perturbador.

El "Cooper Canyon Cocktail Bar" es un proyecto de bar-restaurante ideado por el estudio Tall Arquitectos, cuyo factor diferencial será poder presumir de tener unas vistas impresionantes. La estructura del edificio colgará literalmente del borde de un acantilado frente a la cascada de Basaseachi, en México.

No será apto para los que sufren de vértigo. Su suelo transparente, sobre el vacío, provocará que la digestión de lo que consumamos sea más rápida de lo normal; los alimentos ingeridos tendrán prisa por abandonar nuestro cuerpo por cualquiera de las dos vías disponibles. Suponemos que el diseño dispondrá de una fácil accesibilidad a los lavabos, en caso contrario será divertido.

Este tiene que ser, sin duda, el parque más bonito del mundo. Las reacciones de los chicos del vídeo así lo demuestran ¿no os parece?

No sabemos dónde se localiza, la única pista es la que nos da el abuelo que aparece en la grabación, cuando dice "Welcome to the Park".

Por cierto, no entiendo el título del vídeo, no se que pinta ahí eso de Jurassic Parc y dinosaurios. Debe ser un error de Youtube.
