‘How To Read A Dress’ Connects Centuries Of Women Through Fashion

Kwame Alexander believes that wonder lies between the lines of poems.

His new book Out of Wonder, is a collection of original poems for children written in the style of some of the world’s most famous poets — Rumi, Robert Frost, Pablo Neruda, Maya Angelou. The poems were written by Alexander, Chris Colderley and Marjory Wentworth and illustrated by Ekua Holmes.

There are three aims for the book — to encourage kids to read poetry, to introduce them to great poets, and to inspire them to write poems of their own.

“It’s a lofty goal, but I think that’s a metaphor for what poetry is,” Alexander says.

According Swedish Sweclockers expected that AMD launches its new graphics family, RX 500, 18 April. The cards will take over for the Polaris-based RX 400 family which was launched in June 2016.

One refresher

Polaris architecture will still be based RX 500 series, only to be called a “refresher” of his predecessor. That means we probably will not get to see very much higher performance, but perhaps even higher clock speeds or slightly better efficiency. Not unlike the transition from R9 200 series to R9 300 series in its time.

Reportedly said to the RX 480 and RX 470 are replaced respectively by the RX 580 and RX 570 already on April 18. A few weeks later followed by two Polaris 11-based boards, namely the RX 560 and RX 550. RX 550 will remain under RX 460 when it comes to performance.
More interesting than the RX 500 family is AMD enthusiast series, Vega RX, which will be launched in early summer. Website Chip Hell can now bring images of an unidentified short Vega RX family. It suggests that the company is on track in terms of an imminent launch.

What is happening on Wendy’s twitter?

After destroying a dude so badly the other day that he quit twitter, the Twitter feed of a fast-food restaurant known for something called the “Baconator” has been roasting all comers.

Wendy’s seems like it’s tired of playing third fiddle to McDonald’s and Burger King and is trying to establish place as the resident bad girl of the fast-food game. Their time has come. They will no longer be known for their square burgers. While the other guys might fry their food, we know Wendy’s is the only place to get roasted.
