Jesse L. Martin and his Flash co-stars Rick Cosnett and Carlos Valdes sang a gospel version of the Firefly theme song that will have you once again crying over the show’s demise. They did it as a thank you after Joss Whedon made a large donation to their Kickstarter.

The group is working on a short film called The Letter Carrier that tells the story of a black family in the 1860s hiding from slavery in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The story is told through music, making this thank you especially appropriate.

After the release of the Babel expansion in 2014, another new twist is coming to the much sought-after world of 7 Wonders – Duel. Designed for 2 players only, it infuses certain elements from traditional solitaire card games that the available cards will be arranged in a pyramid layout, and only cards that are not blocked by the others could be taken. When a player collects two identical science symbols on the cards, tokens that grant bonus effects are awarded. To win the game, players can choose to achieve military victory, scientific dominance or the most VP.

7 Wonders: Duel has an approximate play time of 20 minutes, and is expected to be released in October 2015.

I don’t know if you’ve seen it, but there seems to be a never seen before terminator model in the latest Terminator:Genesys trailer. Yes, it’s the one that we briefly see at 0:26 and then coming out of the fire at 0:44. It seems to be some kind of hybrid between a T-800 and a T-1000.

Star Wars: Aftermath is an upcoming novel by acclaimed writer Chuck Wendig that will bridge the gap between The Battle of Endor in Return of the Jedi and the next movie in the Star Wars Saga, The Force Awakens. Unsurprisingly, the book will be the first part of a trilogy.

The second Death Star is destroyed. The Emperor and his powerful enforcer, Darth Vader, are rumored to be dead. The Galactic Empire is in chaos.

Across the galaxy, some systems celebrate, while in others Imperial factions tighten their grip. Optimism and fear reign side by side.
