Hello Everyone. I'm back with another Farmacy Beauty Product Review. The product I will be sharing with you all today is New Day. Which is a gentle exfoliating grain with enchinace greeneny. I have been testing this product out now for a few week and love it. 

One reason why I have been loving the New Day. Is it get your face super clean. I use makeup removing wipes at night. Which I have been thinking they have been get all my makeup off. Well I was wrong.  One morning I used the New Day before my shower. As I wipe off the New Day I looked at my washcloth and it had left over foundation on it. That the makeup wipe. Didn't get off. 

When using the New Day all you need in a quarter size amount. In the picture above I used a little more then that. To show you all what the grains look it. After you put the gains in your palm or hands. Mix it with water and it will foam. 

Then gentle put it on your face and rub it in circle motion. After you done putting it on your face and working it in. Then rinse it off. I use a washcloth to get the product off my face. Then pat dry your face. You will then feel you face being to tighten up. Plus you skin will be smoother.

Akiyuki Nosaka, the Naoki Prize-winning author of Grave of the Fireflies, passed away on Wednesday, December 9. He was 85.



He based the Grave of the Fireflies novel on his post-war experiences - his real-life little sister died, among other members of his family.

Grave of the Fireflies was adapted by director Isao Takahata.

She’s a very special girl.

We say this because we’re pretty sure we detest this cotton candy confection masquerading as a dress and we’re DAMN sure we’d be ranting against any gal who would even consider pairing this spun-sugar, potential toothache of a garment with bubblegum pink pumps.

And yet we gasped. Like, GAY-gasped, big-time. It’s a silly trifle of a frock, but somehow, she’s working some form of style alchemy that’s making it work like gangbusters. We’re almost embarrassed to admit this, but we think she looks amazing.

Y’know? When we heard these shots were released we had no reaction whatsoever (because the previous two live NBC musicals ranged from dull to disastrous), but now that we’ve seen them, we feel that squeeeeing must commence. Maybe this’ll be just as bad as the other two, but we think the more modern vibe of this one might make it a little more palatable than watching a stiff Carrie Underwood or completely miscast Allison Williams struggle their way through the worst career decisions of their lives.

Besides, the costumes are fabulous.

He does kind of look like Harry from Harry and the Hendersons, we have to admit. On the other hand, the vest was a nice touch, as are the fur locs and braids.

The straw hair is amazing, but our favorite part is the crow print all over his shirt. Subtle, but witty.

It’s about what you’d expect. Love the hard hat.

The MBTA back in October put several different paint-job designs for new Orange, Red and Green line trains to a public vote. The voting ended Nov. 3 after respondents cast more than 175,000 online ballots. The top vote-getter for each route is supposed to become the future look of trains on said route. Except. Per the Globe: "[T]he voting included some unusual results. Most Orange Line color-pickers submitted their votes early, shortly after the contest was publicized. But votes for the Green Line and Red Line color schemes surged several days into the contest ... Additionally, hundreds of the votes came from the same IP address, which submitted as many as three survey responses per second, according to the survey's results page." The MBTA is looking into the irregularities.
