Holy cow, when you guys go all out you go all out! In another example of this fandom amazes the crap out of me we have this absolutely massive mosaic poster made completely out of beads. How many beads? Almost 1 million beads to make this roughly 2 meter high and 3 meter long which took a year and a half to make and almost $1000 in materials.

You can argue it all you want, but the 80's really was the zenith of wrestling in the United States. I'm not going to say that there hasn't been technically better wrestling to appear on the seen since then, but their popularity will never be as high as it was in the 80's.

How about some Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling, anyone?

I have now entered the fun-filled world of cross stitch pattern design! It's basically pixel art (right?), except that I have to consult the gigantic color guide, and the product is an awesome decoration that will last many decades! Expect more of these, plus the occasional finished piece. I'm still learning this stuff, so don't expect it to be perfect just yet...

So anyway, during my craft store excursion I had already bought all the colors for the pattern that AlaskanAsh had done fav.me/d5zolys, but it seemed pretty unoriginal to redo two of those in a row, so I decided to find a program and re-purpose the colors into a pattern of my own.

When 18-year-old Stian Ytterdahl’s friends dared him to get a tattoo, they gave him only two options to choose from – Barbie on his buttocks or a McDonald’s receipt on his arm. They’re both terrible, but I suppose you can’t blame Stian for choosing the latter.

“Some of my mates thought I had been a bit too active on the ladies front recently and wanted to punish me,” he said. “When we were in the restaurant on Monday, they said I had to tattoo a Barbie doll on my bum, or the receipt on my arm.” Incidentally, this is the teenager’s first tattoo ever, covering most of his lower right arm. There’s a large McDonalds logo at the top, followed by a list of items he ordered off the menu – a cheeseburger and four added toppings.

Stian, from Lørenskog in Southwest Norway, also said that his parents were not at all pleased with the turn of events. “I got an email from my dad that wasn’t entirely positive, saying: ‘What on earth have you done?! Do you think you are coming home with that!? Your mother has had a break down.’” Stian’s parents got to know about the tattoo from a report in the local newspaper and they were devastated.

Hey there everyone! It's time for another artist spotlight of some of the pony artists out there that help keep our fandom running. Check them all out after the break and take in some pony culture.

As usual, these posts are in similar style to the Tumblr Spotlights, a group of 3-4 artists will be spotlit each entry along with a small short description along with a small selection of their artwork! In order to make this feature work though we need people to suggest artists to us so make sure to send artists you think need some exposure to calpain@equestriadaily.com. Please also include a short biography I can work with as well as what medium you work in most.

What sort of artists count? Suggestions should follow these criteria:

• No clop or extensive gore galleries as those typically violate our content guidelines. If the artist has a safe for work gallery separate from their not safe for work stuff they or their fans can submit the safe for work gallery. If there is a mix of SFW/NSFW on a gallery the decision whether or not to include them will be judged on a gallery to gallery basis.
• Don't be afraid to spotlight yourself as well as others!
• Artists of all types accepted -vector, OC, traditional, digital. As long as it is pony and of quality it has a chance of being spotlit.
