The first "dedicated contract-brewing facility" in the state of Massachusetts is on its way, and it will be opening in a neighborhood of Boston.
According to a post in New England Brew News, Dorchester Brewing Company plans to open in Dorchester in the summer of 2015, with the business being a place where craft beer brands can brew and package their products at the facility. The article says that the company will be located in an 18,000-square-foot facility in the Bowdoin/Geneva section of Dorchester, with the space being a spot where brands can bottle, keg, can, barrel age, and store their beers.

A Downtown Boston eatery that focuses on salads and sandwiches is planning to open another location in Cambridge.
According to a poster on the Chowhound site, Bailey & Sage on State Street in the Financial District is looking at opening a second shop at 5 Cambridge Center in Kendall Square. A Board of Zoning Appeal Agenda page within the City of Cambridge website confirms this, with the post indicating that a meeting on the proposed dining spot will take place on Thursday, April 10.
Based on the menu at the original location of Bailey & Sage, expect to see a variety of salads, specialty sandwiches, and "traditional" sandwiches at the new shop, including such sandwiches as rock crab, prosciutto and brie, beef brisket, Cubanos, and turkey rachels.
