Mechaphile Claims to Have Had Sex With Over 1,000 Cars
Mrdesplainesthis dude may love his car more then mark r..
63-year-old Edward Smith is a self-described mechaphile, and he explains his sexual and emotional attraction to cars in a video interview with Barcroft TV. Smith has been sexually attracted to vehicles since he was 14, and claims to have had sex with over 1,000 automobiles in his life. For the past 30 years, Smith has been in a long-term, open relationship with a Volkswagen Beetle named Vanilla.
I feel a tremendous sense of calm when I am with her. No matter how I tell people they are blown away. ‘What’s he do just stick it up the tail pipe?’ That’s all they can think of and the sexual satisfaction it’s not like that. It’s so much more. It’s about making a connection with this car’s spiritual energy. I’ve been with Vanilla for 30 years now. I still get the temptation to pull over the side of the road if I see a really cute car parked. But I don’t want to break my promise to Vanilla to remain faithful to her.”

Is This Banksy?

There are three things we know for certain: That is Banksy's truck; that is Banksy's installation; and that photo was taken at Banksy's warehouse. But one question remains: Is the man in this photo Banksy?
How Cats See the World
Artist and researcher Nickolay Lamm has created a series of photos that illustrate how cats see the world compared to how people do. The top photo of each pair shows what humans see, the bottom is an estimate of what cats see. Lamm consulted with eye specialists at the University of Pennsylvania veterinary school and learned that cats have a wider field of view, can’t see well at a distance, have much better night vision, and can see blue and yellow colors, but not reds and oranges. For more photos and information on how cats see the world, head over to Lamm’s article.

Apple – New Products Announcement October 22nd, 2013 | Confirmed

The invitations are finally here! Less than 24 hours after Apple announced the hiring of Burberry CEO Angela Ahrendts to a new executive position, the Cupertino-base tech giant sent out its official invites to a product presentation event in San Francisco later this month. As predicted and rumored, the date for the big unveiling will be Tuesday, October 22nd. In its typical fashion, Apple gave little clues about the event except for a cryptic statement “We still have a lot to cover.” However, given the larger venue at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, most analysts are expecting Apple to unveil a slew of new products, including the upcoming OS X 10.9 “Mavericks”, Mac Pro desktop, new iPad, an iPad Mini with Retina Display, a new MacBook Pro laptop, with a possibility of a Smartwatch as well… Everything is set to go down on October 22nd. Start the countdown now…

Watch a Single Mother Who Works at McDonald's Confront McD's President
For almost a year now, a national labor movement has been pushing for higher wages for America's fast food workers. Game Asks: Is it an IKEA Product or a Death Metal Band?
IKEA or Death is an online game that challenges you to correctly label words as either an IKEA product or a death metal band. The game was created by the Gatesman+Dave marketing agency.
IKEA is that friendly shop where you get cheap furniture from the inside of a giant, unending warehouse. Black metal is the kind of music that sounds like someone screaming while trapped inside a burning church. They each possess a fervent fan base. And to tell you the truth, the names of the furniture in IKEA sound a lot like the names of black metal bands. Consider this quiz an educational way to learn the difference between the two.

Tiny ‘Tether Car’ Model Racer Reaches 205 MPH in Video
In this astonishing video, a tiny tether car model racer accelerates around a small track until it reaches a manic 205 MPH. Tether cars, which were developed in America in the 1930s, take their name from a tether than attaches them to a post in the center of the race track (they cannot be remotely controlled). For more info, check out the American Miniature Racing Car Association.
