Claw arcade game machines are good for only one thing: eating children. They rarely pick up any prizes because the claws are too weak to hold any object heavier than a feather.

This variation, though, looks more profitable. It requires a human child for operation. Go get one. I'm not going to ask where you got it. Just get one and come back.

Once you have the child, strap it into the harness. The child's arms, though weak compared to an adult's, are strong enough to grasp a large amount of loot.

Sonic the Hedgehog comemora 24 anos no ocidente. O primeiro jogo foi lançado na Megadrive no dia 23 de junho de 1991 nos Estados Unidos e Europa. Uns dias mais tarde, no dia 26 de junho, foi a vez de ter sido lançado no Japão.

O famoso ouriço azul tornou-se rapidamente na mascote da SEGA, marcando presença também na sua portátil Game Gear e na velhinha Master System.

Actualmente o ouriço marca presença em vários jogos para várias plataformas depois da SEGA ter deixado de fabricar consolas para se focar apenas no desenvolvimento de jogos. É curioso saber que é na sua antiga rival Nintendo que Sonic tem vindo a registar melhores vendas, com o próximo jogo a ser lançado ainda este ano na Nintendo 3DS de seu nome Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice.

Metal Gear Solid Illustrations by Emilio Lopez

The Golden Gate Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and the Space Needle come to life in a growing series of U.S. landmark animations created by illustrators Kirk Wallace and Latham Arnott. In this collection, Wallace's background in computer science is hinted at through his signature computer icon-like style that he always balances with fun and some bright color. Then, Arnott adds the finishing touch by transforming Wallace's pictograms into hypnotizing GIFs.

The illustrations are available for purchase as prints, which Wallace prints in his studio. Perhaps these aren't your old stomping grounds or your favorite landmarks, but more cities are expected to be added over time.
