Yahoo! debuted this new X-Men: Apocalypse poster featuring the title character and his horseman: Angel, Psylocke, Storm and Magneto.
Ben Hardy, Olivia Munn, Alexandra Shipp and Michael Fassbender play the horsemen to Oscar Issac‘s Apocalypse. The film continues the timeline established in X-Men: Days of Future Past as the team faces the legendary mutant in the 1980s.

These studio photos created by Aaron Tilley have proven to be quite polarizing when people view them, generally dividing viewers into two groups- those who anticipate and those who get anxious.
The anticipators can't wait to see what happens when the swinging rock strikes a match head thereby setting hundreds of matches ablaze, and they really look forward to watching these bricks smash that glass:
The anxious group, however, can't wait to look away from Aaron's utterly nerve-wracking images and take a Xanax.
Thankfully, you don't have to tell anyone which group you're in, because everyone around you will have a good idea whether you're anxious or not after you finish skimming through this post!

After Saturday’s UFC 196 in Las Vegas, the MMA world is buzzing about upsets.
Conor McGregor was upset by Nate Diaz, and Holly Holm was upset by Miesha Tate. So with that in mind, we offer up one of the biggest upsets in the history of the sport: Matt Serra’s welterweight title win over Georges St-Pierre in April 2007 at UFC 69.
“GSP” was a huge favorite, but Serra stopped him with a first-round TKO to win the belt.
The victory was, without question, the defining fight of Serra’s career. He fought just four times after that, going 1-3 – including a loss to St-Pierre in a rematch a year later.
But no one can take it away from Serra that he was a UFC champion. Relive that fight from about nine years ago in the video above.

If you're looking for a crazy conspiracy theory to read there are some real corkers online, and one of the newer theories that caught my eye claims Katy Perry is actually child pageant queen JonBenét Ramsey, who was murdered in 1996.
There's obviously very little proof to support this claim, other than the fact that Katy kinda looks like what JonBenét might have grown up to look like.
Also there's a lot of proof that Katy is actually Katheryn Elizabeth "Katy" Hudson born October 25th, 1984 in Santa Barbara, California, which would have made her twelve at the time of the murder.

But the proof these online conspiracists are presenting is rock solid- JonBenét and Katy kinda look alike, and sorta have the same eyebrows, their parents look kinda similar too.
Oh, and they both know the lyrics to God Bless America, which as we all know is an extremely rare talent, and get this- Katy referenced JonBenét in one of her biographies. Say, that is compelling evidence!

What’s impressive about Spielberg, or at least one of the many impressive aspects of the man, is that he’s able to turn so many moments in his films into iconic images that resonate with audiences for generations.
Jacob T. Swinney has taken 30 shots from Spielberg’s film career and put them into a compilation. It’s incredible how much these isolated shots are able to tell a story or convey emotion, or at least bring viewers back to how they felt when they first experienced the film.

According to TVInsider, WGN America, home to shows like Salem and Manhattan, has ordered a pilot based on Jason Aaron and R.M. Guéra‘s Scapled.
The 60-issue comic book series centered on Oglala Lakota inhabitants of the fictional Prairie Rose Indian Reservation. Anchored by FBI agent Dashiell Bad Horse, the book took a look at organized crime, poverty, drug addiction and alcoholism, and the local politics of the community.
Banshee vet Doug Jung wrote the script and will serve as executive producer. DC Entertainment Chief Creative Office Geoff Johns will also be an executive producer. The project, should it go to series, will be produced by Warner Horizon.

Sunday night after the Oscars, late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel had his usual star-studded show to follow Hollywood’s biggest night. There was plenty of fun to be had, from the premiere of a deleted scene from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice featuring Kimmel himself discovering the true identity of Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne, to the latter star helping to sneak Matt Damon into the show.
But outside of comic book jokery and the usual Matt Damon feud shenanigans, Jimmy Kimmel also rounded up Broadway and big screen duo Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane for a new take on The Producers, this time turning Bialystock & Bloom into political consultants who concoct a plan to make money off of a candidate who is “a real trainwreck, a schmuck, a putz, a real Grade A, world-class, gold-plated nincompoop.” Yeah, you know who they’re talking about.

Go ahead and shout about politics in the comments, but no matter what side of the aisle you’re on, this is good satire. Believe it or not, it’s possible to laugh at jokes about politicians that you support just as much as the ones you don’t support. And this is quite the impressive little sketch, musical number included, to continue making a mockery of the campaign of Biff Tannen Donald J. Trump.
Even though I’m a fan of Saturday Night Live, I have to say that this sketch is better than any of the usual political sketches they’ve done on the show this season. But you just can’t go wrong with Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick together. And bonus points for Cloris Leachman popping up as well.

Not only are Alamo Drafthouse theaters known for being spectacular places to see all sorts of great films from today and years past, but they also allow you to toss back a cold one while watching them. And when Richard Linklater‘s latest film, Everybody Wants Some, debuts at SXSW next week, it will be followed in a few weeks by the movie’s own official beer fro Austin Beerworks.
If there’s one movie that deserves to have its own beer, it’s the spiritual sequel to Dazed and Confused, which brings us a story about college life in 1980. But if you’re not of age to drink, or you just hate beer, there’s also a cool new Mondo poster for the movie that has just been unveiled in conjunction with the forthcoming Richard Linklater gallery show.

First up, the Everybody Wants Some beer will arrive in April, and here’s how it looks (via Alamo Drafthouse):

A clean, dry finish with small additions of wheat and oats leave behind a hint of body. Saphir and Jaryllo hops provide bright orchard fruit and floral notes. If we had to call it a certain style, it would be “Dry-hopped Texas Common Beer” – but we prefer to just drink it.
And director Richard Linklater provides his full support, saying:
This is definitely a beer drinking movie – it’s a big piece of that hard partying college world. It’s flattering and fitting that these two institutions in my own backyard, Alamo Drafthouse and Austin Beerworks, would come together to celebrate the release of ‘Everybody Wants Some’ in this way. Downing a can or two of beer while watching it certainly feels appropriate – but you should probably resist any urge to shotgun them.
Here’s hoping that the beer doesn’t inspire any college-level drunkeness at any of the SXSW screenings, or any screenings for that matter. Thankfully, the beer will only be limited to stores in Austin and select Alamo Drafthouse locations across Texas, so it’s not something the rest of the country has to worry about.
On the non-alcoholic side of movie promotion, Mondo has just unveiled an Everybody Wants Some poster over at Entertainment Weekly with artwork by Matt Taylor. Here’s the poster:
This is just one of the pieces that will be on display for the No Longer / Not Yet” gallery show in honor of Richard Linklater. The gallery runs from March 12 through March 15 during SXSW at 4115 Guadalupe St. in Austin, Texas. Otherwise, Everybody Wants Some is heading to theaters on April 1, and you can watch the trailer for it right here.

CoreyI feel like I am missing out on some great stuff on Hulu and Amazon Prime because I just can't watch everything.
My favorite television show so far this year is Shawn Ryan‘s Amazon original series Mad Dogs. And I’m not alone, as the series is loved by both critics and Amazon Prime users. But alas, we will not be getting a second season of Mad Dogs because Shawn Ryan is cursed. It’s not because the show didn’t perform well or because Amazon doesn’t want to make Mad Dogs Season 2. A second season will not happen because of a disagreement between the show’s creators and the network over where Mad Dogs season 2 would take the storyline. Learn more after the jump.
Executive producer Shawn Ryan revealed the plans to fans on his Twitter account, explaining why there would not be a second season of the hit show:
Wanted to report that a decision was made not to make any more episodes of Mad Dogs. We were lucky to be one the best reviewed dramas on Amazon, if not the best. A lot of critics got what we were going for, so thanks. Some Amazon employees told me that Mad Dogs, after only four weeks, already had better streaming stats than many other Amazon shows. So, thanks to the viewers for finding, embracing and binging the show. It’s been a blast to read your joy and shock on Twitter. That said, Mad Dogs was originally intended to be a closed 10 episode limited series. Many critics pointed out that this wasn’t the kind of concept destined for an extended multi-season run, and that’s right. But in order to get Season 1 made Amazon wanted to know that future seasons might be possible. Cris Cole and I said we thought there could be but we should have that conversation on if and how after the season was over. We had that conversation on Thursday with Roy Price and company. Cris and I laid out a story for Season 2 we believed in. Ultimately, Amazon didn’t want to make that story and we didn’t want to make the kind of story they wanted us to make, so… It made more sense to declare victory after ten episodes, which was our original plan all along anyway. Mad Dogs is extremely important to Cris and I and we can’t do the show any other way than to follow Cris’ vision. Ultimately, I think it’s better to leave it there, pure and unsullied, than to do a watered down version of the show. I’m so proud of our 10 eps and how they turned out, despite the many obstacles in our way. Want to acknowledge Ben Chaplin, Michael Imperioli, Romany Malco and Steve Zahn. What talent and chemistry! Want to thank all our writers, directors and especially our ridiculously hard working Puerto Rican crew. Especially want to thank Cris Cole who was a terrific collaborator. Even though Ryan notes that Mad Dogs season 1 was envisioned as a one-season story, it ends with loose ends that I wish we could have explored in further seasons. That said, I really had no idea where they could take the show after this ending. But that was one of the things I loved about Mad Dogs — that I often had no idea where it could be possibly heading or what might happen next. In that way, it was unlike any television series I had ever watched before.
I’m wondering what Shawn Ryan and Chris Cole’s pitch was for Mad Dogs season 2. It should also be noted that Mad Dogs was an adaptation of a British TV series of the same name which went on for four seasons. Of course, British shows have shorter seasons and the series only had 14 episodes in total, ending in a pretty similar place. If you haven’t watched Mad Dogs season 1, you still should.
It’s interesting: now that a TV series gets “canceled” on a streaming service, does that mean there is no other place to possibly continue the story with another season?

At one time the Tauntaun sleeping bag inspired by The Empire Strikes Back was just an April Fool’s Day joke. But ThinkGeek got such positive response from their gag that they turned it into a real product that you can buy right now. However, we don’t imagine the same thing will happen with The Revenant sleeping bag, as imagined in this advertisement put together by Funny or Die. Cutting into a Tauntaun for warmth is kinda gruesome, but it’s nothing compared to getting inside a bloody, dead horse, mostly because it’s a real animal. Watch!

Easily the best feature is all the goopy gak inside that you get to play with before you go to bed. You can pretend that you’re Leonardo DiCaprio, willing to work through harsh weather conditions, eating raw bison and spending years of your life chasing after a little golden man. But at least DiCaprio got his last night, and maybe now he can start having a little more fun on the big screen again. I know I wouldn’t mind seeing him do a straight-up comedy, especially after seeing what he can do for laughs in The Wolf of Wall Street.
Even though The Revenant sleeping bag isn’t a real product, if you’re in the market for some toys that actually commemorate another violent Oscar winner this year, don’t forget that The Hateful Eight action figures will be available next month. But they’re very limited edition, so you better keep your ears to the ground for details on when and how to get them.

The Lonely Island movie was originally titled Top Secret Untitled Lonely Island Movie, but unfortunately, that title for this summer’s comedy is no more. Produced by Judd Adapatow (Trainwreck) and directed by Lonely Island members Jorma Taccone (MacGruber) and Akiva Schaffer (Hot Rod), the film has gained a new title and poster.

Alongside Taccone and Schaffer, The Lonely Island’s Andy Samberg stars in the film, which is now called Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. Last May we learned the comedy is set in “the world of music,” with Samberg playing a rapper, Conner4Real, whose latest album tanks, so he reunites with his old boy band.

Universal Pictures’ POPSTAR: NEVER STOP NEVER STOPPING is headlined by musical digital-shorts superstars Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone, collectively known as The Lonely Island. The comedy goes behind the scenes as singer/rapper Conner4Real (Samberg) faces a crisis of popularity after his sophomore album flops, leaving his fans, sycophants and rivals all wondering what to do when he’s no longer the dopest star of all.
The latest comedy from blockbuster producer Judd Apatow (Trainwreck, Superbad, Knocked Up) co-stars Sarah Silverman, Tim Meadows and Maya Rudolph and many of the biggest names in comedy and music in cameo performances. Co-directed by Schaffer and Taccone and written by The Lonely Island trio, POPSTAR is also produced by Rodney Rothman (producer of Get Him to the Greek, Forgetting Sarah Marshall; co-writer of 22 Jump Street), as well as Samberg, Schaffer and Taccone.

Thankfully, we still don’t know too much about Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. Considering the film takes place in the world of music, celebrity cameos are inevitable, as noted in the press release, and we’ve yet to have them spoiled. So far Universal has done a fine job keeping this project under wraps. We should expect to see a trailer drop in the coming weeks.
Over the past few years, Taccone and Schaffer’s directorial efforts haven’t performed very well at the box office. Since this project is related to Lonely Island, they shouldn’t have a problem connecting with audiences this time around. Both MacGruber and Hot Rod, rightfully so, are now appreciated, but fingers crossed Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, if it’s as funny as we hope, is embraced while it’s in theaters.
Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping opens in theaters June 3rd.

As 2016 continues to tear through the senior celebrity biosphere like a Grim Reaper clutching a copy of Where The Stars Live in its withered, bony claw, networks are forced further and further afield to seek out still-extant aging actors to fill out the requisite grandparent roles in their upcoming shows. To that end, NBC has tapped former sitcom megastar and still-alive person Tony Danza—a man whose wide comedy repertoire includes both breathing and walking around—to co-star in a new show from My Name Is Earl and Raising Hope’s Greg Garcia.
The project in question: Sebastian, an attempt to give Italian-American stand-up comic (and one-time survivor of Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Tour) Sebastian Maniscalco the standard sitcom treatment. Danza will play Maniscalco’s father, responsible for instilling his son with “old-school values” (shudder) that are out of step with the modern world.
