“I Would Reverse the Permanent Ban” – Elon Musk Announces He Will Lift Twitter Ban of President Trump, Says It Was a Mistake

by Jim Hoft

Hey the old reader, make our comments go out to gettr or such!

Tesla CEO and SpaceX founder Elon Musk announced on Tuesday that he would reverse the Twitter ban of President Donald Trump when he closes the deal, saying it was ‘a morally bad decision and foolish in the extreme’ to ban the former president.

During FT’s interview with Elon Musk at the Future of the Car conference, Musk shared his plan to buy Twitter and his dream for Tesla to become the world’s largest carmaker by 2030.

CNBC reported:

“Permanent bans should be extremely rare and really reserved for accounts that are bots, or scam, spam accounts… I do think it was not correct to ban Donald Trump,” Musk said at FT Live’s Future of the Car conference. “I think that was a mistake, because it alienated a large part of the country and did not ultimately result in Donald Trump not having a voice.”

“I would reverse the permanent ban,” Musk added. “I don’t own Twitter yet. So this is not like a thing that will definitely happen, because what if I don’t own Twitter?”

As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, Elon Musk made his best and final offer to buy Twitter for $44 billion.

Elon Musk wants to transform Twitter into a private company as he realizes that “the company will neither thrive nor serve” free speech in its current form.

After the news broke that Twitter had accepted Elon Musk’s offer to purchase the company, President Trump said last month that he would not return to the platform and promised to join his own TRUTH Social app in the coming days.

President Trump was permanently suspended from Twitter due to the “risk of further incitement of violence” following the Jan. 6 protests.

“I am not going on Twitter, I am going to stay on TRUTH,” Trump told Fox News. “I hope Elon buys Twitter because he’ll make improvements to it and he is a good man, but I am going to be staying on TRUTH.”

Trump has been posting on his social media app. He even bragged that he loved being on TRUTH.

What’s holding up the autonomous vehicle takeover?

What’s holding up the autonomous vehicle takeover?

Bronwyn Howell

[This article has been published in Restoring America to consider how domestic and international regulations might be hampering technological progress.]

An enduring mystery of recent times (COVID-19 delays excepted) is why it is taking so long for autonomous vehicles (AVs) to revolutionize our roadways. Only a scant decade ago, predictions held that by the mid-2020s, professional truck and public transport driving would be consigned to the dustbin of history, alongside blacksmithing and other professions annihilated by the industrial revolution. But this prediction has hardly panned out. As I wrote previously:

Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted in 2016 that the company’s cars would be capable of a cross-country automated drive by “next year.” In 2019, he tweeted that “everyone with Tesla Full Self-Driving” would be able to do the same. Yet as 2022 dawns, it seems we are no nearer to ubiquitous autonomous vehicle nirvana than in 2012. Rather, the optimistic forecasts are now being downplayed, with one now suggesting that driverless vehicles will not be common and affordable until the 2050s or 2060s.

I also canvassed some of the reasons the robots-are-stealing-our-jobs meme may be a trifle overdramatic. But it is equally worth asking why, given the great promises of increased productivity from new technologies, we haven’t actually seen the levels of progress anticipated from the adoption of AVs — somewhat of a poster child for the artificial intelligence revolution. After all, it doesn’t seem that the development of requisite technology has been an impediment so far. The evidence of AVs’ potential is amply demonstrated in publicly available videos.

One plausible explanation is that even though the technology has been proven, sorting out the institutional environment in which AVs will operate remains a logjam. AVs contain hundreds of thousands of software-controlled sensors and processors interacting in a complex network with each other just to run the car. Myriad others are required to detect the near-infinite array of situations the vehicle may find itself in when interacting with pedestrians, dogs, balls, weather, random hazards, and other vehicles using its right of way — some of which may be human-controlled and therefore less predictable than others run by the same or similar software.

An important issue to address is liability when something goes wrong. To be sure, transport licensing authorities will be most unwilling to let these vehicles loose on the roads without first having appropriate regulations in place. The Geneva (1949) and Vienna (1968) international conventions on road traffic assume all vehicles on the road (and, if need be, the horses and oxen that power them) are controlled by a human being and ultimately hold that the human is responsible for any damage the vehicle or its power source may cause. But in the AV world, who is responsible if there isn’t a human driver? The vehicle owner may have some liability — as applies now, when owners must ensure vehicles meet specified safety standards (e.g., fitted seatbelts, non-bald tires, and suspension in warrantable condition).

But when the requisite safety features are software-governed, how can owners know or verify that the correct version of software is loaded and operational at any given moment? Should it be the owner’s responsibility anyway? After all, owners are not especially reliable when it comes to keeping their cellphone software updated, even when it comes to important safety applications (for example, COVID-19 tracing apps). And who even is the “owner”? If we take the approach used for cellphones and their apps, I may own the plastic and metal my phone is made of, and I have a contractual liability to pay a network operator for it to be connected, but I have negligible ownership rights to anything else on it.

At the highest possible level, one might assume that vehicle manufacturers, which specify which parts are put together for a particular AV model, could be held responsible. Yet they too face a similar problem: They may own some of the software used for vehicular controls, but for the most part they rely on third-party manufacturers for components and software. They won’t want to be left exposed by one of these failing in its obligations to keep software on the components up to date or, even worse, failing financially and leaving no viable entity to assume responsibility for costly damages awarded by the courts.

Furthermore, significant issues arise when the legal jurisdiction of a potentially liable entity (e.g., a manufacturer) is not the jurisdiction where the car is used and has its mishap. If different jurisdictions have different rules and standards, how is a vehicle or component manufacturer to respond?

Fortunately, these matters are being addressed by a United Nations working party on automated and autonomous and connected vehicles. There, hopefully, sufficient agreement can be reached on technical and institutional standards that allow AVs to achieve mainstream use. But as reaching international consensus can take a long time, and institutions are notoriously difficult to change, this may take a while.

form a citizen grand jury. There are now 3 in TN !

The movie ‘2000 Mules’ is set for its theater release today in over 200 theaters across the country.

In the film, Dinesh D’Souza and True the Vote provide answers and evidence of the stolen 2020 Election in this documentary released on Tuesday at select theaters across the nation.

Here is a list of theaters where you can see the movie tonight if there are still seats available.

Confirmation

The movie proves through geotracking and video confirmation that Democrats used ballot trafficking to steal the election in a conspiracy that included every 2020 battleground state.

VIDEO INTERVIEW: Gateway Pundit and 100% Fed Up to Interview Investigators Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips Behind Upcoming “2000 Mules” Movie

We also know from our investigative reporting that Democrat PACs were involved in every state in the ballot trafficking operations. This was a planned, organized, and well-coordinated conspiracy in battleground states.

We also know from investigators Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips that roughly 7% of mail-in ballots in each state were trafficked. Without those stolen votes, Joe Biden would have lost the election.

Democrats got caught. The election was stolen. Joe Biden is an illegitimate president.

For weeks now The Gateway Pundit team has been wondering how the Democrat Party would respond to this devastating news. So far the party of villains has been silent. They really don’t have a way out of this. They’ve been caught and there is evidence of their actions.

Democrats were silent. What were they going to do?

Now we know. On Monday night, the day before “2000 Mules” is released at theaters across the country, a likely Democrat activist leaked the alleged Supreme Court ruling on the upcoming Roe v Wade decision. And, just like that, the entire focus of the fake news mainstream media has flipped to the Supreme Court and abortion ‘rights.’

This is their answer to the evidence of the stolen 2020 election. So will it work?

Social Credit Score: Italy Testing New App that Monitors Behavior

by Michelle Edwards
Gpscruise

inevitable, but we must push against this

In line with recommendations being laid out by the World Economic Forum and the UN 2030 Agenda, Bologna, Italy, plans to launch a social credit style app that has striking similarities with Communist China’s social credit system. The app rewards or punishes its citizens for their behavior. Dubbed “Smart Citizen Wallet,” the app will track activities such as recycling, public transportation use, and energy management.

The primary argument for the program is to “save resources” and promote climate-friendly behavior. Those displaying good behavior will collect digital coins and receive discounts at local shops based on the given scores.

The app is already active and in experimental stages in Rome and is set to go live in Bologna in the fall. Bologna Mayor Matteo Lepore and Massimo Bugani, director of the city’s “Digital Agenda,” discussed the project at a March 29 conference. Bugani indicated the app was part of a more comprehensive effort by the city to invest in digital innovation.

In 2020, Italy and six other nations signed an agreement to become “Agile Nations” in partnership with the WEF. Besides Italy, the deal—co-organized by the OECD—includes Canada, Denmark, Japan, Singapore, UAE, and the UK and sets “each country’s commitment to creating a regulatory environment in which new ideas can thrive.” Expressly—with the Fourth Industrial Revolution front and center—OEDC declared:

“The agreement “paves the way for these nations to cooperate in helping innovators navigate each country’s rules, test new ideas with regulators, and scale them across the seven markets. Priority areas for cooperation include the green economy, mobility, data, financial and professional services, and medical diagnosis and treatment.”

According to Bugani, the app can be seen as an investment toward the digital renewal of Bologna. “It is like getting a “new sewer system,” Bugani reasoned, adding that more and more services will become digital in Italy in the coming years. The local newspaper, Corriere di Bologna, compared the app to collecting points from grocery stores.

Acknowledging real problems in the credit system, some ItalianFrench, and German journalists, writers, and bloggers have noted that the app’s premise is strikingly similar to China’s draconian social credit system, which compensates citizens based on a point system.

Indeed, many share concerns surrounding the misuse of such a complex system, which can lead to numerous problems, such as severe restrictions that could violate the rights and freedoms of citizens, not to mention the bias that the very operation of such a system presents. Italian Research Group Privacy Network also recognized issues with the credit system, stating on its website

“These practices, if poorly developed or used, can lead to serious limitations on, and violations of, citizens’ rights and freedoms, as well as discriminatory practices, which are also achieved through technological means, such as ‘social credit’ systems (or social scoring).

Our concern is increased by the fact that similar systems have already been introduced in other Italian cities as well; first of all, in Rome, where the Smart Citizen Wallet is already being tested.”

Interestingly, Salesforce announced last month that the Municipality of Rome picked the company to create an Integrated Citizen Relationship Management platform. Salesforce Chair and CEO Mark Benioff sits on the Board of Trustees at the WEF. The announcement explains further:

Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, today announced that the Municipality of Rome has chosen Salesforce to create an Integrated Citizen Relationship Management platform.

By bringing together Rome Municipality’s 15 city halls and many public administration services, the platform will help the Municipality build a digital-first, human-centric relationship with its three million citizens.

Leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud will deliver omni-channel self-service capabilities, seamless collaboration between local government departments, and empower citizens to receive the information they need faster through AI-powered chatbots.

The launch of the MyRhome platform is another step on the Municipality’s path to creating a “smart city” — an ecosystem of public and private stakeholders serving citizens wherever they are.

Many citizens in Europe are concerned that, as the COVID-19 pandemic set the stage for restrictive measures and now climate change is front and center, will Europe be the first region to track (and control) its people digitally? After all, given the increasing interest by the EU and its agreement with the WEF, some fear it is only a matter of time before more regions and nations will execute similar strategies to solve “social issues.”

Germany and Austria (ID Austria) have already accelerated their digital ID projects. Both countries are introducing new platforms to integrate more public services and IDs, digitize mail, and even national passports.

While participation is not mandatory in Bologna’s app, Bugnani feels confident many people will want to participate. He commented, “Obviously, no one will be forced to participate,” adding, “Those who want to will be able to give consent when downloading and using the app.” He went on to say:

“We want to make them understand that they are not ‘losers,’ but that their behavior is rewarded.”

Wikipedia’s Left-Wing Bias

by John Stossel
Gpscruise

competition is whats missing.
Twitter needs to be un-monopolized.
Google needs same. Just like Bell Telephone.

Facebook. They are monopolies.

Thank God for conservapedia.org
I will take that.

I love Wikipedia. I donated thousands of dollars to the Wikimedia Foundation.

Before Wikipedia, all we had were printed encyclopedias—out of date by the time we bought them.

Then libertarian Jimmy Wales came up with a web-based, crowd-sourced encyclopedia.

Crowd-sourced? A Britannica editor called Wikipedia “a public restroom.” But Wales won the battle. Britannica’s encyclopedias are no longer printed.

Congratulations to Wales.

But recently, I learned that Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger now says Wikipedia’s political pages have turned into leftist “propaganda.”

That’s upsetting. Leftists took over the editing?

Sadly, yes. I checked it out.

All editing is done by volunteers. Wales hoped there would be enough diverse political persuasions that biases would be countered by others.

But that’s not what’s happening.

Leftists just like to write. Conservatives build things: companies, homes, farms.

You see the pattern comparing political donations from different professions: Surgeons, oil workers, truck drivers, loggers, and pilots lean right; artists, bartenders, librarians, reporters, and teachers lean left.

Conservatives don’t have as much time to tweet or argue on the web. Leftists do. And they love doing it. This helps them take over the media, universities, and now, Wikipedia.

Jonathan Weiss is what Wikipedia calls a “Top 100” Wikipedian because he’s made almost half a million edits. He says he’s noticed new bias: “Wikipedia does a great job on things like science and sports, but you see a lot of political bias come into play when you’re talking current events.”

Weiss is no conservative. In presidential races, he voted for Al Gore, Ralph Nader, and Barack Obama. Never for a Republican. “I’ve really never identified strongly with either political party,” he says.

Maybe that’s why he notices the new Wikipedia bias.

“People on the left far outweigh people on the center and the right … a lot [are] openly socialist and Marxist.” Some even post pictures of Che Guevara and Lenin on their own profiles.

These are the people who decide which news sources Wikipedia writers may cite. Wikipedia’s approved “Reliable sources” page rejects political reporting from Fox but calls CNN and MSNBC “reliable.”

Good conservative outlets like The Federalist, the Daily Caller, and The Daily Wire are all deemed “unreliable.” Same with the New York Post (That’s probably why Wikipedia called Hunter Biden’s emails a conspiracy theory even after other liberal media finally acknowledged that they were real).

While it excludes Fox, Wikipedia approves even hard left media like Vox, Slate, The Nation, Mother Jones, and Jacobin, a socialist publication.

Until recently, Wikipedia’s “socialism” and “communism” pages made no mention of the millions of people killed by socialism and communism. Even now, deaths are “deep in the article,” says Weiss, “treated as an arcane academic debate. But we’re talking about mass murder!”

The communism page even adds that we cannot ignore the “lives saved by communist modernization”! This is nuts.

Look up “concentration and internment camps” and you’ll find, along with the Holocaust, “Mexico-United States border,” and under that, “Trump administration family separation policy.”

What? Former President Donald Trump’s border controls, no matter how harsh, are very different from the Nazi’s mass murder.

Wikipedia does say “anyone can edit.” So, I made a small addition for political balance, mentioning that President Barack Obama built those cages.

My edit was taken down.

I wrote Wikipedia founder Wales to say that if his creation now uses only progressive sources, I would no longer donate.

He replied, “I totally respect the decision not to give us more money. I’m such a fan and have great respect for you and your work.” But then he said it is “just 100% false … that ‘only globalist, progressive mainstream sources’ are permitted.”

He gave examples of left-wing media that Wikipedia rejects, like Raw Story and Occupy Democrats.

I’m glad he rejects them. Those sites are childishly far left.

I then wrote again to ask why “there’s not a single right-leaning media outlet Wiki labels ‘reliable’ about politics, [but] Vox, Slate, The Nation, Mother Jones, CNN, MSNBC” get approval.

Wales then stopped responding to my emails.

Unless Wikipedia’s bias is fixed, I’ll be skeptical reading anything on the site.

The power and purpose of patents

The power and purpose of patents

Charles Sauer

Patents are one of the greatest assets in our society.

Patents, however, are also constantly under attack. Patents are labeled by people that would like to use them (or use them for free) as impediments. In fact, whole studies have been produced by think tanks quantifying these costs. At the same time, these same studies have ignored the benefits of patents. Given that Tuesday is World Intellectual Property Day, it's a good day to reflect on those benefits.

Thomas Jefferson had some reservations about patents because they gave the inventor a monopoly — even for a limited time. Yet he came around to the idea, and a patent bill was passed in the first Congress. Writing to his friend Benjamin Vaughan in 1790 a few months after the Act was passed, Jefferson observed that "an act of Congress authorising the issuing patents for new discoveries has given a spring to invention beyond my conception."

Jefferson could see that new ideas were being patented. He understood that this would change the world as we knew it. In fact, in the same letter, Jefferson continues to discuss an invention regarding the treatment and preservation of wood to stop worm infestation.

As a legal document, patents are complex. As public policy, the language feels arcane and dense. But despite all of these obstacles, the incentives that patents give our nation’s innovators and inventors have built our economy into something that is likely beyond even Jefferson’s ideal. Patents encourage inventors to invest their hard-earned money into an idea. Patents are what give inventors the assurance that if they invent the next big thing — then that thing is theirs to profit from.

Of course, patents don’t guarantee wealth either. Jefferson also mentions that "many are indeed trifling." But the government's job isn't to pick winners and losers — rather, it is to offer a chance for winners.

Sadly, when someone owns a patent for the next big thing, others can become jealous. Patents can be one of the most frustrating public policies for politicians, for example. If political terms lasted more than 20 years, then politicians might be able to take the long view. But political terms are two years, four years, or six years. Politicians thus have the incentive to take the shorter-run view that patents restrict growth and innovation.

Regardless, history is clear. Patents are good for America and good for its people.

Twitter employees express concerns at all-hands meeting after Musk acquisition

Christopher Hutton

Twitter employees raised concerns and questions at an all-hands meeting after the company accepted Elon Musk's offer to purchase the company.

Twitter hosted an all-hands meeting Monday afternoon, hours after the company accepted Musk's offer to purchase the company. Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and Chairman Bret Taylor tried to emphasize that the company would continue to operate as usual until the deal with Musk closes in six months.

"Between now and closing ... we will continue making decisions as we've always had, guided by the principles we've had," Agrawal told employees, according to CNN. "That doesn't mean things won't change, things have been changing. ... I have been talking about driving positive change at the company, and I will continue doing so because it makes us better, and it makes us stronger. Once the deal closes, different decisions might be made."

Agrawal also said "there are no plans for any layoffs at this point" and that the company would continue to allow employees to work remotely.

"This is indeed a period of uncertainty," Agrawal said. "All of you have different feelings and views about this news — many of you are concerned, some of you are excited, many people here are waiting to understand how this goes and have an open mind. ... If we work with each other, we will not have to worry about losing the core of what makes Twitter powerful, which is all of us working together in the interest of our customers every day."

When asked whether former President Donald Trump would have his Twitter account reinstated, Agrawal shifted the decision to Musk and told staff that they should ask him.

The former president has repeatedly said he doesn't plan to return to the platform, though he has expressed support for Musk purchasing the social media network.

"I am not going on Twitter, I am going to stay on TRUTH," Trump told Fox News on Monday. "I hope Elon buys Twitter because he’ll make improvements to it, and he is a good man, but I am going to be staying on TRUTH."

When asked about what would happen to the employees' stock options, Agrawal said that they would convert to cash when the deal closed.

Twitter's CEO also said that the board of directors would be disbanded after the company's privatization. Taylor emphasized that adopting a "poison pill" approach was not meant to deter Musk but to help the board maintain control of negotiations. Agrawal also said he would remain as CEO until the deal is closed.

Agrawal expressed optimism and support for Musk's acquisition of Twitter and its implications for the company. "The way I think about what he has said ... he wants Twitter to be a powerful, positive force in the world, just like all of us."

While Agrawal attempted to present a more positive face for the impending change, employees were less than enthused.

Several employees' sentiments on the company Slack were "concerned and negative" after the announcement, according to Platformer. However, some private conversations with employees seemed to show a willingness to work with Musk and support for his proposed goals.

Former President Donald Trump says he has no plans to make a comeback on Twitter, even after the social media company announced it is being bought by billionaire Elon Musk.

Trump, who was permanently banned from the platform last year after the Capitol riot, said he will stick to his own nascent social network, Truth Social, and begin posting in earnest in the next several days.

Though Musk has not said whether he would activate the former president's account, he has advocated free speech on the platform regardless of one's political views. Musk previously said he would also be "cautious with permanent bans," according to Bloomberg.

Trump said he will begin regularly using Truth Social, which launched in February and has a reported $1 billion initial investment, in the coming days. Two days prior, Trump Media & Technology Group CEO Devin Nunes announced that the platform had cleared a backlog of users waiting to join on iPhones, as it only allowed a limited number of users to join while undergoing an extended beta testing period.

"This is a platform for my voice. TRUTH is a platform for my voice and for my supporters," Trump said. "But I want everybody to come over to TRUTH — conservatives, liberals, whatever."

Trump commented that Twitter has become "very boring" since his account was banned, as conservative voices have been "thrown off" or left the platform.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Signs Election Integrity Bill Dedicated to Voter Fraud Prevention – Makes Ballot Harvesting a Felony (VIDEO)

by Jim Hoft

stupid

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed election integrity legislation into law on Monday to improve election security, transparency, and administration.

Governor DeSantis signed Senate Bill 524, Election Administration, in Spring Hill to guarantee Florida continues to have secure and accurate elections, according to the news release.

“Twenty years ago, nobody thought Florida was a prime example of how to conduct elections, but we have become a national leader by running the most secure elections in the country,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. “We need to do more to ensure our elections remain secure. We have ended ballot harvesting, stopped drop boxes and the mass mailing of ballots, and banned Zuckerbucks, and this bill will give us more resources to make sure bad actors are held accountable.”

“When Covid hit, we did not change unconstitutionally, changed procedures. We followed the law. We applied the law just like it was. And the result was on election night. You counted 99% of the votes by midnight on election night in Florida. And you look at these other States, and it took them days, weeks. Some of them, like New York and California, it takes them over a month just to count the votes from one election. And so, that does not inspire confidence,” DeSantis said before signing the bill.

“I think people see especially you have one candidate winning on election night and then three days later the other candidate wins with all these votes that are done. So that’s not the way to do it,” DeSantis added.

Governor DeSantis posted more details on the bill, SB 524 takes FIVE KEY STEPS to ensure that Florida Elections remain SECURE:

  • Creates an Office of Election Crimes and Security to investigate allegations of voter fraud.
  • Increases the penalty for ballot harvesting from a first-degree misdemeanor to a third-degree felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison, a $5,000 fine, and up to 5 years probation.

Twitter's board of directors is reportedly on the verge of accepting Elon Musk's offer to buy the company, according to news reports.

"Twitter is poised to agree [to] a sale to Elon Musk for around $43 billion in cash" and "may announce the $54.20-per-share deal later on Monday once its board has met to recommend the transaction to Twitter shareholders," Reuters wrote in a story with the headline, "Twitter set to accept Musk's original $43 billion offer." Reuters cited "people familiar with the matter."

The Wall Street Journal reported that "Twitter is in advanced discussions to sell itself to Elon Musk and could finalize a deal Monday," after "the two sides worked through the night to hash out a deal." Bloomberg similarly wrote that Twitter and Musk are "in the final stretch of negotiations... and could reach an agreement as soon as Monday if negotiations go smoothly." Bloomberg also wrote that "the situation is fluid, and talks could drag on longer or fall apart."

The social media giant is known for censoring and banning conservative opinions and voices like President Trump and Gateway Pundit.

BREAKING: IT’S OFFICIAL! TWITTER IS SOLD! Twitter Shares Halted Pending News of Sale – Company Sold to Elon Musk for $44 Billion

Elon Musk posted this tweet as news broke on his Twitter takeover.

FOX News reported today that President Trump will not return to the platform and promised to join his own TRUTH Social app in the coming days.

Fox News reported:

Former President Trump will not return to Twitter, even as Elon Musk purchases the social media company and reinstates his account, instead using his own TRUTH Social as the sole platform for his voice.

Twitter, on Monday afternoon, announced it agreed to be acquired by Musk for $44 billion.

The former president told Fox News Monday that he will formally join his own TRUTH Social over the next seven days, as planned.

“I am not going on Twitter, I am going to stay on TRUTH,” Trump told Fox News. “I hope Elon buys Twitter because he’ll make improvements to it and he is a good man, but I am going to be staying on TRUTH.”

Trump told Fox News he will begin “TRUTHing” over the next week.

Rising labor costs and inflation are making hiring and retaining workers more expensive, so robots are a way to cut costs. Some are still in the works, while others are already serving food.

COVER-UP: Maricopa County Supervisors Asked Candidates On County Attorney Appointment Application “Did The Board Of Supervisors Err In Certifying The 2020 Election Results?”

by Assistant Editor
Gpscruise

spit on that

The Maricopa County Board of supervisors recently hand-selected a new County Attorney after the resignation of RINO Maricopa County Attorney Allister Adel on March 21st, 2022.

Allister Adel was silent on the stolen 2020 election in Maricopa County, where the Arizona Senate’s full forensic audit uncovered massive fraud and law violations in the 2020 election.

Former OANN host Christina Bobb called out Allister Adel on her silence back in December 2021.

Maricopa County released the following information on their website before choosing anti-election integrity Rachel Mitchell to cover up the County’s crimes.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has invited three candidates running for Maricopa County Attorney to apply for appointment to the position in the interim.

The three candidates are Anni Foster, Gina Godbehere, and Rachel Mitchell, all Republicans who submitted the minimum number of signatures required to get on the ballot in the August primary.

In addition to in-person interviews with board members, the candidates have been asked to complete a brief questionnaire.  Their responses are linked below.

The Board is required by law to fill a vacancy in the office and must appoint someone of the same political party as the previous office holder, in this case a Republican.  State law does not dictate a specific process for filling the vacancy.  The person chosen by the Board will serve through the 2022 General Election, when voters will choose a new County Attorney to serve out the remainder of the term through 2024.   We will provide more information on the appointment process on this page.

The application process included a questionnaire asking whether or not the candidate believes fraud occurred in the 2020 Presidential Election.

  1.  What would your top priorities for the office be if you were appointed Maricopa County Attorney?
  2.  The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors certified the election results in 2020. A significant amount of information regarding the election process and the allegations of fraud have been distributed to the public and made available. The Maricopa County Attorney is the legal representative of the board of supervisors. We expect a candidate applying for the job would become familiar with the allegations and evidence. Based on your review of the allegations of fraud and the information made publicly available, did the Board of Supervisors err in certifying the 2020 election results?
  3. The Maricopa County Attorney represents the citizens of the State of Arizona in criminal matters, but also the Board of Supervisors and every other county elected official in civil matters. How would you plan to address the staffing shortage in both the criminal and civil divisions to ensure criminal justice is served and county offices are properly represented?

This question is extremely ironic since former Maricopa County Steve Chucri, who resigned in disgrace due to The Gateway Pundit, does not even believe that the 2020 election was free and fair.

The Board of Supervisors hand-picked their own County Attorney to help cover the stolen 2020 election. They Chose Mitchell, who immediately said the board ran a clean election, unlike the other two candidates, who had avoided the question.

The Phoenix New Times reported,

All three Republican candidates — including Gina Godbehere and Anni Foster, who had initially avoided answering the question — said the board did not err in certifying the election results.

Rachel Mitchell’s answer to question #2 about the stolen 2020 Presidential Election falsely stated, “In the various ballot reviews, recounts, and completed and interim reports concerning the election, every outcome shows that Maricopa County administered a fair election with no evidence of tampering or fraud.”

Mitchell: The Board did not err and took appropriate action in certifying the 2020 election results. As a career prosecutor, I deal in evidence, truth, and facts. In the various ballot reviews, recounts, and completed and interim reports concerning the election, every outcome shows that Maricopa County administered a fair election with no evidence of tampering or fraud.

As a voting citizen and a candidate, I want to ensure elections results are accurate and trusted. I believe the actions taken by the Board have demonstrated the election results are accurate, and in doing so, created trust with the public that there is integrity in the election process in Maricopa County. If valid evidence is brought to me that demonstrates there was fraud or any other illegal improprieties with an election, I will act appropriately within my authority to enforce the law.

As someone who faced great national scrutiny regarding the handling of the Supreme Court appointment process of Brett Kavanaugh, I have a unique understanding of the dynamics that come with standing up for one’s personal beliefs of right and wrong. If appointed County Attorney, the board will have a person who has demonstrated strength of character under tremendous public pressure and criticism. I will stand with the board in their continued efforts to ensure a person’s right to a free and fair election process. I take the protection of our democracy seriously and if appointed, will make this a priority as your legal counsel.

The most recent interim report from the Arizona Attorney General showed that “between 100,000 and 200,000 ballots were transported without a proper chain of custody,” and signature verification standards were greatly decreased in the 2020 election.  The report also stated, “The EIU’s review has uncovered instances of election fraud by individuals who have been or will be prosecuted for various elections crimes.”

BREAKING: Arizona Attorney General Releases Maricopa County 2020 Election Interim Report – Individuals To Be Prosecuted For Election Fraud

Dr. Shiva’s extensive study of Maricopa County’s signature verification standards found an additional 200,000 signature discrepancies.

The Maricopa County full forensic and citizen-led door-to-door canvass of Maricopa County identified over 700,000 ballot discrepancies.

This does not even include the 740,000 ballots that had no chain of custody documentation, according to Verity Vote’s report.

“We can report that there are problematic system-wide issues that relate to early ballot handling and verification.”, tweeted Mark Brnovich.

Despite these horrible findings and promised prosecutions, Brnovich has done almost nothing but stall and pretend to take action against these criminals.

This is a major red flag for the 2022 elections.

Wikipedia Removes Entry for Hunter Biden’s Firm “Rosemont Seneca” Because It Risked Becoming a “Magnet for Conspiracy Theories About Hunter Biden”

by Joe Hoft

i prefer conservapedia.com

Wikipedia erased the entry of Rosemont Seneca from its site recently.  The online encyclopedia known for its far-left bias, goes soft on Democrats and their allies while it does the opposite with conservative, America-loving sites like TGP.

Newsmax reports:

Wikipedia editors earlier this week removed an entry on Hunter Biden’s investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners because it was “not notable,” archived comments from the Talk Page revealed.

The censoring of information happened Wednesday. The company co-founded by Hunter Biden has been at the heart of controversy lately.

According to an editor who only identifies as Alex, a reason for the deletion is because “this organization is only mentioned in connection with its famous founders, Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz.” Alex additionally warned that “keeping it around” ran the risk of the page becoming “a magnet for conspiracy theories about Hunter Biden.”

Hunter Biden’s firm Rosemont Seneca is addressed on the Conservapedia website as follows:

Hunter BidenJoe Biden‘s son, and Christopher Heinz, John Kerry stepson, formed Rosemont Seneca Partners, a private equity firm in 2009 with their friend, Devon Archer. The three friends established a series of related LLCs.[1] It was anchored to Rosemont Capital, the alternative investment fund of the Heinz family fortune.[2] The fund grew quickly. According to an email revealed as part of a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, Rosemont described themselves as “a $2.4 billion private equity firm co-owned by Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz,” with Devon Archer as “Managing Partner.”

Archer was convicted in Manhattan Federal Court for the fraudulent issuance and sale of more than $60 Million of tribal bonds.[3]

Maybe Wikipedia doesn’t want their readers to know that Rosemont Seneca invested in Ukrainian biolabs.  These labs were recently identified in Ukraine and are very suspicious because labs like this were laced around the world.  It hasn’t been publicly reported what the labs in Ukraine were specifically doing and who was profiting from these actions.

HUGE: Trump’s Truth Social Merges with Rumble Cloud – Prepares to Onboard Millions Quickly as Beta Testing FINALLY Wraps Up

by Julian Conradson

yawn

After much anticipation and a few hiccups, the final rollout of Truth Social, Trump’s new social media platform, has completed all of its beta testing and is ready to go fully online very soon, according to CEO Devin Nunez.

In an appearance with Newsmax on Thursday, Nunez explained that people will be able to access the app in its full capacity “in the next few days.” Unfortunately, he did not provide a specific date, but the rollout is expected to be completed sometime next week.

From Nunes:

“It has all-new equipment and no Big Tech. And guess what? No one can cancel us. We’re going to be open to everybody.

It’s absolutely amazing, the community we’re building. A community of real people. We’re trying to take the best of what Twitter has, along with Instagram and Facebook, and put it all into one. And we’re not allowing fake bots, fake accounts. We’re doing our best to keep those out.

But most importantly, we’re giving the American people their voice back, and that’s what President Trump wanted to do.”

Following the app’s lite release on Apple App Store in February, there have been millions of users who signed up on the platform and are waiting to be granted access to the platform. According to reports, there were over half a million who signed up within the first 48 hours alone. On top of that, millions have signed up without the Android version of the app being available, so only 50% of the market has had access up until now. The majority of sign-ups have not been able to sign on and are currently on the waiting list.

To solve this massive backlog, Truth Social also announced a major change to its platform that will alleviate the issue.

On Friday, the company announced that it had expanded its partnership with the video streaming platform Rumble. Going forward, Truth Social will move over to Rumble’s Cloud computing service, a move that will allow the platform to quickly overcome major growth obstacles as it looks to unseat Twitter and make a name in the Big Tech landscape.

The company “successfully” migrated its servers over to the new service as of Friday.

From the Truth Social announcement:

“Today, the video platform Rumble announced that Truth Social, the social media platform created by the Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), has successfully migrated its website and mobile applications to Rumble’s cloud infrastructure. This migration will enable the Truth Social platform to scale significantly on a new and cancel-culture-free cloud platform…

…Truth Social and Rumble took a major stride toward rescuing the internet from the grip of the Big Tech tyrants. Our teams have worked tirelessly to realize this great endeavor. Rumble’s cloud infrastructure is second to none and will be the backbone for the restoration of free speech online for ages to come.”

At long last, it looks as if the wait is over. We should all finally be able to test out the highly anticipated ‘free speech alternative to Twitter’ by the end of next week.

Hopefully, the app lives up to its hype. If not, Elon is currently knee-deep, working on a plan b.

Crooked Raffensperger Certified the Stolen 2020 Election, Now He’s Unilaterally Hired Salesforce, Headed by WEF Board Trustee, to Run GA’s Voter Rolls Going Forward

by Joe Hoft
Gpscruise

there is only one group of people i trust, OLD WOMEN.

Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State who was involved in stealing the 2020 Election is now working on stealing all future elections from Georgia.

Anyone who knows anyone in Georgia knows it is a very red state.  The people in Georgia voted for President Trump in the millions.  Unfortunately, the RINO Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, is dishonest and corrupt and did all he could to steal the 2020 Election, finally squeezing out a 10,000 vote margin for Joe Biden, after days of manufacturing votes after Election day.

Now Raffensperger is working on stealing the 2020 Election from Georgia in all future elections.

How ignorant or corrupt is the Republican Party in Georgia to allow this to happen?  VoterGA’s Garland Favorito shared this:

This makes no technical sense, and it makes no business sense. So then you have to start asking, what sense does it make. The only thing I can think that’s left is that the Georgia Secretary of State has been compromised…..It’s time for the Governor and Attorney General to step up. It’s time for the legislature to ban this”.

Salesforce was one company corrupt Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi recently invested in.  This corrupt practice of politicians using insider information to purchase and sell stocks is something the average investor would get arrested for.

Pelosi Buys Millions in Call Options in Google, Disney, Salesforce , Roblox Days After Insisting Members of Congress Should be Allowed to Trade Stocks

Salesforce is run by a Board Trustee of the World Economic Forum, Marc Benioff.  He has a record of far-left actions, including threatening to move his company from Texas over its stringent abortion laws.

Voter GA reported on Raffensperger’s actions to hire Salesforce.  He hired Salesforce based on a no-bid contract, using a “sole source vendor” argument.  The only way you are supposed to be able to use this process to award a government contract is to show that the vendor is the only company capable of fulfilling the contract.  However, we can’t find information that Salesforce has ever managed a database like this before.  There also are multiple companies that can manage a state’s voter registration roll.

Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger Secretly Hired Salesforce.com to Manage Voter Rolls on the Cloud – Lawmakers Must Speak Out and Resist This Dangerous Move!

We learned in the stolen 2020 election that those states that stole the election from President Trump needed inflated voter rolls in order to manufacture votes.  This move by Raffensperger may be his most corrupt action yet.

The people and politicians in Georgia need to stand up to Raffensperger before all future elections are stolen too.

ONLY IF THEY STEAL: White House Claims Joe Biden Can Win Reelection in 2024 with 36% Approval Rating and Full-on Dementia

by Jim Hoft
Gpscruise

what are we going to do??????

We have one more shot — just one more, to save this country.

In 2020 Democrats stole the election with:

** ballot harvesting
** late-night ballot drops
** massive ballot trafficking
** blocking GOP observers from the counting rooms
** only hiring Democrats to count votes
** ignoring chain of custody laws
** weak Republican lawmakers
** corrupted ballot-counting machines
** Destroying the evidence
** bloated voter rolls

These factors resulted in millions of fraudulent votes in the 2020 election.

On Sunday White House Chief of Staff, Ron Klain suggested Joe Biden, at age 79, with the worst economy in the last 100 years, will win reelection in 2024 with full-blown dementia.

They know they can steal at will. They aren’t even hiding it.

Evidently, Democrats are going to roll Biden’s hospital bed into the debates and interviews?

Obviously, Democrats are not worried about stealing the next election. This is worrisome. We have a lot of work to do folks.

We need fighters in our ranks.

Or we will lose this country forever.

Why are teenagers so sad?

Why are teenagers so sad?

Conn Carroll

If your teenager seems moody, you’re not alone. According to a study released this month by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the percentage of American high school students who report feeling “persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness” rose from 26% in 2009 to 44% in 2021.

And don’t blame COVID-19 lockdowns, argues Temple University psychologist Laurence Steinberg: “Rising teenage sadness isn’t a new trend, but rather the acceleration and broadening of a trend that clearly started before the pandemic.”

The Atlantic’s Derek Thompson identifies four other possible sources of rising teenage angst, including increased social media use, declining sociality, more stressful world news, and intensive modern parenting strategies.

And these aren’t all wrong. As Thompson notes, there was a significant spike in teenage sadness around 2012, which just also happens to be when the percentage of people in the United States who owned a smartphone passed 50%. But this doesn’t mean “social media” is the problem — you can access Twitter and Facebook on a regular computer — it means smartphones are.

And smartphones are probably to blame for Thomspon’s “stressful” news too. Even Thompson doesn’t argue that there is more bad news in the world than ever before, just that teenagers are exposed to it more — again through their smartphones. It’s not like if smartphones didn’t exist that teenagers would be tracking down print editions of the International Herald Tribune to find out the latest atrocity in Somalia. Teenagers are seeing more bad news than ever because they are constantly on their smartphones.

Finally, on parenting, Thompson admits that since it is really only “high-income parents” that are pushing their children to participate in a “rug rat race,” this reason also “can’t explain a generalized increase in teenage sadness.”

But you know what could? Marriage — or at least the decline of it. In 1960, fewer than 10% of children were born to single women. Today, more than half of children will be raised by a single parent for some point before they reach adulthood.

And there is ample research showing that children from homes without married parents suffer from higher levels of depression and other psychiatric disorders.

So if you want your teenager to be happy, get and stay married first — and maybe take away their iPhone too.
