Mack Brown's attorney says the Texas coach has not resigned, denying a report that Brown was ready to step down after 16 seasons with the Longhorns.

Orangebloods.com is reporting, citing two unidentified sources, that Brown will announce he is leaving Texas and that an announcement could come later this week.

Joe Jamail, Brown's longtime friend and attorney, told The Associated Press on Tuesday: "Mack Brown has not resigned." He says Brown's future with Texas is still up to the coach.

Horns247.com, a Texas recruiting website, is reporting that Brown denied the report in a text from Florida, where he was recruiting.

Brown writes to Horns247: "I have not decided to step down."

Messages left with Texas spokesmen were not immediately returned.

Willie Nelson wants to sell his "Cut and Putt" Perdenales golf course. Realtor Laura Gottesman says the red-headed stranger has spent a lot of time on the fairways and clubhouse, "He  has his recording studios there.  And you know, if walls could talk...we'd  have quite a few stories."

A new study shows if you're depending on movie ratings to keep your kids from seeing something they shouldn't...you shouldn't and an Austin doctor agrees.  KLBJ's Perry Watson has the story.

Researchers rated the content of top-grossing movies from 1985 through 2010.

Standing on the edge of a never-ending black  hole, this is one leap you wouldn't want to make. Jacob's Well in Wimberley, Texas is one of  the most dangerous places to dive on Earth, having claimed the lives of more  than eight divers.  But that doesn't stop thrill-seekers from  taking the plunge.  This stunning natural swimming spot - and the  daredevil swimmers who dive into it - was captured by amateur photographer Carl  Griffin, 56.

'Jacob's Well is a perpetual  artesian spring that feeds Cypress Creek,' says Griffin, of Spring Branch,  Texas.   'When people look at the two boys making the  leap, they do not see the water. 'All they see is this huge  hole, an abyss; the boys appear to be jumping into.

'The water is that clear, that actually the  boys are only about one meter above the water's surface.  'Scuba divers love to explore the area  despite its dangers.  'Eight divers have lost their lives over the  years, despite attempts by authorities to prevent divers from entering the cave  system.'  The mouth of the spring is four metres wide,  with the depth of the water at approximately ten metres.

The spring then angles down into one of the  largest underwater caves in the state of Texas, reaching a depth of a massive  forty metres. Carl explains: 'For those who aren't diving,  this is a natural spring fed pool being that can be and is enjoyed by  everyone. 'Recent attempts at developing  the surrounding area resulted in the creation of a natural preserve so that the  springs could be enjoyed for generations to come, and I would definitely visit  again!'

California Transplants have been craving this day for years and Central Texans will finally get their first taste of the In and Out Burger. KLBJ's Chris Fox is one of those who dodged traffic and braved long lines to get a bite at the newest restaurant in Round Rock. 

He says folks like Kelly Bailiff were getting in line as early as 6a.m. Bailiff says, "I have been dying for this place to open for months." 

Carl Van Flee, VP of Development, tells KLBJ, "Most importantly what our customers tells us that what makes them come back are the burgers, the freshness and the quality." 

In and Out first settled in Texas a couple years ago in DFW. Over the next few weeks they plan on opening two more in the Austin Market.
