Wow, we are so close. Just the duration of a long weekend away. I never thought I'd see the day! With season 6 getting an announcement already, here's to hoping this isn't the hiatus length we ever see again.
Today we back in Celestia's glorious rays! May her convoluted and tragic past be wiped away by her radiance! Celestia has been sort of an enigma over the years in the show. Outside of seeing her lose to Chrysalis do to that whole overpowered love magic thing, and the battle with Luna, she hasn't had much air time. We have yet to get an episode dedicated to get, while Luna has seen one big one and several appearances as a major plot point as a dream walker. The comics tend to paint her in a much more down-to-earth fashion.
Will we see her receive her very own episode this season? Will Celestia have her day? Here's to hoping. I'd kill for a duo between her and Luna. Seeing their sisterly banter would be interesting outside of the comics.
It has come to our attention that we have not been representing both genders here nearly enough. Posts upon posts have mares leading the charge, and our Mascot event outright banned stallion submissions. Whether you are a pegasister or a brony, it's time to unleash your INNER MAN.

CELEBRATE THE MOON! And Celebrate two more days of waiting while you are at it. Season 5 is right around the corner, and all of the amazing things that comes with that. Are you prepared? Are you meetup up with fellow like-minded individuals to watch it?
Over the years, Luna here has gone from ridiculously popular to godlike status popular. She may have a super limited show appearance, but that doesn't make her any less of a poll stomper. Just look at that silly poll over there on the side bar that I am too lazy to take down. Somehow, even without even saying her name, the majority of people picked the one closest to her. Was it intentional? Did they pick it strictly for Luna? Who knows. At this point I don't think anyone even realizes their Luna bias. I know I don't. I've headered so many Drawfriend posts with her without even realizing I'm doing it. Maybe we are all living in the Matrix of Luna's night, slowly being devoured by the shadows of Nightmare Moon. It's clearly the only explanation.
I'm sure we will see more moonbutt in the future, hopefully with her own episode. She is amazing in the comics.

It looks like we finally have an announcement outside of Taobao for the upcoming McDonalds lineup. The New Zealand version of their website currently has them as the "Up next" selection. The US version hasn't been updated yet, though I'm sure it will eventually considering how long ago these appeared.
Four days? That's half a week! It's finally almost over! We survived!
Cadenza here technically joined us at the peak of pony. A lot of people were worried about her influence on the show. It was pretty obvious what a pink princess's point was for the merchandisers over at Hasbro. Combine that with the origin of her name, and things were looking a bit scary there for a while!
We shattered the original duo princess canon, but in the end Cadance wasn't so bad! They gave her a reason to exist that has slowly grown on the fandom as a whole. I'm sure a few of you still aren't too impressed with her, but there is no doubting that she has grown on people.
After months of speculation as to who would replace Jon Stewart’s gigantic shoes on The Daily Show, Comedy Central announced today that South African comedian Trevor Noah, who just recently joined the show, and had his own late night talk show, ‘Tonight with Trevor Noah’ with 2010.
