Satanic Temple summons all the forces of darkness, gets its lawyers to sue Netflix's Sabrina show

It’s like the Christian church has been warning us all for centuries: Don’t mess with Satan, Lucifer, Lord of the Pit, the merciless Morningstar, first of the fallen, prince of lies, etc., or he’ll totally see your ass in court. Variety reports that the Satanic Temple has now made good (bad?) on its legal threats

Viva the Matadors Q&A: Jett Duffey presents a unique challenge for opponents

by Gerald Goodridge
Emahlstadt

does he, though?

To get insight on the Texas Tech Red Raiders heading into Saturday’s matchup, we caught up with our friends at Viva the Matadors.

Both the Texas Longhorns and the Texas Tech Red Raiders find their season at a critical point.

With three games left on the schedule and just two games separating first and fifth place in the conference, a loss on Saturday effectively ends any hope for either team to find its way into the Big 12 title game. Both the Longhorns and the Red Raiders need the chips to fall perfectly, but the first to fall has to be a win in this rivalry matchup.

Texas Tech is dealing with a major injury, as freshman surprise Alan Bowman is not expected to play for the Red Raiders Saturday due to a partially-collapsed lung. The Red Raiders offense changes under backup Jett Duffey, but what does that offense look like when it takes the field?

To answer that question and more, we brought in Jay Burrous of Viva the Matador to give us the inside scoop on the Red Raiders. To find more of Jay’s work, you can follow him on Twitter (@JayBurrous) or Viva the Matadors (@vivathematadors).

Burnt Orange Nation: I think the biggest question we have to ask is about the quarterback. With Alan Bowman presumably out against Texas, sophomore Jett Duffey comes in to replace him. What does Duffey bring to the table for the Red Raiders, and how does his skillset change what Tech tries to do offensively?

Viva the Matadors: Duffey is an ex-Elite 11 quarterback who’s got an above average arm, great speed/elusiveness, and some “it” factor that’s lead to several ‘wow’ plays. I think what’s been most frustrating to Tech fans though is his inconsistency, and he tends to miss open receivers on short/intermediate routes. Surprisingly though, he throws a beautiful deep ball. We’ll see what happens against a Todd Orlando defense, but I’m very worried that he won’t be able to consistently execute.

Expect a healthy dose of zone read, RPOs, and single-read throws. If the Horns can’t set the edge, or contain Duffey to the pocket I’d also expect he’ll run for 100-plus yards.

BON: The other storyline is the home-field advantage that Tech seems to have. Texas fans are worried about the road trip, at night to play the Red Raiders. What makes Jones AT&T such a tough place to play for opponents?

VTM: Prior to us beating Kansas at home this year, we hadn’t won a home conference game since like 2016. I think Lubbock has maintained a reputation as a hard place to play, but fans have been disinterested in recent years. We rarely sell games out, half the stadium leaves at halftime, and a lot of what made Jones Stadium special has started to dwindle away. But, I’d expect that you’ll see 58k+ people Saturday, it’ll be loud, and if we can get after Texas early on, it could be electric all night.

BON: Heading into this year, the conversation around Tech was an anticipated defensive improvement, but the Red Raiders have still struggled a bit this season on that side of the ball. What should Texas fans expect from the Red Raider defense on Saturday?

VTM: The rumor is that Dakota Allen is done for the season, which is a massive blow to this defense. There’s zero doubt about it that he’s our best player (maybe on the team period). Although, we do matchup with Texas pretty well. I think we play good run defense, our DBs have improved substantially as the year has progressed, and average-to-good quarterbacks have struggled against us. Should Ehlinger miss some easy throws, and turn the ball over like he did last season I don’t see Saturday being kind to Texas fans. But, we’ll see what happens. Although, LJ Humphrey has me concerned, and I think if you guys run Ingram for 20-plus carries he could wear on our defense. The X-Factors will absolutely be Jordyn Brooks and Justus Parker.

BON: Texas Tech started the season fairly strong, going 5-2 through its first seven games, but dropped its last two matchups. Every year the questions start to swirl about Kliff Kingsbury’s job security. Would a third-consecutive loss fire up the “hot seat” talk once again?

VTM: If we manage to get to seven wins, Kingsbury will be fine, and likely get an extension. If we drop a close one to Texas, but then split the games between Baylor/Kansas State, he might be on the hot seat again. Nobody expected us to beat Oklahoma though, and Iowa State has had our number in recent years. There is a decent belief we can steal this one against Texas if we play decently though.

BON: What’s your key matchup or key area of focus for Texas Tech this weekend?

VTM: We can’t afford for Duffey to attempt 40-plus passes, so we’ve got to establish a decent running game. A healthy Da’Leon Ward helps, and Ta’Zhawn Henry is due for a big run so I’m hopeful? Should Texas force Duffey to pass though I don’t see how we win, and I’d expect us to lose by 10-plus points if he does throw too much. Otherwise, I think that Devin Duvernay is a huge player for you this weekend. There’s no doubt that Collin Johnson and Lil’Jordan Humphrey will get the bracketed/double coverage, so can Duvernay take the top off one or two times? If he does, does Ehlinger get him the ball? This should be a great matchup for Demarcus Fields and Adrian Frye.

BON: What’s your score prediction?

VTM: I’ve gone back and forth on this for awhile now and my gut says that this game isn’t close. Either Texas wins by 10-plus points because Duffey was inconsistent, or the Longhorns implode and we win by 10-plus points. Obviously, I’m a homer so I’ll take Texas Tech 35-24. But, if I were in Vegas I’d expect that UT probably wins 35-24....so, take that for what it’s worth. Regardless, I’ll be in Lubbock for this one and I can’t wait.

The set of five stamps feature imagery from the game, including Vault-Tec mascot Vault Boy, Power Armor, and Perk Cards. In the wide and varied history of comic book adaptations, “unadaptable” has always been a dangerous word. For many creators, the concept itself is little more than a challenge or a dare, as they push the…

RAMMSTEIN Guitarist's EMIGRATE Project: More 'A Million Degrees' Album Details Revealed

Emahlstadt

the red arm band on the black suit is an... interesting look for a german metal guitarist.

EMIGRATE, the side project of RAMMSTEIN guitarist Richard Z. Kruspe, will release its third album, "A Million Degrees", on November 30 via Spinefarm Records. If there's a description that, personally and professionally, fits Kruspe like a Savile Row suit, "fired up" would be it… As a member of RAMMSTEIN, the music world's most explosive live act, Kruspe has been part of a ground-breaking global success story that continues to build and to ignite; along the way, he's turned his attention to a number of parallel projects, such as constructing a new studio (and a new home) in his native Berlin, but it's his decision to launch the EMIGRATE setup that has given him the greatest chance to satisfy creative instincts outside of the parent group. The first EMIGRATE album appeared in 2007 (a self-titled record that went Top 10 in Germany, with single/video "My World" appearing on the soundtrack to the third "Resident Evil" movie); "Silent So Long" followed in 2014, featuring guest vocals from such high-profile artists as Marilyn Manson, Jonathan Davis, Peaches and the legend that will always be Lemmy. Featuring 11 tracks, a fresh production team plus vocal contributions from RAMMSTEIN's Till Lindemann and BILLY TALENT's Benjamin Kowalewicz, "A Million Degrees" is less a successor to "Silent So Long" and more a re-booted take on the overall concept, continuing Kruspe's desire to craft something personal. He writes the material, including new single/video "1234" (spotlighting Kowalewicz), sings the bulk of the songs (in English) and works hard — sometimes in the face of adversity — to keep everything rubber-stamped as "special," fashioning a body of work that will appeal to both existing supporters and those who appreciate the power of a great song delivered from heart above head… In this respect, EMIGRATE can't be called either a "side" or a "solo project." A "passion project" might be closer to the mark — a needed extra outlet operating close to the level of therapy for an artist whose energy, vision and quest for perfection are defining factors, keeping him, well… fired up! "I really want the freedom to collaborate with different people and to explore different kinds of music," Kruspe explains, "to express myself as both a writer and a singer away from deadlines, timelines and other such restrictions. The idea is to keep experimenting and to keep challenging myself. Plus, EMIGRATE works in an organic way, so musicians can come and go, and it's still okay, it's positive…" After issuing the "Silent So Long" album four years ago, Kruspe considered running with the follow-up sooner rather than later, effectively making it "Silent…" Part 2. He had half a dozen songs up his sleeve, numbers that hadn't quite aligned with the feel of "Silent So Long", and in March 2015, he set about completing these using places and personnel he'd called on successfully in the past… "I decided to go to Los Angeles to work with Ben Grosse, the mixing engineer on 'Silent So Long'," he recalls, "but for the first time in my professional life I felt that something was missing. I just wasn't inspired, I couldn't give the 120 percent I put into every record I'm involved with, so I decided to stop. "I had a whole host of issues going on in my personal life, including building the house in Berlin, and then in September 2015 we started thinking about the next steps for RAMMSTEIN…" Following due discussion, it was agreed that the RAMMSTEIN "kollektiv" would venture back into the rehearsal room; there was no pressure to do anything in particular, just make new music and generally get a sense of how everyone was feeling. Exciting developments for RAMMSTEIN fans, but it meant that EMIGRATE, while never far from Kruspe's mind, had to be temporarily sidelined… and then fate lent a hand… "In 2016, my house suffered serious water damage; my studio was flooded and half of the equipment, including the hard disk drive, destroyed, so I had to basically start again," he says. "All I had of the songs I'd been working on was my memory." At the time, this act of God seemed like a major blow; on reflection, however, it gave Kruspe the chance to re-assess the project, to decide just what kind of statement the third EMIGRATE album should be… "Life gave me a sign!" he laughs. So… out went the idea of "Silent So Long" Part 2, to be replaced by a bolder, broader view, and the desire to quit any kind of comfort zone. Key to this shift through the gears was the decision to bring in Sky Van Hoff — a young producer / engineer / guitarist from Dusseldorf who had been helping Kruspe to document his RAMMSTEIN ideas. The two found working together both easy and productive, and the result is an enhanced EMIGRATE sound, dripping with detail, that Kruspe describes as "one of the best I've ever been involved with. I'm really proud of it…" From September 2017 onwards, a re-invigorated Kruspe set about the task of re-writing, re-arranging and re-recording the album tracks, handling the production side himself, with Van Hoff focussing on the engineering and the mix. They used the historic Funkhaus in Berlin's Nalepastrasse (onetime broadcasting base of the GDR) for the drum tracks, with everything else being handled in Kruspe's own studio; the RAMMSTEIN man took charge of the vocals and the guitars, supported by APOCALYPTICA's Mikko Sirén on drums and Arnaud Giraux on bass, both reprising their roles on "Silent…", with Sky also helping out on bass. Since stepping up to the lead mic back in 2007, Kruspe has been honing his vocals in terms of confidence and power, pushing himself on the presentation side and paying close attention to the lyrics, once again bringing in a friend from the advertising world to act as a sounding board. With fewer guest singers on this new release than its predecessor, his abilities as a performer have ample space to shine, with opening track "War" being a particular case in point… "I really like the energy, and the heavy, modern, ZEPPELIN kind of groove," he reflects, "and at one point I was taking to Serj [Tankian] from SYSTEM OF A DOWN about fronting the track. He was excited at the idea, then a day later he called me and said that he thought the song was perfect for my voice, he didn't really know what to add, so I left my vocals on there. I took that as a huge compliment." It's meaningful for RAMMSTEIN fans, and indeed for Kruspe himself, that Lindemann figures on "Let's Go", singing his own lyrics — in German and English — and providing a signature presence; as a performer, he's not known for "extracurricular" activity, which gives this collaboration the feeling of a box being ticked (at last)… "We've been friends since 1987 and this is the first time we've worked together outside of RAMMSTEIN," confirms Kruspe. "You know, I've had that number for quite a while, and it's about our history and our friendship, which I can sum up like this: I believe I'm the reason he started a career in music, and he's the reason I've witnessed the dark side of life! In two words: beautiful destruction! The song itself is quite different to the world of RAMMSTEIN, though, which I think is a good thing…" "I have to say, Ben from BILLY TALENT really took things to a new level on '1,2,3,4'," declares Kruspe. "It was my manager who suggested I talk to him; I was more aware of the guitarist in the band, Ian [D'Sa], whose playing I like, but Ben turned out to be an excellent idea, and of course he's in the promo clip, too — along with Ian, Margaux, my friend Joe Letz [COMBICHRIST], who's played drums in EMIGRATE videos before, and myself." The promos for "1,2,3,4' and "You Are So Beautiful" were shot back to back in Los Angeles by director Bill Yukich, whom Kruspe contacted after seeing a video he made for SHINEDOWN ("Devil"); he was impressed with the flow and the rhythm of the edit, instinctively feeling that Yukich had the range to shoot both the live clip for "1,2,3,4" plus the more expansive, cinematic story he'd put together for "…Beautiful" — a complex piece with connections to Kruspe's life outside of music… "With that song, I initially had trouble deciding exactly what it was about, then all of a sudden it became obvious," he explains. "It was actually for my daughter. So in the video, which is kind of like a movie, set in the '70s, in the canyons of L.A., I take the role of the father, and you see how relationships can go wrong and how chances to make things better, even for a second time, can be lost. "Whatever I do with RAMMSTEIN or with EMIGRATE, there's always a bit of my own story in there; there may be exaggerations, there may be extra color added, but essentially it's personal…" "A Million Degrees" track listing: 01. War 02. 1234 (feat. Ben Kowalewicz) 03. A Million Degrees 04. Lead On You (feat. Margaux Bossieux) 05. You Are So Beautiful 06. Hide And Seek 07. We Are Together 08. Let's Go (feat. Before people starting shifting the blame onto video games, violence among teenagers used to be blamed on metal music. Fretting parents assumed that if you listened to music with aggressively violent lyrics you would inevitably act aggressively violent. Over the years, numerous studies have proven this thinking to be…

LeBron James Showed Up to Tonight’s Lakers Game as Jason Voorhees

...here we go...

LeBron James is teasing us horror fans after Bloody Disgusting broke the news of his pending deal to produce a remake of Friday the 13th with Vertigo Entertainment. James showed up to tonight’s Lakers game in a full Jason Voorhees costume.

For those questioning his long-time love of the genre, James is said to be a huge horror fan and, if you recall, James slayed last year’s Halloween with his legendary Pennywise costume. This is just one of several times over the past decade that James has shared his love of the Friday the 13th films – there was this one time he rocked a Jason Voorhees mask while driving.

I’m loving the idea of James using his weight to do something different with the franchise.

As an added bonus, last night James posted a video of himself wearing a Michael Myers mask and watching Halloween II. As he jokes, “Michael watching Michael!”

Another Halloween treat from our friends at NECA today, as the company has announced that their previously released NES-style Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees figures are coming back from the dead. The highly unique figures, both released years back as hard-to-find exclusives, have been upgraded for GameStop exclusives available next year.

Freddy details…

“Back by popular demand and upgraded! The Classic Video Game Freddy Krueger is inspired by the “so bad it’s good” Nightmare on Elm Street video game that was released in 1989 for the super popular 8-bit home console. This garishly colored Freddy is a cult classic if ever there was one and now features the new Ultimate body, with over 30 points of articulation. The 7″ scale figure comes in display-worthy window box packaging with opening flap that re-creates the look and feel of the classic 1989 video game box.”

Jason details…

“To celebrate the 13th figure in our classic video game tribute series, we’re bringing back the one that started it all! Previously available only as a convention exclusive, Jason is back and better than ever, with different deco, a new accessory and special packaging that plays theme music from the original video game. Based on his appearance in the classic Friday the 13th video game, released in 1989 for the popular 8-bit home console, Jason stands 7” and has over 25 points of articulation for great poses. The figure comes with machete, axe, harpoon gun and removable mask, plus new “floating” mother’s head accessory. New paint deco reproduces the game’s pixilated look. And not only does the window box packaging re-create the look and feel of the classic video game cartridge box, lift the front flap and it plays music from the game, too!”

According to the GameStop website, you can expect them on 3/1/19.

Yes, that’s totally the “Bent-Neck Lady” from “The Haunting of Hill House.”

Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are always way more fun in October than any other time of the year, especially when the friends and other folks you follow start sharing pictures of their Halloween costumes. This year, we’ve been compiling all of our favorites for the past couple weeks, and we’ve put them together for you guys here today.

Today is, after all, October 31st. So… Happy Halloween!!

We’ve been happy to see that Mandy has spawned a handful of costumes this Halloween, with several people dressing as Nicolas Cage’s Red Miller (including filmmaker Mike Mendez!). Our friend Ama Lea even dressed as the film’s Cheddar Goblin, mac ‘n cheese vomit and all!

Other costumes we’ve been delighted to see this year include a gnarly one from Gerald’s Game, Dennis from Serpent and the Rainbow, and even Aunt Martha from Sleepaway Camp.

Now Available On Blu-ray, ‘Mandy’ Comes Packaged With the Fully Uncut Cheddar Goblin Commercial

by John Squires
Emahlstadt

so... i finally watched this last night.

and... it immediately jumped into my top five horror movies of all time. and you guys know how i feel about nic cage.

gonna maybe try to give it a second pass today, but holy shit was it awesome.

Plus reversible cover art!

Today’s the day, Cheddar Goblin Fan Club. Just in time for Halloween, Panos Cosmatos’ Mandy is now available on DVD and Blu-ray, bringing the critically acclaimed Nicolas Cage horror film home and where it belongs: on your Blu-ray shelf, ready to be re-watched at your leisure.

Undoubtedly one of this year’s standout horror flicks, Mandy is the truly unforgettable Nicolas Cage genre film we’ve been building towards in recent years, playing out like the cosmic, crazier cousin of Drive Angry. A film that confidently exists in a world entirely of its own creation, Mandy is crazy cool looking at almost all times and bloody as can be. Simply put, it’s a gem.

More elegantly stated, Scott Weinberg wrote in his Mandy review here on BD that it’s a “grimly alluring fever dream,” one that “might just be your new favorite movie of the year.”

Weinberg raved earlier this year, “If you want a bizarre and blistering revenge story set in a uniquely ominous world, Mandy has a lot to offer. If your tastes lean towards genre flicks like Hellraiser, The Wicker Man, and Race with the Devil, there’s very little chance you won’t dig this movie in a big way. And if you’re hoping for a big fat amalgamation of action, horror, pitch black comedy, bittersweet romance, and that wonderfully sweet smell of sheer unpredictability, hell, Mandy might just be your new favorite movie of the year.”

Not that it even needs special features in order for you to buy it, but Mandy‘s Blu-ray release has a handful, including a 22-minute documentary that’s packed with never-before-seen concept art and behind the scenes photos/videos. The mini doc digs into aspects like the script, the casting (Nicolas Cage was originally going to play Jeremiah Sand, not Red Miller!) and the filming locations, featuring insights from Panos Cosmatos as well as producer Elijah Wood.

Also included on the disc, you’ll find 14 minutes of deleted/extended scenes, most notably the complete, “uncut” Cheddar Goblin commercial! This version of the beloved commercial is just a tad bit longer than the one seen in the film itself, and if you’re asking me, more Cheddar Goblin is always a good thing. An extended version of Bill Duke’s monologue is also part of the bonus features package, along with a completely deleted scene wherein Nic Cage laughs maniacally while pumping gas until the total reaches 6.66 gallons. Yes, it’s as glorious as it sounds.

One last thing that’s worth noting is that the Blu-ray art is reversible, with the film’s original poster art featured on the other side of the new home video art. A nice little bonus there.

Data analysis attempts to answer what exactly happened to The Simpsons

by Dan Neilan on News, shared by Dan Neilan to The A.V. Club

What exactly happened to The Simpsons? It’s a question that has haunted pop culture fans for over a decade. Throughout the 1990s, the animated family sitcom had an unparalleled run. Then, at some point, things took a turn for the worse. Not awful, mind you. Just worse. Did we simply age out of enjoying the show? Did…

Red Dead Redemption 2 flaming horse bug inflicts a terrifying curse on Rhodes

by Kirk McKeand
Emahlstadt

lol. not as good as cougar-man from RDR1, but still pretty good.

Beware the roads of Rhodes. A terrible curse has taken hold of Red Dead Redemption 2, setting horses aflame on the approach to the frontier township.

At a certain point in the story, you and the gang are scoping out Rhodes for opportunities. During this section, you are unable to use weapons in the vicinity of the town.

When you get near, there’s a pop up telling you to behave. This pop up appears in every video of horses spontaneously combusting, so it’s likely tied to the curse.

Here’s a look at what’s been going down:

Theres something wrong with this horse #RDR2https://t.co/SEfyuSGImv pic.twitter.com/2WnRXdeeIf

— Nasty Old Wizard (@casey_macneil) October 29, 2018

What in tarnation? This person isn’t the only one who’s seen the curse, either. Gamer Network’s own Matt Reynolds has also been bewitched:

What… curse has befallen this individual? #RDR2 pic.twitter.com/1PkJuYveLR

— Batthew Reynolds (@Crazyreyn) October 30, 2018

There’s also one on Reddit, where a horse with an erect tail signals the coming of the end. Beware the stiffy horse – a bad omen.

Have you also been marked for death? Let us know in the comments.

Call of Cthulhu reviews round-up, all the scores

by Lauren Aitken
Emahlstadt

i was a little interested in this one, but the reviews are pretty unkind and pretty unanimous.

Cyanide’s new adaptation of the Lovecraftian leviathan, Cthulhu, releases today to some mixed reviews.

Call of Cthulhu takes the substantial lore surrounding the cosmic entity under its wing and handles it respectfully, as opposed to turning it into a monster-slaying adventure.

The story begins with Edward Pierce, a drunk and down-on-his-luck detective being hired by a wealthy gentleman to investigate the death of his daughter. You’ll need to solve various puzzles and choose differing skills paths for your character as you weigh up whether to barge your way through a door or carefully pick a lock, with each decision slightly changing the path you’re on.

It’s up to you to work out whether this was a tragic accident or, as the sickly-green aesthetic and bizarre paintings suggest, was there some Eldritch magic afoot.

Call of Cthulhu is now available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Here are the reviews we’ve found so far, which will be scored out of 10 unless noted otherwise.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Legendary Fish guide – How to unlock and find all the Legendary Fish

by James Billcliffe
Emahlstadt

its headlines like these that remind me that this shit just ain't for me. never did understand the appeal of the first one and couldn't care less about finding all the legendary fish.

Fancy yourself a top angler? The American West has some of the best fishing in the world, and Red Dead Redemption 2 has a tankful of Legendary Fish to test your tackle against.

Each of these beauties can be found in lakes and waterways across the map, so here’s where to find every Legendary Fish in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Red Dead Redemption 2 comes to PC on November 5, and you can check out what new content is coming here.

How to unlock fishing and how to get a fishing pole in Red Dead Redemption 2

In Chapter 2 of the main story, you’ll eventually unlock a quest line with John Marston called “Pouring Forth Oil”. After the third quest in the series, another icon will appear on your map in camp where you have to speak to Abigail. She’ll ask you to take the young kid around camp, Jack, out fishing. After this quest, you’ll be able to fish.

Where to find every Legendary Fish in Red Dead Redemption 2

There are 14 Legendary Fish to dredge from the deep in Red Dead Redemption 2, and you can find them at any time, but to help you along there’s a side-quest that unlocks a full Legendary Fish map.

On the northeastern bank of Flat Iron Lake – after you’ve unlocked fishing by teaching Jack Marston – you’ll meet Jeremy Gill, a collector, who’ll give you the “A Fisher of Fish” quest, along with the map you need.

He offers to pay you for whoppers he can send off to fans of his books as souvenirs, and who can say no to easy money?

For reference, the map he gives you looks like this, with a little picture of the fish over where it can be found in the world:

To make your task easier and catch Legendary Fish, the next thing you’ll need is Legendary Lures, which once you’ve met Gill can be bought from fishing shops in large towns for $20 each – so $60 all in.

The three types you get are the Special Lake, Swamp and River Lures, which will be enough for you to snag all 14 Legendary Fish.

Below are the locations – in alphabetical order – of all of them, alongside which type of lure they need:

  • Legendary Bluegill – Lake Lure – You’ll find the Legendary Bluegill on the eastern bank of Flat Iron Lake, to the southwest of where it says “Rhodes” on the map. You need to go south of the small bay that’s east of the collection of islands in the Lake.
  • Legendary Bullhead Catfish – River Lure – This one can be a bit tough to nick. You have to go to the Sisika Penitentiary off the eastern coast of Saint Denis. The Bullhead Catfish is found in the water between the two western islands of the Penitentiary.
  • Legendary Catfish – This is the fourteenth fish, which you get a shot at after landing the other thirteen as is its own sidequest.
  • Legendary Chain Pickerel – River Lure – An easier Legendary fish to find is the Chain Pickerel. It’s just to the southwest of the Horseshoe Overlook campsite, northwest of Flatneck Station, where the Dakota River starts to bend around.
  • Legendary Large Sturgeon – River Lure – This fish can be found on the southwestern tip of Saint Denis, where the river to the west of the town opens up into a much larger body of water.
  • Legendary Largemouth Bass – Lake Lure – The Largemouth likes the Lake Lure, despite being in the San Luis River, just to the southeast of Lake Don Julio, which is itself south of Armadillo.
  • Legendary Longnose Gar – Swamp Lure – You find the Gar around the south bank of Lake Lagras, north of Saint Denis.
  • Legendary Muskie – River Lure – To the east of Emerald Ranch, you can find the Muskie on the southern side of where Van Horn trading post is printed on the map.
  • Legendary Perch – Lake Lure – This is another of the easier fish to find. Head to the Elysian Pool, which is northeast of the Emerald Ranch, to land the Perch.
  • Legendary Redfin Pickerel – Lake Lure – You get this fish from Stillwater Creek, which is the western-most stream that comes out of the Lower Montana River to the west of Thieves Landing and to the East of MacFarlane’s Ranch.
  • Legendary Rock Bass – Lake Lure – The Rock Bass is in the Aurora Basin, which is a good way west of Blackwater.
  • Legendary Smallmouth Bass – Lake Lure – This variety of Bass is found to the west of Strawberry, on the eastern bank of Owanjila.
  • Legendary Sockeye Salmon – Lake Lure – The Sockeye is found in the southern part of Lake Isabella, which is up in the mountains to the northwest of Valentine.
  • Legendary Steelhead Trout – You find the Steelhead right on the edge of the playable area of the map, up in the northeast corner. The fish is northeast of the Brandywine Drop, which is north of Annesburg, at the top of the river.

Exclusive ‘Possum’ Clip Foreshadows Something Creepy and Crawly

by Brad Miska
Emahlstadt

this clip doesn't really do anything for me, but i'm still looking forward to this one.

Bloody Disgusting has an exclusive clip from the UK horror film Possum (read our review) which stars Sean Harris of Prometheus fame. The film is written and directed by Matthew Holness, creator of the comedy series “Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace”, and will release on VOD November 2, 2018, via Dark Sky Films.

The story is about a disgraced children’s puppeteer who returns to his childhood home and is forced to confront his wicked stepfather and the secrets that have tortured him his entire life.

The clip foreshadows something horrific – something creepy and crawly…a giant spider, maybe?

Terps' Durkin reinstated; McNair family outraged

Emahlstadt

kinda surprising.

Football coach DJ Durkin met with his Maryland team on Tuesday, and he will coach Saturday against Michigan State, a source told ESPN. Earlier in the day, Maryland's board of regents recommended the school retain Durkin and athletic director Damon Evans.
