Circuit board dragons
The Blue Kraken's circuit board jewelry is lovely to a piece, but the main event is definitely the dragons, which integrate opals and other stones.

Even the Crappiest of Computers Can Handle ASCII Fluid Simulations
The incredibly lifelike computer simulations of snow and water seen in effects-heavy Hollywood blockbusters—and even video games—require a significant amount of computing power. It's not uncommon for a single frame of a movie to require days to render, and these days visual effect studios have more computing power than Nasa. But Yusuke Endoh has created a slightly cruder text-based fluid simulation that requires far less hardware.

Xbox One Boxes Now Being Sold On eBay For Hundreds Of Dollars
Planning on picking up an Xbox One but can’t find it at your local retailer? Your next best bet would probably be on eBay where you might some available albeit at marked up prices. However you should be aware as there seems to be several eBay listings in which the sellers are selling only the Xbox One’s box. Yes you read that right, they are only selling the cardboard box that the console came in, but they have named their auction and displayed it in such a way that the less discerning eBay-er might not think about it and place their bids. Zombie Snow White Isn’t The Snow White You Know [Cosplay]
The Evil Queen gave Snow White a poisoned apple that put her to sleep. But, what if it had a different effect? What if the apple turned the Disney princess into a brain-craving zombie?! That’s what happened in these photos featuring Scoutt Rose. She turns the rosy cheeked character into a bloody cheeked one instead, and it’s completely creepy.

Futuristic Shenzen Airport Shaped Like a Manta Ray
Designed to mimic the natural shape of a manta ray (but also clearly reminiscent of an airplane), the new expansion of the Shenzen Bao’an International Airport in China is covered in thousands of hexagonal skylights. Terminal 3 by Italian firm Studio Fuksas doubles the capacity of the existing airport and will accommodate 45 million passengers per year.
The firm studied a variety of life forms to come up with its highly distinctive, curving, all-white design. “The concept of the plan for Terminal 3 of Shenzen Bao’an international airport evokes the image of a manta ray, a fish that breathes and changes its own shape, undergoes variations, [and] turns into a bird to celebrate the emotion and fantasy of a flight,” they explain.
The steel and glass canopy spans 262 feet (80 meters) across, and the honeycomb pattern of the windows reflects onto the glossy white floor and various stainless steel surfaces for a dazzling geometric effect. Voids in the floors of the three airport levels create double- to triple-height spaces.
Those strange branch-like structures located throughout the interior are air conditioning vents inspired by abstracted trees. The entire structure measures over 5.3 million square feet. It opens to the public on November 28th, 2013. “The spatial concept is one of fluidity and combines two different ideas: the idea of movement and the idea of pause. Carefully considering the human experience of such environments, Studio Fuksas focused on processing times, walking distances, ease of orientation, crowding, and availability of desired amenities.”

Anchorman 2: Scotchy Scotch Toss Mobile Game Keeps It Classy
Paramount Digital Entertainment has launched the classiest mobile game ever conceived. The game is called Anchorman 2: Scotchy Scotch Toss and it’s the “greatest app n the history of western civilization.” The point of the game is to toss ice cubes into Ron’s glass of scotch.
The game has over 300 one-liners recorded by Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy. You can play against the computer (Ron) or play against friends. The game has four locations that are from the new film, including Ron’s RV, the Channel 4 News desk, Tino’s Jazz Bar and Ron’s apartment.
The game is available for iOS users for 99 cents on the App Store, and an Android version is coming soon.
“This game combines my two favorite things, scotch and playful exchanges with total strangers,” said Ron Burgundy.
