M is for Melon, un corto de terror onanista

10 Real Life Female Role Models as Disney Princesses
You probably recognize the women pictured even in their "Disneyfied" versions. But would your children know them?
Artist David Trumble responded the same way many of us did when we saw the "Disneyfication" of Princess Merida from the movie Brave earlier this year. To show how ridiculous it is to shoehorn all kinds of women into the Disney look, he did the same with prominent females from real-life. As he tells in an article at Women You Should Know, some people got the joke, while others wanted to buy the dolls.
“Fiction is the lens through which young children first perceive role models, so we have a responsibility to provide them with a diverse and eclectic selection of female archetypes. Now, I’m not even saying that girls shouldn’t have princesses in their lives, the archetype in and of itself is not innately wrong, but there should be more options to choose from. So that was my intent, to demonstrate how ridiculous it is to paint an entire gender of heroes with one superficial brush.
“But that’s just me.” – David Trumble
On the one hand, I can understand the point he is making, and that women should not have to be princesses to make them palatable or attractive to kids. After all, heroes come in all shapes, sizes, colors, sexes, and ages. But on the other hand, if art like this could get a little girl interested in learning more about the real women behind the pictures, they might serve a purpose greater than parody. What do you think? See all ten "princesses," with their real-life counterparts, at Women You Should Know. -via Flavorwire

Paperman Cosplay
Paperman is an Oscar-nominated animated short film by Disney. It's a touching, magically romantic story of a chance encounter between a man and a woman on a busy street.
Nico Colaleo, a cartoonist and filmmaker, attended a Halloween party hosted by Titmouse, a t-shirt company in New York City. He snapped photos of great costumes from that party, including this one of George, the lead male character in Paperman.
Jackass Presents: A Slutever Bad Grandpa Special
Snob<3 para Karley!
Finally! A new episode of the VICE Slutever show, yay! It’s been over a year since the last one, so it’s about time, really. This particular episode is a Slutever special, presented by Jackass and Bad Grandpa (aka the new Johnny Knoxville movie).
In this episode I move to LA to become famous, like my idol Anna Nicole Smith. Things take a random turn when I meet the world’s baddest grandpa, Irving Zisman, at a tantric sex cult meeting. Things get dirty… to see how, click HERE.
Many thanks to the wonderful crew of ladiez who I worked alongside to make this: director/producer Adri Murguia; editor Martina de Alba; editor Lessa Millet; graphics master Angie Sullivan
When Did Two-Strapping Get Cooler Than One-Strapping?
The headline confused me -I had no idea what it meant. It's about backpacks and how to wear them. Those who write and comment on the internet fall heavily between the ages of 18 and 40, and they all carried backpacks to school. For some, wearing only one backpack strap was the cool thing to do, and for others it was two straps. And they all have an opinion. The "investigation" at Slate has almost 300 comments, and the link at Metafilter has over a hundred. The question was sparked by the movie 21 Jump Street, in which the cool cop advised one-strapping to blend in as undercover agents at a high school, but found that the style had changed to two-strapping when they arrived at school.
When I first watched this scene, I thought: Funny bit, but is it right? I, like everyone cool (or trying to be cool) in my high school, one-strapped all the way. It was a foundational tenet of cool—you might argue about what kind of music was cool, or what clothes, or what hairstyles, but it was a given that one-strapping was the only way to wear a backpack. Is one-strapping really not cool anymore? And if so, how could something once so cool become so not? My search for the answer sent me on a quest in which I’d consult pediatric orthopedic surgeons, re-examine decades of pop culture, and track down the one consummately cool high-schooler from East Amherst, N.Y., who might have the answer.
What follows is an overly in-depth look at a trend, complete with pie charts, a survey of movies, and theories on why backpack-wearing styles change. This is a Very Important Thing.
The article and discussion is an instance of witnessing Generation X and Y coming to the realization that they are not in school anymore, and might never be the trendiest, coolest kids ever again. This is sort of funny to someone who never wore a backpack to school at all (no one at my school did -they were for hikers and campers) and whose kids gave up backpacks in sixth grade.

So, did wear your backpack with two straps or just one in high school? Tell us what year you graduated, too, if you don't mind. I'll start: Class of '76. No backpack, even in college.
10 Reasons Being Intelligent Is Difficult
1. You will be misunderstood a lot. Whether it’s the inability to communicate your thoughts in a way that is easily received, or that your articulations are just flat-out cryptic in nature; many times people will just not understand what you’re saying. “Never mind” is a phrase that you will use way too often.
2. You’ll likely always be frustrated about something. You don’t get to go through life apathetically. There is always something wrong – something to be fixed; something to change. But chances are, you can’t change it by yourself. So you think about these things a lot. Sometimes you’ll tell others about these things too. But it only leads to (1) so you start keeping many things to yourself.
3. Happiness will be a lot harder. Likely because of (2). It will be an everyday struggle to not want to just give up on humanity and live in a cave by yourself. You don’t seem to fit in the world so easily, and you certainly can’t fake it as much as everyone else.
4. You’ll have anti-social quirks or tendencies. Whether it’s talking to yourself in public or having a leg shake when you’re deeply focused on something; certain habits or traits will likely cause people to think you’re weird. And not in a good/fun/endearing way.
5. Everyone will remember all the times that you get something wrong, and they will never let you forget it! People might even be looking for loopholes and failures in your conversations. When they find them, you shall be berated gleefully. And lo, and behold when they don’t find them, you will be labeled a “know-it-all.”
6. You’ll be hard on yourself when you don’t “get things.” After all, you’re intelligent; understanding things and being imaginative or creative or critical is not “supposed” to be difficult. But no matter how smart you are, there will be things that you don’t get. And they will keep you up and night and cause you to believe that you’re losing your brainpower.
7. Few will get your sense of humor. Or you’ll be so funny that people will inevitably miss the hidden sentiments in your humor. Both will make you weep for humanity.
8. You’ll always feel like you’re supposed to do great things and feel worthless when you don’t. Intelligent people can be successful people but not always; maybe not even often. Sometimes they just don’t have the motivation. Many times, the pressure is just too much to bear and you’d just rather lie in bed all day and think about things – imaginative, cryptic things.
9. Because intelligent people aren’t always successful people, (and even when they are) you might be subordinate to people whose intellect is well, in need of development. And whether it’s in formal institutions or everyday interactions, you will be both humble, as well as saddened that this is your reality till the day that you die.
10. It’s a lose-lose situation in terms of your identity. You can’t call yourself intelligent without being seen as an arrogant prick. But you also can’t also call yourself otherwise, without everyone seeing you as pretentious. And half the time, you’re not even defining yourself by your intelligence, other people are. But the minute you take the time to address it, you’re pompous. You’re silent? You’re summoned to speak. You talk? You’re being smug. Nope, you can’t win. Ever. Which is sad because being smart is supposed to be fun; but really, it just ends up feeling like a lot of boring and painful work.
Bad Religion – Christmas Songs (2013)
Upon seeing a Bad Religion album titled Christmas Songs, the instinctive reaction would be to assume the band was releasing an album meant to skewer the holiday and the evil corporations that profit from its commercialization.
Instead, the album is exactly what it appears to be, with the legendary punk band delivering high energy yet faithful renditions of Christmas classics like “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” “Little Drummer Boy,” and “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.”
Rather than subverting culture, the band goes one step further, subverting the expectations of listeners by performing the songs without irony. Most surprising, however, is how well these songs work with Bad Religion’s driving and melodic style and Greg Graffin’s distinctive voice, showing…

…that these songs’ ability to endure for so long might have more to do with their solid songwriting than with the machinations of any church or corporate entity.

Cosplay and the fursuit of happiness
Austrian photographer Klaus Pichler, known for a book of prison tattoos, Inked for Life, among other works, has created a wonderful series of portraits featuring cosplayers in full costume, hanging around at home.
Who hasn’t had the desire just to be someone else for a while? Dressing up is a way of creating an alter ego and a second skin which one’s behavior can be adjusted to. Regardless of the motivating factors which cause somebody to acquire a costume, the main principle remains the same: the civilian steps behind the mask and turns into somebody else.
For this photo series I visited owners of elaborate costumes in their own homes. As a matter of fact, ‘Just the two of us’ deals with both: the costumes and the people behind them.
Some are charming and poignant.
Some are striking feats of design.
And many run the gamut from admirably witty to just flat out hilarious.
Also, it must be noted: the attention to staging in these is incredible, is it not? Either that, or a lot of costume enthusiasts just happen to have crazy nice houses.
The series, along with a great deal of Pichler’s other fine work, can be viewed at his web site. And you really should have a look at them there, they absolutely benefit from being seen at a larger size than we can show them here.
What Does It Mean to Be a Pervert?
You may have recently seen the soft-spoken Jesse Bering on Conan recalling the strangest of sexual fetishes. Be it arousal from falling down the stairs (Climacophilia) or feeling steamy from rolling around in stones and gravel (Lithophilia), nothing surprises the Western New York author and psychologist. That's why Dr. Bering just wrote Perv: The Sexual Deviant in All of Us, which unloads the morality of all things sexually weird.
Being a pervert is more than just what initially springs to mind. Armed with an academic backbone, the former psych professor adds a dash of humor to his research, many of which are learned from written reports. Bering has studied them extensively, and said he developed immunity to shock, in the process. His writing style is not an undergrad snorefest, so his book is getting a lot of much-deserved hype. Sex research is a touchy topic. Jesse believes cracking someone’s desires helps understand them fully. He spoke with us about the depths human erotic imagination, “objectum sexuals,” and how he views homophobes as types of pervs.
VICE: What is a perv in your eyes?
Jesse Bering: If I could rewrite the definition for the word pervert based on my own criteria, it would be a person who intentionally causes sexual harm to another. Note that this definition applies not only to the obvious examples—rapists, child molesters, those who abuse animals, and so on—but also to those whose bigotry causes harm to sexual minorities. A homophobe is a perv in my book, for instance, by dint of his or her invasive, voyeuristic preoccupation with the private sexual lives of an innocuous minority.
What kind of weird things did you find in your research?
Well, when you set out to read everything that’s ever been written about the subject of sexual deviance, you quickly develop a sort of immunity to shock. But some of the more memorable case studies included a morbidly obese Australian teenager who’d developed ulcers on his body after he failing to bathe properly; he came to, essentially, fall in love with these bubbling cankers, masturbating to the image of a beautiful woman who was sucking on his fingers while he inserted [them] into his festering wounds. Disturbing, yes, but also a testament to the power of the human erotic imagination. Then there was the Indian man with an insect paraphilia (“formicophilia”) who could only get off by placing slugs and beetles around his testicles and anus; and the young actor from London who thought his hay fever as a boy led to his sexual attraction to sneezing men.
Are there more male than female pervs or is it about the same?
In terms of people with certifiable paraphilias and fetishes—and by that, I mean in the clinical sense of either requiring or being largely dependent on something outside of the norm for their sexual gratification—it’s an overwhelmingly male phenomenon. Most sexologists believe that there are 99 paraphilic men to every one paraphilic woman.
Don’t misunderstand this to mean that women don’t have their share of “kinks”—they do. But one of the most important discoveries in modern sex research is a sex difference: women are more easily aroused by a broader range of erotic stimuli than are men, who, by contrast, are more likely to have a specific “type” of person or sexual activity that arouses them. This represents a lifelong, immovable pattern of male desires. In extreme cases, this male pattern becomes a paraphilia, where, sadly, the person has very limited options. An “acrotomophile” (amputee fetishist) may only be able to be aroused by, say, women missing a leg below the left knee. Those missing the right leg leave him limp.
Is it unexpected to be aroused by things like knismolagnia (being tickled), psellismorphilia (stuttering), and melissaphilia (arousal from bees)? What is the weirdest fetish you've come across?
According to a recent forensic resource by the psychiatrist Anil Aggrawal, there are 547 documented paraphilias. Some of them—actually, most of them—are quite carnival-like. But it’s important to remember that these more exotic manifestations of sexuality might be represented by just one lone figure in the universe: a single, sad, lascivious soul who can only, just to give two random examples, have an orgasm while fondling a mouse (“musophilia”) or while rolling around in ferns (“pteridomania”). It’s virtually impossible for me to pick the weirdest, since so many of them would fit the bill for truly bizarre. I’m reminded of one of my favorite quotes in this literature, from a sex research pioneer named Wilhelm Stekel—who, incidentally, coined the word “paraphilia” in the 1920s. “Variatio delectat! How innumerable are the variations which Eros creates in order to make the monotonous simplicity of the natural sex organ interesting to the sexologist.”
Is there such a thing as abnormal sexuality?
There is, yes, from the perspective of statistical frequency. But one of the core arguments in Perv is that it’s an error to infer morality from normality. Normal is only a number; and it’s one devoid of any intrinsic moral value. That’s the province of harm alone.
What about fetishes like xylophilia (wood), actirasty (the sun's rays), agalmatophilia (an attraction to statues) or stygiophilipa (the thought of hellfire and damnation)? How can inhuman objects or impossible fantasies create sexual desire?
Someone with an object fetish is aroused not by the object itself, but by the fact that it has made physical contact with the body of a desirable person. For instance, a brand new pair of Nikes from his local Foot Locker isn’t going to be particularly appealing to the average shoe fetishist; rather, he wants a pair that has been worn by a particular individual whom he craves. Whether it’s shoes, panties, hearing aids, rubber swim caps, you name it, the fetish object, in this sense, is transformed in the fetishist’s mind into a sort of sexual surrogate for the person he lusts after. The object has absorbed the “essence” of this attractive other.
But such object fetishists are very different from the more rarefied “objectophiles” (also known Objectum Sexuals), who actually are attracted to particular objects in and of themselves, regardless of their contact with another person’s body. There are the well-known, sensational cases, such as that of Erika Eiffel, a professional archer who married the Eiffel Tower and was convinced that the French landmark was a female who had similar feelings for her. More commonly, objectophiles fall in love with everyday things, such as chairs, flags, and dinnerware, believing that they are in complex romances with these inanimate objects. Since many objectophiles are on the autistic spectrum, a condition characterized by difficulties in the social domain, this may underlie the phenomenon somehow, and there’s also a related psychological trait known as “object personification synesthesia,” in which “person” and “object” blend to create the perception of objects endowed with mental states, including sexual desires.
You say as long as you're not hurting anyone, and there's no distress, let your freak flag fly. If you let your inner perv run wild, what is your fetish?
I’ve certainly had my share of fleeting deviant desires. In Perv, I relay how my first masturbation experience involved an overly muscled Neanderthal specimen depicted in one of my father’s old 1960s-era college textbooks—great body, horrible face. This was before the internet, alas, so closeted gay boys like me had to work with the material we had. I do have a bit of an exhibitionist streak in me. Otherwise, I suppose I wouldn’t be writing books like these. But overall, I’m lamentably dull in bed—I mean, aside from making my diaper-clad partner bleat like a goat while I twist my nipple clamps and recite the Lord’s prayer, but that just seems so vanilla that it’s hardly worth mentioning, really.

20 Seriously Dark Anthony Jeselnik Jokes That’ll Twist Your Brain Sideways
The success of Anthony Jeselnik’s Comedy Central show, The Jeselnik Offensive, has vaulted the comedian into the Hollywood limelight. But for the past decade, the Pittsburgh native has been challenging norms and pushing boundaries with a litany of clever one-liners that often include a signature sociopathic twist.
The character Jeselnik has cultivated on stage has most certainly ruffled some feathers, but there’s no denying former Fallon writer’s talent and commitment to exploring taboo subjects. Jeselnik has been quoted as saying “I try to say the worst thing you could and get away with it…once people get that I’m saying awful things for a reason, it takes away that barrier. It gets them to laugh about domestic violence or breast cancer.”
If there’s any man that can turn anything into a joke, might be Jeselnik. Let’s take a look at some of his finest:

Why Pretty Girls Aren’t The Problem
This week, a 37 second video called “The Power of Adobe Photoshop” has been making the rounds all over social media and various websites, including this one. It depicts the dramatic transformation of a woman’s appearance using hair, makeup and a whole lotta Photoshop.
Here are some of the headlines accompanying it on the blogs:
“The Power of Photoshop’ Illustrates Our Unrealistic Expectations of Beauty” – RYOT
“Model Photoshop Gifs And Video Shocking! Watch Disturbing Airbrush Transformation Of Average Woman Before And After” - idesigntimes.com
“Watch as Woman Goes From Average to Fabulous in 37 Seconds” - ABC
“37 Seconds to “Perfect”: Why Women Have Body Issues” – Babble
“”The Power Of Photoshop’ Shows How Frighteningly Warped Society’s Beauty Expectations Truly Are” – Thought Catalog
Let me make something very clear. This woman:
…is NOT “average”. She’s beautiful. So is this “woman”:
Sure, she’s man-made but guess what? There are actual women in the world that look like this. Like, a bunch of them. I live in Los Angeles so I should know.
The reaction to this video and outrage over the use of Photoshop in general says more about the standard of beauty in Western society than the video itself. Just referring to the woman in her natural state at the beginning of the clip as “average”, speaks volumes.
Telling ourselves that the digitally manufactured “woman” is impossibly perfect and that real women literally could not look like that is a disingenuous attempt at soothing the deep collective insecurity about our own beauty, or perceived lack thereof. We reassure ourselves that this woman doesn’t exist, so there’s no need to feel inadequate or not good enough by comparison. But, she does. She’s sitting across the bar from you or trying on clothing in the fitting room adjacent to yours. She’s your ex’s new flame or your new boss. She’s standing behind you in line at Starbucks or introducing herself and telling you that she likes your writing. She’s in the minority, but she’s around and you can’t escape her.
Photoshop could be banned from all media and girls that walk around, naturally looking like the fake woman in this video, will still exist. In demonizing the cosmetic and digital magic found in this video, you’re barking up the wrong tree. The fact is, many people might perceive certain women as more beautiful than you and becoming OK with that is the real issue here. Realizing that it isn’t a contest and that the people who matter will think you’re the most beautiful thing they’ve ever seen, should be what we’re focusing on here, right?
If you figure out how to do that, let me know.
Has venido al barrio equvocado, muthafucka
For The Lulz.
Snufkin, mal amigo, peor persona
No engañas a nadie, farsante.

Cara a cara.
PEGI +3… ¡Los cojones!
¡Se acabó! ¡Ya me he desahogado!
