Imgur user freakazeud made this awesome papier-mâché Death Star piñata for some geektastic summer fun for the neighborhood kids and created a step-by-step tutorial so that the rest of us can make one too. A beach ball, basic papier-mâché supplies and paint were used to make this miniature version of the moon-sized technological terror. The planetary superlaser was made of straws and hot glue.

For piñata sticks, freakazeud had all the kids make their own lightsabers using pool noodles:
