LuciocÉ o tal caso: todo mundo pode detestar o Bolsonaro, mas impedir esse senhor de discursas (pelo que entendi essa será a homenagem) seria a quebra de free speech e anularia uma das coisas que teoricamente distinguem democracias modernas de ditaduras.

The Falling Elevator

E nos comentários um doido tem uma teoria de que em alguns sonhos nossa mente está sobreposta com outra versão de nós mesmos em um universo paralelo, onde o edifício teria mais andares e o mostrador do elevador faria sentido...
For the past few months I have had a recurring dream, once or twice a week, about being in a lift/elevator that malfunctions and falls.
The lifts are usually the ones from my office, but occasionally they'll be in a made up place such as a hotel.
The dream will start normally, and eventually I will get in to a lift. If there are other people in the lift it works as normal until I am the only one left. When I reach my floor (usually 6 as this is the floor I work on) the doors will not open. At this point, it will climb higher and higher and I can't stop it. The numbers on the display in the lift increase way past the amount of floors in the building, and eventually it stops.
When it stops, it stays still for a while. Sometimes I can get the doors open to look outside, only to realise that the lift is suspended way above the building. Whether I can get the doors open or not, the realisation that the only way to go is down will hit me. Once this happens, the lift starts to fall rapidly, with the numbers decreasing quickly.
Sometimes I will wake up at this point, but usually I survive the fall. When I survive the dream will just carry on as normal, or I'll be interviewed by someone about how scary it was.
Lately, I have had two dreams that vary slightly from the above. Last week I dreamed that I was waiting for a lift, but it was full and I couldn't get in. I watched the numbers above the doors climb past the number of floors in the building, and then come crashing back down to 0. The impact of the lift caused a kind of earthquake, and a lot of people died. I walked out in to the street and tried to help people, but there were a lot of dead on the ground.
Another variation was last night. It was the same as my usual dream, except someone from my office was in the lift with me. I woke up before the impact.
I'm not sure if this "means" anything, but I always find it interesting when I have these recurring dreams. They're terrifying but thrilling at the same time; like I enjoy them but I also don't.
Anyone else ever had a similar dream, or think there is any meaning to this?

Acho que esse cara não conhece muita gente velha/antiga.
Aliás na minha experiência pessoas antigas começam com um processo de acúmulo compulsivo lá pelos 40. Acho que as coisas eram muito mais caras/difíceis de obter na época deles e eles tem um "imprint" de medo de escassez, sei lá.
Eu tenho de brigar com a minha mãe para ela jogar fora as quantidades de objetos inúteis no apartamento dela de vez em quando, senão teria ficado já igual a casa desses velhinhos...

Possibly [NFSW]: Sexual dreams about best friends fiance.

To start things off, my best friend (We'll call him Johnny) died in August 2012. (Way to set the tone, right?) He was a brother to me, and I miss him and love him to death. Still think about him every day, and I've come to terms with it and have been fine for a while now.
Johnny had a girlfriend who he was engaged to (we'll call her Rachel), and an infant son (We'll call Johnny Jr) at the time of his passing. I was friends with "Rachel" through him, but we never hung out alone.
After his death Rachel and I naturally grew closer since we were the two people Johnny was closest to and had tons of stories from completely different perspectives that we'd share to cope. It was definitely cool to see him in that light. I've been there for her, mostly emotionally but if she's needed something I was there to provide when she didn't want to ask a family member or something. She now had a boyfriend, and I've kind of backed off to let her live her own life and move on. Finding a new guy and all, she's clearly ready for a new start and I'm happy she's found someone who's made her happy. But on to the dreams..
Dream #1: Me and "Rachel" were sitting in a room, and we were sharing a laugh about something general and then she says to me.
Rachel: "Hey naseK....Don't think I'm crazy, but I think we should have a baby. You and Johnny were like brothers, and if we had a son together, he and Johnny Jr. would be real brothers. I want him to have that bond you and Johnny had."
Of course I was shocked, but in the dream it made sense. In real life of course, it didn't. Why would a single mother want another kid? Anyway, I kinda brushed that off which leads us to the next dream.
Dream #2: "Rachel" and I were completely naked but it wasn't awkward. She was spending the night at my house (it wasn't my real house, but I could tell by how I felt in the dream that I lived there) and we were having some sort of conversation but we were standing in front of one another. This was personal space distance distance, but the conversation wasn't of a personal matter. Felt very casual. All of a sudden, the scene progressed and she was on top of me in reverse cowgirl and I came inside of her. It's like I was watching us having sex in some third person view. Afterwards, she went to sleep while I got up, got dressed and then I woke up.
A few footnotes.
I won't lie, "Rachel" is very attractive but I've seen their relationship first hand and I know for a fact that she's not the type I look for in a girlfriend.
If it came down to it, I would say I'm sexually attracted to her but no way could I ever have sex with her. There have been about 5 or 6 more of these random sexual encounter dreams like in Dream #2 above, but I don't want to make a wall of text
*Hopefully, it didn't come off too creepy remembering all of the details. I just happen to remember a lot of my dreams and they're always very specific. *
I haven't seen her or the kid in a while, but we keep in contact. Maybe an hour long phone call or so a month, and a few pictures of the kid here and there.
TL;DR: I keep dreaming I'm having sex with my dead best friend's fiance.

'Godzilla' International Trailer
LuciocYay! Nesse aparece uma silhueta de corpo inteiro do Godzilla, e também um reflexo das cristas dorsais num prédio!
Aliás é FANTÁSTICO o trabalho de suspense que estão fazendo com esses trailers. Enquanto vários filmes se estragam antes da estréia soltando trailers que basicamente mostram tudo, este aqui está se esforçando até para esconder o personagem-título.
(Por outro lado, pode ser que o Godzilla *realmente* nunca apareça muito bem no filme. Pelo visto vai ser uma criatura tão absurdamente gigante que humanos tentando enxergá-lo vai ser como formigas tentando enxergar humanos...)

A Disney vai desenvolver continuações de Os Incríveis e Carros, de acordo com o /Film. A informação teria vindo de Bob Iger, executivo da Disney, que contou a investidores que Brad Bird está escrevendo Os Incríveis 2 e que a Pixar está trabalhando em um terceiro filme da franquia Carros. Bird, que já havia falado anteriormente sobre uma possível sequência de Os Incríveis, trabalha atualmente na pós-produção de Tomorrowland, seu segundo filme com atores.
