By now, hopefully you guys know the talent of artist Brandon Bird (if not, get on that). Bird recently assembled a pantheon of awesome artists to recreate, in their own way, the pages of a completely bizarre X-Men coloring book from the '90s. The results are, and please forgive me, X-ceptional.
Fans are still sore from Capcom's premature cancellation of Mega Man Legends 3. Capcom enthusiasts have never been the type to sit idly by, however, and a group of fans in Japan are working hard to recreate Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version using Unity3D engine.
Team JisakuDASH3 is researching all available media—including screenshots and videos Capcom released—to recreate the prototype version as accurately as possible. You can see a Japanese trailer for the project below.
For those who either don't remember or are unaware, Capcom originally planned to release Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version on the 3DS eShop back in 2011. It would have featured 10 missions, with Barrett as a playable character, serving as a prologue to the main game.
Thanks to Capcom's defunct Devroom, the models of Barrett and Aero used in the fan project are official assets.

Nendoroid 400 being Cardcaptor Sakura was welcomed, well-overdue news. As it turns out, the special occasion will also be joined by a special friend, as Tomoyo Daidouji will also be receiving a Nendoroid. As for anything that is known beyond that, all we know is that is indeed in the works.
The figure certainly has its possibilities. Undoubtedly, there has to be a video camera accessory. There's no way that it can't be included. Also, with the inclusion now of Tomoyo, will there be a Nendoroid in the future of Syaoran Li? Sure, he may not be the main character, but this is a male Nendoroid that needs to be made as well.
Again, there's no release information being released at this time. If anything, this news comes on the heels that Nendoroid Sakura is indeed coming out very soon and you should probably be buying her.

Now that Ken Amada is a bit older and Koromaru is still as adorable as ever, the two have joined forces in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

For their first animated movie based on a Marvel comic, Disney will be adapting the obscure, even to Amecomi readers, Japanese superhero team Big Hero 6.
While there isn't much to complain about in the newly released teaser trailer, the previews have prompted some criticism that the movie lacks Japanese verisimilitude, even accounting for the fact that it's set in fictional mash-up San Fransokyo.
Official Site: http://movies.disney.com/big-hero-6
"Big Hero 6" is a heartfelt comedy adventure about robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who learns to harness his genius—thanks to his brilliant brother Tadashi and their like-minded friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go Tamago, clean freak Wasabi No-Ginger, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to his closest companion—a cutting-edge robot named Baymax—and transforms the group into a band of high-tech heroes determined to solve the mystery. Inspired by the Marvel comics of the same name, and featuring comic-book style action and all the heart and humor audiences expect from Walt Disney Animation Studios, "Big Hero 6" is directed by Don Hall ("Winnie the Pooh") and Chris Williams ("Bolt"), and produced by Roy Conli ("Tangled"). The film hits theaters in 3D on November 7, 2014.

Fast food chain McDonald's is attempting to encourage kids to "enjoy fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy and wholesome beverages such as water or juice." Towards that end, they've added the option of Go-GURT Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt or apple slices, or both as their sides in place of a kid-size fry. And, they've introduced a new Happy Meal brand ambassador, which has not met with a positive press response. The adjective "terrifying" seems to be getting frequently applied.
It got a similar response in Japan.
Popular ero-manga artist Kon-Kit thought it looked a like a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Stand.

We've known for a little while that Megahouse was working on figures of Dandy and Honey from Space Dandy, but now new magazine scans have emerged that not only show them off in glorious colour, but also reveal that they'll be coming with some neat alternate parts.
First it's got to be said that these two look great in colour. Dandy radiates retro cool while Honey is space cheesecake at its finest. The scan shows off they'll both come with alternate arm and face parts too. Honey gets a tray carrying arm and a flirty wink, while Dandy trades in his baton for a pistol and his smirk for a hilarious duckface.
After seeing this I'm super excited for both of them, especially considering how Megahouse have steeped up their game in recent years. No release dates yet, but we'll be sure to let you know the second we know more.

This summer, Netflix tries adding some anime to their programming by globally streaming sci-fi anime Knights of Sidonia. While the adaptation of Tsutomu Nihei’s deep space mecha manga is airing in Japan this spring, Netflix has now announced that it hits their service on July 4th.
So far they haven't indicated whether they will be following the pattern of past programming, offering the entire season at the time of the premiere.

After Kotobukiya added Rikka Takanashi to their Cu-Poche line, it was surely only a matter of time before her erstwhile sidekick Sanae Dekomori showed up in the range. Sure enough, the deranged schoolgirl is now available for pre-orders.
When it comes to smaller figures like this a lot of the appeal is in accessories, and a clever add-on can make or break a figure. Kotobukiya have done exceptionally well in that regard. Not only have they produced an adorable looking recreation of Dekomori, they've also included a terrific effects part to recreate her pigtail twirling 'Mjolnir Hammer' attack. Plus that face is just too perfect.
If you've already ordered Rikka then this is pretty much a must have, and at 4,200 she won't break the bank either. Dekomori will arrive in October, hit the links below to get hold of her for your collection.

AlainmendezKanColle in the new Touhou.
Demonstrating just how inescapable KanColle is these days, Lily Hoshino (Otome Yōkai Zakuro, Penguindrum) has posted her sketch of the browser game turned multi-media franchise's anthropomorphized destroyer Hibiki.
Like the other fleet girl destroyers, such as the super popular Shimakaze, the character, originally illustrated by Yadokari and voiced by Aya Suzaki, is portrayed as young girl. The Akatsuki-class destroyer was turned over to the Soviet Union in 1947 as a spoil of war and renamed the Verniy in 1947, so the ship daughter undergoes a similar transformation during its second upgrade.

As announced at Anime Central, Viz Media locked down a whopper of a license with the addition of the classic Sailor Moon anime and the upcoming Sailor Moon Crystal. For the original anime this includes streaming, digital, and home video rights that cover all 200 episodes, tie-in specials, and three feature films.
Viz Media's release of classic Sailor Moon will come uncut—including the original Japanese names, stories, and relationships—in its original 4:3 aspect ratio, and a new uncut English dub is in the works, as well.
Here's the announcement trailer:
The English-subtitled version is aiming for a summer release, with the dub to start rolling out later this year. The first four TV anime episodes are set for a Monday premiere on Neon Alley and Hulu, with two additional episodes to premiere every Monday. Viz will also start releasing Sailor Moon in half-season DVD/Blu-ray combo sets starting this fall.
As for the new Sailor Moon Crystal anime, more details on its release will be divulged in the future. It was previously announced that Crystal will stream worldwide, with the series set to premiere online on July 5.
Fans can look forward to celebrating "Sailor Moon Day" at Anime Expo on that day, as well. Activities include Viz panels announcing the new dub cast and staff, and an attempt at the world's largest gathering of Sailor Moon cosplayers.
