今晚耶誕夜，藍色電影院提前開播，首先登場介紹的音樂來自法國導演Christian Carion《近距交戰／聖誕快樂（Joyeux Noël）》中，委請作曲家菲利普·洪比（Philippe Rombi）創作的主題曲／歌「Fraternizer’s Hymn／I’m dreaming, of home」，曲名不同，曲調相周，差別在前者詼詞，後者有歌詞。
《近距交戰》時光座標設定在1914年的耶誕節前後時日。
那年的戰場上，德軍、英軍（蘇格蘭軍人）和法軍在同一個陣地上對峙作戰，互有勝負，同一個戰壕有時是德軍的，有時是法軍的，就看誰的戰力比較強……戰死的軍士屍體則是僵臥在戰壕間的三不管地帶…。
這是一部反戰電影，重點在於：
生活在同一塊土地上，
仰望同一片藍天，
吹拂同一陣涼風，
曬在額頭和肌膚上的溫熱，來自同一個太陽，
我們信仰同一個神，
過同樣的節慶，
唱相同曲調的歌曲，
為什麼我們會殺紅了眼？
為什麼會把鄰人當成仇讎？
為什麼一定要殲滅對方呢？
在那個寂靜的夜晚，手握刀槍的戰士毫無殺伐之念，大家都知道耶誕節到了，大家都想著以前過耶誕的甜美幸福，如今夜色茫茫，星月無光，誰也不知道有沒有明天，戰壕那頭傳來風笛加聖樂，這頭就由歌劇紅伶來替大家唱「平安夜」吧！「平安夜」？英軍會唱，法軍也會，德軍更會，一首應景的歌曲，就這樣從戰壕的東側飄飄然傳送到了西邊，到了南邊……藝術化解了敵對的鴻溝，音樂讓三方長官開始面對面談判，達成了耶誕夜停火的君子協定，一切都因為神子在那天誕生。
耶誕節是奇蹟日，信仰同一個神的敵對種族，在共同歡慶的節日當天，放下槍炮，舉起酒杯，唱起語言或許不同，曲調卻是完全一樣的聖歌，兄弟反目，信徒交惡，人生的可笑與荒謬，誰不歎息。

菲利普·洪比Philippe Rombi 1968年四月三日出生在法國pau。曾經在馬賽國立音樂學院攻讀琴與指揮，自稱是在聽過John Williams的星際大戰和第三類接觸的音樂創作後，迷上電影配樂，投身電影音樂產業。後來成為名導演歐容（François Ozon）最信賴的音樂夥伴，一路從1999年《挑逗性謀殺（Criminal Lovers）》開始，合作過的《池畔謀殺案（Swimming Pool）》、《愛情賞味期（5×2）》、《雙面法蘭茲（Frantz）》、《雙面情人（L’Amant double）》到2023年的 《罪美人（The Crime Is Mine）》都交出膾炙人口的樂章。
經濟部祭出小屋頂光電獎勵每瓩3000元 環團：政策最大阻礙仍是社會溝通

經濟部今（5）日推出家戶屋頂光電獎勵計畫，屋頂面積在1000平方公尺以下的建物建置太陽光電，每瓩可享3000元獎勵。目前也在研擬草案，要求1000平方公尺以上新建物強制裝設光電。環保團體認為，屋頂光電最大的阻礙是社會溝通成本，政府應該將資源投注在社區的說明與宣導。

行政院院會今（5）日通過經濟部提出的「家戶屋頂設置太陽光電加速計畫」，針對屋頂面積1000平方公尺以下之私有建築物，若設置太陽光電，每kW（瓩）獎勵3000元，每案最高30萬元，加上各地方政府既有的獎勵，提升設置誘因。
經濟部能源署長游振偉表示，計畫是由經濟部撥款給地方政府執行，也設計簡化民眾申請流程。計畫期間四年，預計投入40.8億元預算，可推廣12萬小屋頂家戶設置光電，帶動新增1200MW容量。
游振偉說明，統計既有1000平方公尺以下建物，僅10%設置屋頂光電，還有很多空間可以推動。主因在於小屋頂的設置成本相對較高，每瓩成本落在6萬上下，希望透過獎勵加速建置光電。
經濟部統計，截至2024年太陽光電累積設置達13.82GW，其中屋頂型達8.76GW。光電目標是2026年裝置容量20GW，2030年累計31GW。
屋頂光電子法年底出爐 新建物裝光電門檻擬設1000平方公尺
《再生能源發展條例》修法後，要求「一定面積」以上的新增建物必須設置太陽光電，但面積門檻爭執不休。而根據經濟部與內政部預計年底前預告的子法草案，義務門檻為1000平方公尺，1000平方公尺以上新建物需強制裝設光電。
強制門檻是否仍有調整空間？是否會與獎勵計畫重疊？游振偉受訪說明，子法只針對新建物，「（門檻）會不會重疊不曉得。」就算未來門檻下修至1000平方公尺以下，如果符合強制義務的新建物，「再給他（義務者）獎勵不公平」。
行政院院長卓榮泰今日也特別指示經濟部、內政部，與地方政府必須持續溝通屋頂光電推動措施，針對子法或是作業實施要點部分，也要進一步討論具體的規定，送交院會核定。
溝通才是最大阻礙 環團：獎勵治標不治本
地球公民基金會議題部專員鄭泰鈞指出，目前影響民眾裝設光電意願的不是財務成本，而是在社區、大樓要跟鄰居溝通的成本，偏偏六都又以社區大樓為主，多數民眾存在認知落差的情況下，「不是有錢就可以蓋。」經濟部應該把資源用在籌組輔導團隊，去村里層級宣導說明，讓大眾認識光電。
鄭泰鈞指出，現行多數地方政府已有6000到1萬元的補助計畫，中央再加3000元，作用有限。況且，越小的案場成本越高，真的需要補助的是300平方公尺以下的小型案場，如果把補助預算收攏起來，可能補助更多。針對屋頂光電子法草案，還是希望下修門檻，擴大屋頂光電的可能性。

The judge in Donald Trump’s Manhattan criminal hush-money case has postponed deciding on whether to throw out the president-elect’s conviction on presidential immunity grounds.
Judge Juan Merchan’s office told Trump’s lawyers and prosecutors that he would delay the ruling until 19 November after defense and prosecutors submitted letters asking for a postponement. 男歡女愛：浮生一世情

在溫暖的冬日下午，走進士林李科永紀念圖書館，四周都是玻璃窗，陽光明豔，一眼就瞧見了安諾·艾美（Anouk Aimée），我心中的女神，她也是費里尼和李路許的女神。
今年六月來不及和她揮手說再見，如今，她在士林等我，我當然要帶她回家，再多看她幾眼。
拍攝《浮生年華（Les plus belles années d’une vie)》時，安諾·艾美（Anouk Aimée）已經87歲，尚·路易·特罕狄釀（Jean-Louis Xavier Trintignant則是89歲，沒有人料到她們能再合作，而且是1966年經典電影《男歡女愛（Un homme et une femme）》的最終續集。
關鍵推手是當時也已經82高齡的名導演柯勞德.李路許（Claude Lelouch）。
片名意思指的是「人生最美好的時光」，多數人會回頭探問，那是留戀；然而李璐許透過歌詞卻在說最美好的時光是還沒有來的時光，是我們當下相聚的時光。是現在式，是未來式，並非過去式。
真是如此嗎？
電影中的特罕狄釀在安養院裡一直難忘昨日愛人安諾.艾美，見了面，卻已認不出眼前人正是舊愛，他的名言是：「我對她的記憶宛如昨天，但是我的昨天卻是一片茫然。」
《浮生年華》是獻給資深影迷的情詩，資深才會記得《男歡女愛》，才會懷念特罕狄釀與安諾.艾美，聽見法蘭西斯．賴(Francis Lai)所寫的「Un homme et une femme」旋律，聽見獨特的cha-ba-da-ba-da的人聲吟唱，才會想起美好昨天，才會珍惜導演讓我們重溫男女主角在1966年的俊美模樣，那是他們最美好的時光，也是影迷最難忘的時光。
《浮生年華》是一封懺情書，解釋男女主角在《男歡女愛》中明明如此相愛，何以沒有結成連理？答案是男人花心，不忘追求其他女人。
然而，《浮生年華》也是一封癡情書，因為塵埃落盡，男主角藏在懷中的照片依舊是當年合影照片，心中口中念念不忘的總是她。
垂暮之年得知老情人還是對你舊情難忘，而且是對著妳訴說一直活在記憶中的那位女子，記得所有的好，懺悔所有的錯，還有什麼情仇是不能放下的呢？
不想放手的是李路許。
一手打造的傳奇與神話，魂牽夢縈，永難棄離。就像電影中的老先生，認不出眼前的老情人，卻不忘告訴她：「她也是習慣這樣撩動頭髮。」這是多窩心的綿綿情話？
一如老先生說：「妳的聲音讓我想起以前深愛過的女人。」看不清今天，念念不忘的是昨天，明明是同一個人，妳是感嘆歲月無情？還是珍惜曾經擁有？
紅塵碧海，幾許恩愛苗，多少癡情種。他不想參透鏡花水月，離合悲歡都是他輾轉反側不想須臾分離的創作素材，一生癡，一生迷，不想從相思夢裡醒來。
很多導演一輩子都在拍同一部電影，李路許就是典型範本。一輩子都糾纏在男女情愛故事上，他忘不了改變一生的《男歡女愛》，該片不但獲得坎城金棕櫚獎，也贏得了奧斯卡最佳外語片和編劇兩座金像獎，成為愛情電影的經典。所以20年後拍了續集，53年後又拍了「新」續集，而且是搶在男女主角的最後黃昏時光，補足所有的相思和遺憾。
即使導演和演員都老了，但是《浮生年華》依舊執迷在音樂混搭流動影像的浪漫美學，樂音像風，影像像詩，再疊印青春正美的特罕狄釀與安諾.艾美人像，你會同意，能夠癡情一輩子，最是幸福。太上忘情，其下不及，情之所鍾，正在我輩。忘不了的就好好再唱他一曲，《浮生年華》就是深情款款的天鵝之歌。
電影倒數第二句對白：「幸運的話，我們可以看見美麗的夕陽。」攝影機貼著地面，隨著雪鐵龍老車緩緩前行，熟悉的旋律再度揚起……
然後，晚霞出現綠光。「綠光！趕快許願！」李路許第49部電影的字幕浮現。
許願吧！幸福的老情人，幸福的老影迷。We are all blessed.
