Agile Designers is a fantastic resource for finding all sorts of design/development related goodies, both free and premium. You can use the sort feature to only show the free goods. Everything on Agile Designers is neatly organised, user submitted and hand-picked.
GraphicBurger
GraphicBurger have incredible taste (pun intended) when it comes to free design goods. These guys do an amazing job of rounding up the very best design resources from all over the web, and their site is super quick!
FreeVectorMaps
FreeVectorMaps might sound like a strange choice, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve needed quality maps when doing design work. These maps are beautiful, plus they release new maps all the time.
Pixeden
Pixeden are a Premium design resources company, but they release a lot of high quality design freebies too. Everything from Icons, UI Kits, Mockups and text effects to buttons and free PSD’s.
Psddd
Psddd is a very well designed site that makes it easy to search and find specific freebies that originate from Dribbble. Browse by category or just search for exactly what you’re looking for. Lots of great finds here!
PurtyPixels
PurtyPixels is a growing collection of free resources designed by Rich Tabor of ThemeBeans. The site is very easy to browse and there’s currently over 40 freebies listed, free to download.
Dribbble
Dribbble Freebies. There’s a lot of sites out there that feature Dribbble freebies and make them searchable, but sometimes I like to use the “freebies” tag on Dribbble to view the very latest freebies from the Dribbble community. Usually a good number of items posted daily too.
PremiumPixels
PremiumPixels by Orman Clark is probably the best example of a site for design resources. In my opinion this is where you’ll find the best quality freebies, especially those created by Orman himself.
IconFinder
IconFinder is quite simply the best destination for free (and paid) icons. The team has put in a lot of work in evolving the site into what we see today. Browse thousands of icon sets, or search icons individually.
