Tomb Raider to get PS4 & Xbox One re-release?

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition heading to next-gen in January, Amazon reveals.

The retailer currently lists Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for release on PlayStation 4 and an undisclosed platform (presumably Xbox One) in January 2014 which will, according to the description, include all previously released DLC.

Customers who pre-order will also receive an exclusive artbook.

Amazon states that the game has a recommended retail price of €59.99 (£50.35).

Square Enix has yet to announce a next-gen version of Tomb Raider, which released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in March. However, it has announced a next-gen sequel, currently...

Reminder: Call of Duty: Ghosts Double XP weekend starts at 6pm tonight

Grab Double XP until Monday.

The 2XP event lets early adopters get their Ghosts career off to a head start, with all progress also transferable over to next-gen versions when the new consoles arrive later this month.

The event is available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Wii U, although Activision asks players to "stay tuned for future announcements" about next-gen double XP events.

Call of Duty: Ghosts launched on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC and Wii U on Tuesday, and launches on Xbox One next Friday, November 15.

Sony schedules PSN maintenance for tomorrow afternoon and evening

PlayStation Network servers will undergo maintenance from 2pm UK time tomorrow (Thursday) until 1am on Friday, Sony has announced.

During this time you'll only be able to sign in and play online if you have recently logged on to your SEN account and your authentication details are cached, Sony warned via a post on its official PlayStation forum.

Account Management and the PlayStation Store will be entirely unavailable during the maintenance.

One Of These Handhelds Can Access Nintendo's Miiverse

And it's...oh dear. Up top, a pair of Nintendo 3DS units, below, a PlayStation Vita. Sony's browser lets you access Nintendo's online version of the Miiverse. Nintendo's own does not.
