Note: Those literary critics who rail upon works with multiple prologues are invited to consider that sometimes what looks like two prologues is really just one prologue with two chapters, so it's okay, and besides, it probably was the best way to tell the story.
There we go! We good, right? Eh?? EHH???
Walky did the right thing and I’m sure that solved everything.
Anyway, there’s a framed photo just barely peeking into the second panel. Though the other two are of the original Big Boss, Tony’s dad, the third one is actually a page from Scott McCloud’s The New Adventures of Abraham Lincoln. Specifically the splash page where an impostor Abraham Lincoln punches through the wall dramatically while announcing, “I CARE! THAT’S WHO!” while some kid shouts “OH MY GOD IT’S ABRAHAM LINCOLN!!”
It’s art.
I wanted to have the obvious subverted where George gets to eat John (his other clones) but instead he decides it'd be too much for their friendship if he did. So that's the reasoning for him not eating any of the other clones.
It's humid and hot to where fans aren't cooling us down so I'm just going to go take a shower and head to bed. Talk to you guys Friday... or earlier if you're on the ZR discord server or FB group.

Note: Literary critics have, throughout the ages, argued both for and against the inclusion of prologues in large works. On the one hand, anything that is truly part of the story might just as well be considered its first chapter. On the other, some sequences of narrative exist solely to provide context, and may in that light be considered to not be part of the story.
The argument becomes more nuanced when the prologues are placed before a story which is itself a "middle book" in a larger story. Those nuances vanish, middle-book-status notwithstanding, with regard to the inclusion of multiple prologues. For centuries the critics have shaken their heads, asking if there mightn't have been a better way to tell the story.
Addendum: Literary critics defer to paleontologists with regard to whether or not Earth's dinosaurs had feathers, or telescopes. Paleontologists, with their tiny, clouded sliver of a window into that ancient world, get a lot of things wrong—notably, they fail to blame the disappearance of dinosaurs on passing aliens.

Click to view slideshow. This is Roo, a sweet, friendly, energetic little boy. He is very happy, and loves to play. All work and no play makes Roo a dull dog! He is making sure he takes time to play during his busy work day up here at the shelter office. He is still waiting on his forever family after about three months here at the shelter.
