I’ve been doing careful, low-weight exercises with my shoulder (sometimes no weight), but I still find myself sore if I move just the wrong way.  At least the pain doesn’t last very long, just not a fan of the unstable feeling.

One time I ground off most of a fingernail like Sam, but in my case it was accidental, not "I wonder what this will do." It wasn't fun!

Because this is one of those Pure Flix films where the atheist realizes that he believes in God after all, after some thought and/or violent trauma!

Anyway.  Uh, Walkyverse Dina and Dumbiverse Dina don’t share a birthday.  I wanted to have a birthday storyline in Dumbing of Age, and looked at this strip once upon a time to see when Dina’s was, and, uh, it won’t be an “___ember 4” for… probably many years.  So OH WELL, Dina Saruyama’s birthday is sometime mid/late October.

Also what’s with that angel engraved on there?  I wonder if Dina’s parents were more religious than she was.  Well, generically, since “love joy peace” and an angel aren’t, like, terribly specific, but, well, you know.  I can’t seem to find that engraving anywhere on Google Image Search so I’m just gonna throw my hands up in the air in resignation.

I wanted to bring back the FDA Special Agent (Alex) to help push the plot forward... but some things need to be addressed before we get to more plot so we have had some goofy little one offs inside of the arc lately. They all sort of add to it in a whole, but they're easily digestible by themselves.

I'm a little behind with work so this went up a lot later than I wanted it to, but I'll eventually get back to where I want to be. I hope.

Apparently I will never cease to be amazed by the bizarre crossover characters that show up in fighting games (Yoda and Vader in Soul Calibur, TMNT in Injustice, etc). Every time I think it’s about as incongruous as it can get, they prove me wrong.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Jeffrey Dean Morgan (A Flashpoint movie with him as Thomas Wayne is the DCEU apology Warner bros owes us all) , but TWD has been an insufferable slog the last two seasons since Negan showed up. You can argue that it was headed south before that, but regardless I stick it out with shows (I watched Dexter until that bitter end). Prior to the saviors the show was at least watchable. Now though… Blech.

On stories like this, please include the year. (It helps us situate it within a historical context.)
