An A-Z Poster Of Great Modern Artists
English graphic designer Andy Tuohy has created a striking A-Z print where the letters are represented by 26 of the greatest modern artists in history.
Including legendary personalities like Frida Kahlo and Pablo Picasso, this alphabet poster for art-lovers also features lesser known artists like Larry Zox.
As Tuohy has pointed out, “why have one artist on your wall when you can have 26”?
The print is available for sale over here.

Iconic Notebook Brand 'Moleskine' Gets A Logo Update And Debuts A New Monogram
Milan-based consultancy A+G Achilli Ghizzardi Associati has helped the iconic notebook brand, Moleskine, to update its logo and design a new monogram graphic.
The new logo emphasizes a “roundness to the curves of the letters”, creating a “proprietary font for the first time in the company’s history”.
The new monogram uses nine similar box-shapes to form a square. The first box is taken up by the letter ‘M’, as the iconic representation for the entire Moleskine identity.
The other eight box spaces are flexible ‘windows’ that can be replaced with any color or image, bringing the user back to the idea of a blank canvas where anything can be drawn on it.
The monogram will be used in online photo galleries and video displays. It will begin to appear on packaging, physical communications such as press and marketing materials and in stores from next year.

Intriguing Cross-Section Images Of Bullets Reveal Contents Of A Bullet
California-based photographer Sabine Pearlman has cut and photographed 900 specimens of bullets in order to produce her unique photo series, ‘Ammo’.
The series was photographed inside a WW2 bunker in Switzerland. After photographing a few cross-sections of bullets, she was even more intrigued with the complexity and beauty that she found in these cross sections.
The resulting images are these beautiful pictures of bullets that show something vastly different from the destructive nature of the object.

Retro Travel Posters for Famous Movie Locations
As far as travel posters go, there have never been any to match the romantic versions from the mid-century. Starting with streamlined steamship and aircraft posters in the 1930s, the world was becoming smaller at an exciting rate. No longer did it take months to reach your destination, and no longer did it cost a fortune. If exploring nature was more your speed, the WPA pumped out a series of exquisite US National Park posters that make America truly look like the promised land. Now, South African illustrator MUTI has created a series of four posters channeling the spirit of those classic times into fictitious travel posters for famous movie locations.

The series, commissioned by FoxP2 for Ster-Kinekor Theaters (South Africa’s leading cinema house) takes locations from King Kong, The Shining, Avatar, and The Lord of the Rings for a completely eclectic lineup of films. Each is rendered in that beautiful limited color palette familiar with the graphic design of the past. Each features a tag line fitting for the movie, with the Shining’s Overlook Hotel having perhaps the most amusing. Check out more of MUTI’s diverse body of work on Behance or at studiomuti.co.za.
