Although Windows 8 has always had Facebook integrated in the OS Facebook has now released a proper app for those who are into that sort of thing. The app is being released on the same day as Windows 8.1 and is only compatible with the new version of Microsoft’s desktop operating system.

A legfontosabb képessége a szolgáltató által biztosított 4G LTE hálózat támogatása, ami azért fontos, mert így a Samsung okostelefonja egy kicsi, kompakt és olcsó LTE képes telefon lehet, amiből jelenleg még kicsi a kínálat.

A T-Mobile egyelőre nem erősítette meg, hogy mikor adja ki a készüléket, ahogyan az áráról sincs információ. Egyelőre csak barna színről tudunk ami érkezik majd, de nem elképzelhetetlen a jövőben más variáns is, azonban a modell esetében európai debütálásra nem látunk sok lehetőséget.

As far as I’m concerned, Halloween started two months ago. While it may just be one day in October, there’s just nothing like getting into the Halloween spirit. That said, there’s a good chance that you’re not throwing Salami on cars hoods on Devil’s Night or going trick or treating anymore. Into The Dead

 

 

Into The Dead launched back in April for Android and is definitely worth a look. Like a good chunk of horror games available for the OS, Into The Dead features hordes of the undead that you must kill and evade. The gameplay, however, is a bit different from something like Dead Trigger. The title has you running constantly, weaving in between zombies and dispatching them when you can. Easy to pick up and hard to put down, Into The Dead will give you some great first-person chills.

Dark Meadow: The Pact

This title is an oldie but goodie. The survival horror title puts you in the middle of a dark and rundown hospital, where you must fight off demons and unfold the mystery to destroy the witch that put your here.

The story alone, which is often rather funny, is interesting enough to give this a try, but the gameplay and graphics (optimized for Tegra 3) are definitely a perk. Come for the story, stay for the action.

Slender Man Chapter 1 Free

Oh, Slender Man. The over the top and ridiculous urban myth that appeared in 2009 has taken on a life of its own. Search “Slender” in the Google Play Store and you’ll be greeted by a TON of Slender Man related titles. This title is nothing special, but does feature better graphics than a majority of the rest. The game has you running around in the middle of the woods, searching to find children’s drawings and avoiding the monster … If he finds you at all. This is the lite version of the game that offers up the first chapter, but there is a paid version available as well.

The Abandoned School

The Abandoned School is a click-through game that offers up creepy imagery. It’s not the most intuitive game, as you’ll find yourself clicking everything on the screen. The scenes can be very dark, in which you may have to wait for lightning to illuminate what you need to click. Still, this to-the-point title is worth a mention, even if it’s just to try out.

Eyes: The Horror Game

This is a title that will give you the creeps in the best way ever. Eyes: The Horror Game is an indie game that will have you searching through an old abandoned house for valuables. Only, the house isn’t exactly abandoned. There are ghosts throughout the game and you’ll need to run away from them on sight. There are also eyes on the walls and other places that you must collect. You’ll just have to figure out what they do for yourself.

Dead Trigger

If you haven’t played Dead Trigger yet, there might be something wrong with you. Dead Trigger is easily one of the most fun Zombie games around for Android. There are a ton of missions to go through, and you’ll be knocking off zombies like a pro in this post apocalyptic title. There’s even a Halloween portion to play, too! While the game is fun no matter what device you’re using, the NVIDIA Shield owns with Dead Trigger.

There are a ton of games for Android that will get you into the Halloween spirit. Some games that aren’t above but are definitely worth a mention are Dead Space, the Mystique series (The Child, Obitus), Murder Room, Stupid Zombies 2, and more!

The Tesco Hudl is a tablet sold by a retail chain, following the example set by Amazon and its Kindle Fire. Tesco is the retail chain here and the Hudl slate got reviewed recently by coolsmartphone.com, that analyzes the product in detail.

The product is priced at 119 quid and features a 7 inch IPS LCD screen with a 1440 x 900 pixel resolution, a scratch resistant and anti smudge glass and 10 point multitouch. There’s 16 GB of storage on board, a 2 MP Front camera and a 3 MP rear camera. We’ve got a 1.5 GHz A9 quad core CPU and a microSD card slot, plus a microUSB port in the mix as well.

We’ve also got a HDMI out port, which is an excellent addition, even compared to big brand tablets. The review mentioned above does have some complaints about the product, like the fact that the screen is a bit dim and washed out. Battery life is quoted at 9 hours and the camera performs as expected, meaning it’s not that impressive.

Hudl runs Android 4.2.2 in a stock version and the only modification Tesco did was the “T” logo in the bottom left hand corner that is used as a shortcut to their apps and services. Build quality is also quoted as good and if you want more details, there’s the full review in the source link below.

Habey USA's passive BIS-6922 proved to be a winner when we reviewed it back in August. Even as the review gathered comments from our readers, Habey was busy building up on it to address concerns and put in improvements. Today, we are seeing the launch of the BIS-6590, the latest addition to Habey's family of fanless i7-based systems. The BIS-6590 uses the B75 chipset, and is meant for Ivy Bridge CPUs, though the chassis itself should find use in future products also.

Amongst the improvements are a newly designed ICEFIN case (with larger fins for better heat dissipation) and support for processors with higher TDPs (up to 65 W, as shown with a i7-3770S). While the system I/O is standard for the market (VGA, DVI, 6xUSB, Audio I/O, 2x GbE ports, 2 COM ports and optionally, four additional COM ports), the more interesting aspect is the ability of the chassis to accommodate full size expansion cards (for powerful routing applications, we could have multi-GbE network cards / GPU-heavy applications can also accommodate video cards, though it remains to be seen as to what the maximum TDP of any such GPU would be). Forsaking the additional COM ports even provides us with two full expansion slots -- two PCI or one PCI and one PCIe. The motherboard does have a mini PCIe slot for a wireless card or a 3G/4G module (SIM socket is on the motherboard, just like it was on the BIS-6922).

When we evaluated the BIS-6922, we found the maximum power consumption to be around 70 W. Habey indicates that the BIS-6590 could operate in a thermally safe manner even with the maximum power consumption around 120 W. The BIS-6590 also retains all the advantages of the BIS-6922 in terms of chassis features such as vent-hole-free design. We are waiting to hear more about the pricing of the system, but interested folks can head over to the source link for further information.
