Nike Air Max 360 Diamond Griff (Watermelon)

by Nate Bodansky

Nike gets a little fruity with its latest offering from the eclectic Griffey line. The Air Max 360 Diamond Griff appears this time as a shoe transformed after having more than its fair share of watermelon, faithfully incorporating it into every aspect of its color choices. The rind-like green and white upper is accented with black and bright red hits throughout, with the fruit flesh pink occupying most of the real estate on the midsole and outsole, like a slice that's just been polished off. Finishing accents include the visible red Flywire system, generously long pull tabs on the tongue and heel, and the Ken Griffey Jr. logo on the back. Be ready to scoop these up when they drop on July 4 at select outlets including Sneaker Lounge.

Rick Owens 2014 Spring Collection

by Staff

While Rick Owens may have also made headlines for a street-ready collaboration with adidas today, the fruit of his labor was also debuted on the runways of Paris to kick off the city's respective Fashion Week. The forward-thinking designer showcased his latest arrangements for the season, staying consistent with his preferred dark aesthetic across geometric cutout tops, generously draping shorts and skirts, and bomber jacket interpretations. If the guitarist and drum kit sculpture in the background doesn't give it away, a rock n' roll inspiration is present here, with leather, metal plated zippers, and fishnet being in rotation within the range. Enjoy a look at Rick Owens' Spring 2014 collection here.
