AT&T will purchase Time Warner for over $80 billion, the Wall Street Journal reports Saturday afternoon. “According to people familiar with the plans,” the two companies will likely announce this as soon as Saturday night. AT&T will reportedly pay between $105 and $110 a share for Time Warner. According to another anonymous source, the deal is half-cash, half-stock.

Even worse, each has been a major player in using the media to ruin other people’s careers and worse.
O’Reilly sat down with Gingrich last night to discuss the barrage of accusations, from a slew of different women, that Donald Trump had sexually assaulted or groped or slimed them. To be clear, the accusations, which came out Wednesday night, emerged after the release of Access Hollywood’s hot mic video of Donald Trump boasting about just that sort of behavior: “I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait… And when you’re a star, they let you do it. …Grab them by the p---y.”

In September, the BBC announced a new spinoff series about students who attend the Coal Hill Academy, a fictional institution that has been referenced since the first series of Doctor Who. Entitled “Class“, the series will focus on six sixth-formers (high school juniors) whose teenage lives are complicated with the excitement and stress that comes with time travel.
It’s a new term at Coal Hill Academy, and students are preparing for their Autumn Prom. But when the school comes under attack, four alienated students must form an unlikely alliance to defeat them. Nike partnered with The Michael J. Fox Foundation to release a limited edition of their iconic Nike Mag self-lacing shoes that worn by Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) in Back to the Future Part II.
