Snoop Dogg, adidas’ Director of Football Development, has revealed the design for his custom cleat, dubbed the adizero 5-Star 5.0 “Money.” Money references abound with this homage to the classic track “Gin and Juice.” Lyrics clippings are emblazoned across the midfoot of each shoe, which adopts adidas’ all-new “Chromaflage” pattern. Elsewhere, “Gotta Hustle” lace jewelry draws inspiration from one of the rapper’s early mixtapes. The incorporation of a $100 bill-inspired, 3D-laser security strip into adidas’ Three Stripes graphic rounds out the theme.
