Republican Arkansas Senator John Boozman, who has been endorsed by former President Donald Trump, has been caught on hidden camera comparing concerns about the legitimacy of the 2020 election to the Democrat’s Russiagate hysteria.
Sen. Boozman has said that he does not believe Trump should run in 2024, previously saying “I don’t see it happening.”
In the hidden camera footage obtained by the Gateway Pundit, Boozman Says the 2020 election was okay, because Republicans investigated it.
“What are your thoughts on the legitimacy of the 2020 election? Like, is that something that we should continue to talk about or do you think that’s something that…” the woman asks.
Sen. Boozeman responds that, “as far as the legitimacy, I believe strongly that once the states certify… you know each state, they act independently once they certify, then it’s over. Okay, unless, you know, something blatant comes up. But we had a situation with a Republican justice department, you know, and the attorney general said, ‘It’s okay. We looked at these things,’ but once you certify them and go forward, then at that point it’s over.”
The senator also said Trump should “let it go” and that him wanting former Vice President Mike Pence to refuse to certify certain state was “absolutely nuts.”
“Once the state agrees that hey, this is.. This is the results…we’re going forward, then you have to let it go. This deal about Mike Pence being able to… That was absolutely nuts… that was just…” Boozeman says. “You know, if you’ve got a situation where somehow the Vice President can, they’d never leave office. You know, it’s just, it’s crazy… So I think once they certify, constitutionally, that’s where it ends and that’s Tom Cotton’s opinion.”
The Trump-endorsed senator who is seeking re-election was then asked about election fraud.
“Do you think some of that may have gone on a little bit in the 2020 election?” Boozman is asked.
Boozeman said “I’ve not seen, and again this might change tomorrow, but I’ve not seen anyone come forward, kind of like in, when we had the deal in Florida with Bush, you know the recount there. Nobody ever proved that.. that that wasn’t a good count. Uh, but with this deal, I mean nobody’s shown anything to prove that, you know there’s enough, if there was irregulation, nothing really in this last election would have changed it… in the states.”
The man who hopes to return to senate then compared questions about election integrity from Republicans to the debunked Russian-collusion stories about Trump.
“I, you know, I don’t blame him in the sense that, we hear this out of Trump, this is a guy that during his entire presidency, you had a situation where the Democrats were doing the same thing. You know, they declared him illegitimate… and actually, the thing to watch as you go forward, is this investigation, that um, this guy is doing, a special prosecutor, about what all went on regarding the FBI and all of the Russia Collusion stuff they made up. You know, so, it works both ways,” he said.
Sen. Boozman has previously praised Liz Cheney’s impeachment vote calling it a “vote of conscience” and said that she shouldn’t be punished because she was doing what she thought was “the right thing.” He recently criticized the RNC for censuring Cheney and Rep. Adam Kinzinger.
The RINO senator has also said there was “no question” President Trump should be blamed for January 6th and indicated he should be charged in a criminal or civil court.
Sen. Boozman was a strong supporter of the Russia investigation.
In 2018, he attacked President Trump for calling it a “Witch Hunt” and said he wanted a “very thorough” investigation. When the special counsel was initially assigned, Boozman called Mueller a “great choice” and was incredibly supportive of the investigation.
In 2019, he indicated support for subpoenaing Donald Trump Jr.
Trump endorsed Boozman, likely at the urging of GOP leadership. Perhaps it is time for him to question the person giving him this advice.

He supports our Second Amendment and has my Complete and Total Endorsement!” Trump said in his endorsement.
Boozman is being challenged by America First candidate Jake Bequette, who is an Army veteran, Trump supporter and former NFL player.

The people in Wisconsin are like those across the nation who are livid because of the obviously tainted results that were certified for senile Joe Biden in the 2020 Election. Former Supreme Court Justice in the state of Wisconsin, Michael Gableman, called for the decertification of the state’s results from the 2020 Election in March after months of investigative work in the state. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has grabbed a huge stake in Twitter, making him the social media giant's biggest shareholder just days after questioning its commitment to free speech.
Musk's purchase, revealed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing published on Monday, gives him a 9.2% ownership stake, according to the Financial Times. At Twitter's current valuation, Musk's purchase likely cost nearly $3 billion. It comes after a poll Musk posted on Twitter sparked speculation that he was considering buying Twitter or launching his own social network.

Musk, the world's richest man, now owns 73,486,938 shares in Twitter, according to the filing. The second-largest share is an 8.39% stake owned by the Vanguard Group. Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey holds a 2.25% stake in the company's shares.
Twitter shares jumped 25% in premarket trading on Monday after Musk's purchase was revealed.
Musk, who has 80 million followers on Twitter, has been critical of the platform for silencing conservatives. In the poll he published on March 25, most of his followers agreed with him.
"Free speech is essential to a functioning democracy. Do you believe Twitter rigorously adheres to this principle?" Musk later emphasized that "the consequences of this poll will be important." More than 70% of respondents answered "no."
Musk later emphasized his point in a second poll, asking, "Is a new platform needed?" Musk has also been critical of the platform's approach to content moderation, claiming that "failing to adhere to free speech principles fundamentally undermines democracy."
Musk's poll came as the Tesla CEO has been scrutinized over his Twitter presence's influence on his company's stock. The SEC asked a federal judge on March 22 to hold Musk to a 2018 consent decree that mandated Tesla's lawyers to review any tweets Musk might post that could affect the company's stock.
The SEC also issued a subpoena in response to a November Twitter poll released by Musk asking if he should offload a significant amount of his Tesla stock. He eventually sold $5 billion in Tesla stock in response. Tesla investors sued Musk in December, alleging that his tweets had affected the stock market.

Hunter Biden’s baby mama Lunden Roberts broke her silence on the expanding criminal probe into Hunter’s business practices after her lawyer said he believes the president’s son will be indicted soon.
Lunden Roberts recently testified to a Delaware grand jury.
Hunter Biden revealed in December 2020 that he was under investigation by the feds over his taxes.
“I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Hunter Biden said in December 2020. “I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”
Hunter Biden’s ex-girlfriend Zoe Kestan and Lunden Roberts, the former stripper who had a baby with him, testified to a federal grand jury about Hunter’s spending habits.
Clint Lancaster, Lunden Roberts’ lawyer, handed over “a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records” to the feds under subpoena.
“I expect him to be indicted,” Lancaster said based on what he saw after looking at Hunter Biden’s financial records.

The mother of Hunter Biden’s love child has finally broken her silence — to disavow her lawyer’s prediction that President Biden’s scandal-scarred son will be charged with tax fraud.

Elon Musk continues to tease a new social media platform to replace Twitter
Tesla CEO Elon Musk suggested that a new platform is needed to compete with Twitter amid the social media website's recent suspensions of users for tweeting out their opinions.
"Is a new platform needed?" Musk asked his 79.1 million followers. His tweet was subsequently liked over 100,000 times and shared over 9,000 times within two hours of him posting it.

Musk's suggestion comes after he conducted an informal poll asking if users believed Twitter facilitated free speech. Seventy percent of the 1.2 million users who responded said it did not.
The billionaire previously asked his audience if Twitter's algorithm should be open-sourced, and more than 82% of respondents agreed that it should. Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey even agreed.
When a user suggested Musk use some of his alleged worth of $244 billion to buy out the platform, Musk responded, "Haha that would be sickkk."
Next, right-wing commentator Mike Cernovich replied to Musk's tweet to point out the platform's hypocrisy.
"If you’re a leftist making death threats against conservatives. or organizing riots, Twitter respects your freedom of speech," Cernovich wrote. "Twitter also respects the freedom of speech for media hoaxes like when every major outlet framed an innocent Covington high school kid."
Should he follow through, Musk's new platform would become the likes of Parler and GETTR, platforms that began since Donald Trump's presidency with a similar mindset of providing a social media platform without censorship.

As reports persist that Amazon founder and current executive chairman, cyber oligarch Jeff Bezos will soon vertically own and control our entire supply chain and our complete cycle of life, his billionaire philanthropist ex-wife, MacKenzie Scott, is devoting her energy to giving away most of her fortune to groups of her choosing. While not completely clear what guides Scott when choosing her recipients (like the Biden administration, she frequently uses the term “equity“), she recently gave away $3.9 billion in gifts to 465 organizations. The massive donations included contributions to Planned Parenthood and over $100 million focused on twelve non-profit organizations connected to veterans and military causes.
Scott’s Latest Donation Round & Record Planned Parenthood Gift
Scott, who has thus far given away more than $12 billion in four rounds of funding since 2020, has taken an unusual approach to philanthropy, often making surprise multi-billion-dollar contributions to charities. As Scott announced her latest round of “gifts” last Wednesday—which included a record $275 million to Planned Parenthood and $133.5 million to Communities in Schools—many groups described the money as “transformational.” Indeed, for Planned Parenthood, Scott’s unprecedented gift is the largest they’ve received from a single donor in its more than 100-year history. Planned Parenthood Chief Executive Alexis McGill Johnson said in a statement:
We are incredibly grateful for Ms. Scott’s extraordinary philanthropic investment in Planned Parenthood, as a critical part of the public health infrastructure. This funding will support our efforts to advance health equity by eliminating racial and structural barriers for our patients in the communities where Planned Parenthood works.

Scott’s Fortune and “Donor-Advised Funds”
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Scott’s fortune is currently valued at nearly $51.8 billion. As one of the first employees of Amazon, Scott’s donations have put her in the top ranks of philanthropists worldwide. The New York Times described the announcement last week of her recent contributions as a “course reversal,” noting Scott had “grappled with the conflicting demands of her desire for privacy and her goal of publicizing the work done by the groups she is helping.”
Unlike foundations, which must file comprehensive, publicly available tax returns, Scott has made her donations through the charitable vehicles known as donor-advised funds, which do not require her to file separate disclosures. In December, she penned a giving letter to her followers called “No Dollar Signs This Time.” In the letter, she declined to name the organizations she had given to or the total amount she had donated.
After facing criticism, Scott wrote an addendum two days later, saying she was working on a website that would include a “searchable database of gifts.” Scott wrote about the yet to be active website database in her Mar. 23 giving announcement, noting that “a belief in diversity of voices drives my own communication choices.” She added that belief is what “governs the pace and design of the website we’re creating, which will go live only after it reflects the preferences of every one of these non-profit teams about how details of their gifts are shared.”

Several of the not-for-profit military and veterans groups receiving gifts from Scott described her donations as the single largest they’ve ever received. Each indicated they plan to use the funding to grow programs to improve veterans’ mental health care, provide more educational possibilities and give veterans more opportunities to continue benefiting their communities, among other things.
Scott did not personally reveal how much she gave each particular group in her most recent donations, but Military.com reports that at least ten of the military and veterans groups announced the monetary gifts themselves, totaling $107 million. Mary Beth Bruggeman, president of The Mission Continues, told the publication about the list of Scott’s recipients. Bruggeman’s organization got $10 million. Brugman noted that the donations are unrestricted and can be used any way they want and within any time frame. She added, “This was meant to uplift a generation of veterans organizations.”
Team Rubicon, whose medical teams are providing patient care during the controversial crisis in Ukraine, received $7 million. Speaking of the donation, CEO Art delaCruz shared, “I’ve been dreaming about this for a long time and, honestly, I thought it was a moonshot.” He added, “The pressure is to do good with this gift. Thirty thousand-plus other non-profits, veteran non-profits across the country, to be amongst the few that have this gift, I don’t take that privilege and responsibility lightly.” With former CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus on its Board, Team Rubicon also partners with Microsoft.
In addition to the two groups previously mentioned, there are ten other veteran and military groups that received donations from Scott, including Blue Star Families, which was founded by former Clinton White House and Pentagon appointee Kathy Roth-Douquet. The group, which supports military spouses and families in dealing with the unique challenges of military life, received $10 million from Scott.
The Bob Woodruff Foundation received $15 million from Scott. The organization said it plans to use Scott’s donation, as well as another recent $2.9 million grant it received from Craig Newmark (who sits on the boards of the Poynter Foundation and Politifact), to “advance the foundation’s strategic efforts to improve the overall health and well-being of the military and veteran community; ensure local communities have the resources and ability to help veterans thrive after their time in uniform; and shape and improve the military and veteran service sector.”
The Headstrong Project, founded by decorated former Marine Corps officer and Hillary Clinton supporter Zach Iscol, also received a donation from Scott. While not disclosing the amount of Scott’s contribution, the organization, which focuses on veterans and service members’ mental health, had a net revenue of $10.8 million in 2021. Hire Heroes USA, which provides free job search help for service members, received $11 million from Scott.
A group called Operation Homefront, which helps military families find financial stability and had $39.2 million in revenue in 2020, received $20 million. Speaking of Scott’s donation, the organization’s CEO, Ret. Brig. Gen. John Pray, Jr., said in a statement, “[the] timely investment in our important work will allow us to greatly expand our capacity to help military families overcome their financial hardships and give this very special and deserving group of our fellow citizens the opportunities they deserve to thrive in the communities—our communities—they have worked so hard to protect.”
Student Veterans of America, which “aims to empower student veterans,” received $8 million. The organization, whose long list of partners includes Google, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Raytheon, Boeing, and Dupont, had $4.9 million in revenue in 2020. In a news release, the group said the money would allow it to expand programs, including its National Conference, Washington Week, Regional Summits, and the Leadership Institute, as well as invest in infrastructure to help student veterans network more efficiently with the group’s alumni, mentors, and potential employers.
Team Red, White & Blue, which “focuses on veterans’ health and wellness,” received $6 million from Scott. Meanwhile, The Warrior-Scholar Project, “which helps veterans and service members excel at four-year universities,” received $5 million. Workshop for Warriors also received funds from Scott, although they did not post news about the donation.
Finally, the Wounded Warrior Project, “which focuses on injured veterans,” received a $15 million gift from Scott. With $287 million in revenue in 2020, the organization stated Scott’s donation is the largest one they’ve ever received from an individual. The group plans to dedicate the funding to its mental health and brain health programs. Commenting on the donation, WWP CEO Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Mike Linnington said, “We tackle the most critical needs of our nation’s wounded heroes, with a significant focus of our work targeting mental health and wellness. We are incredibly humbled and grateful to MacKenzie Scott for her generous contribution that will enable us to reach more veterans in need.”

It feels mildly odd to be writing a review of a piece that will not be published for another 2 days, but I am comfortable enough in my suspicions of what is coming that I may as well write and publish the review now.
The long and short of is: Pro Publica will soon publish a piece by Doug Bock Clark etc. that will say they dug into the Election Integrity Movement and found it is based on misinformation. To support that assertion, Doug Bock Clark will ignore everything confirming our claims that breaking of laws by officials in the weeks leading up to Election Day 2020, and other officials on the day of the election and afterwards, created a rigged and hopelessly compromised election in several key states. Instead, Pro Publica will center-and-debunk some peripheral 1% events that occupied no more than 10 minutes of my life and that I left out of my book (for the precise reason that I did not know what to make of them or put any faith in them).
That is to say: When Doug Bock Clark first contacted me to discuss this movements’ “efforts to overturn the election,” I pointed out to him that such phraseology begged the question, for we did not see ourselves as seeking to “overturn an election” but instead saw the November 2020 election as having been rigged, and we were trying to expose that peacefully. Our beliefs flowed from the fact that in the aftermath of the November 3, 2020 election, myself and a small cohort of specialists studied the matter and quickly formed the view that between the tweaking of laws by Marc Elias and the ignoring of some laws by some election officials, and sloppy cybersecurity of the voting machines, and activities of lower-level officials on November 3 itself, the election had been rigged far past the point it could be unscrambled. Dozens of stories and tips came across my desk about such matters, as well as obscure-sounding stories such as one about a South Korean jet with tens of thousands of ballots landing in Arizona, and a story about some miscreants in Italy, but I ignored those completely, instead passing them both off to two different agencies of the federal government for them to investigate or not as they thought wise, and never touched them again.
Doug Bock Clark claimed to understand all that, and in the time since then has communicated with me regarding our attempts to challenge the November 2020 election. And he has encouraged me to go deep on the sources for my beliefs about the election of November 2020, writing me such commitments as:
“Yes, we will fairly convey your views about election fraud – though I also want to be clear that we won’t necessarily agree with your POV and we can’t cover every point of debate between the sides… though we hope to address the major things. Maybe you can talk through some of the things you raise later this week? I do want to go deep on them.”

So I have given Mr. Clark much time, answering detailed questions about the basis of our beliefs. Materials which have been brought to Doug Bock Clark’s attention include:
His story has been confirmed by an organization called True the Vote, which acquired 10 trillion cell phone pings from 5 states over the weeks before the election, and found the cell phone trails among voter drop boxes of a couple hundred people in Georgia (as well as four other states, incidentally) doing just what the whistleblower claimed.
The story has then also been reconfirmed by Dinesh D’Souza, who has obtained the videos from cameras guarding the drop-boxes, and found thousands of films of hundreds of people doing just what the whistleblower alleged (and snapping selfies at each drop-box so they can get paid), as is shown in his upcoming movie 2000 Mules (early May release).
All of which may tie into the fact that 2021, VoterGA reports that 74 counties in Georgia cannot produce ballot drop-box transfer forms and two counties have over 300,000 missing ballot images each.
A more recent report puts an end to any remaining questions of the severity of corruption within the Georgia Governor’s and Secretary of State’s offices.
Which may give some color to the fact that on December 17, 2020, Georgia State Senator William Ligon (Chairman of Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Election Law) issued a detailed report discussing a myriad of voting irregularities and fraud in the Georgia 2020 general election (from the Executive Summary: “[t]he November 3, 2020 General Election was chaotic and any reported results must be viewed as untrustworthy”).
In Michigan
A Michigan Court of Claims decision of March 9 2021 “invalidates absentee/mail-in ballot rule as improperly established” (a ballot rule that five months earlier, in November 2020, had affected 3.2 million votes). They found also that “actions of the Secretary of State Benson’s guidance regarding mail-in ballots and signatures were also “unlawful”. From the Court’s decision:
Benson’s guidance, issued on October 6, 2020, directed local clerks to treat signatures as valid if there are “any redeeming qualities in the application or return envelope signature as compared to the signature on file.” “Redeeming qualities” are described as including, but not being limited to, “similar distinctive flourishes” and “more matching features than non-matching features.” Allegan County Clerk Robert Genetski and the Republican Party of Michigan filed suit against Benson, alleging that her guidance violated the state’s election laws and the Administrative Procedures Act. The plaintiffs asked that the court strike down the guidance as unlawful and enjoin its enforcement in future elections.
Murray sided with the plaintiffs, finding that Benson’s guidance was in fact a rule “that should have been promulgated in accordance with the APA. And absent compliance with the APA, the ‘rule’ is invalid.”
It never addressed the central finding of the ASOG report: that Antrim deleted their Security Logs at 11:03 PM, November 4, 2020 (thus in the end nothing can be known with certainty, because they could have done anything to the machine and then just deleted the Security Log);
Explanation for the lack of any Adjudication Files (though the files for 2016 and 2018 were present on the machine).
In Wisconsin
A Wisconsin Supreme Court decision of December 2020 that the actions of the Wisconsin Election Commission regarding “indefinitely confined” voters were unlawful.
Retired Wisconsin Supreme Court justice and now Senate Office of Special Counsel Judge Michael Gableman published a report in December 2021 claiming that Wisconsin election officials were engaged in a coverup, and a more recent report that gives eight solid accounts of serious criminal conduct, bribery, shocking revelations of private actors/activists trusted with official roles, a conclusion that the Wisconsin election should never have been certified, and a suggestion that decertification should be considered (naturally the MSM focused on dismissing the decertification suggestion and ignoring everything else in the report).
the Maricopa Audit, found that of Maricopa’s 2.1 million ballots, there are serious discrepancies (i.e., missing ballots and/or images) for 367,584 ballots (in a race won by 10k votes). A full 740k do not have a proper chain of title. But only if you count them all does Biden win by 10,000 (which our dutiful “independent” press reported as “Maricopa Audit shows Biden still won by 10,000!”).
A Pima County, Arizona canvass that shows so many laughable irregularities (e.g., 35% of households have “discrepancies” such as a fraternity generating 27 votes from men of average age 45 whose names are not recognized by those who live there) that it has been mathematically proven that Pima County (Tucson) Arizona is a stellar example of election fraud.
In Colorado, a Mesa County, Colorado forensic analysis of its election equipment reveals that the November 2020 election has been 100% wiped out so that there is no way to audit it, as well as proof that before it was wiped, the hard drive showed that the November 2020 election had been compromised, with multiple election databases and an injection of 29,000 ballots.

And so on and so forth.
There was a day that materials as these might entice an enterprising young journalist with ambitions to get past the “Baseless!” genuflections of his contemporaries and “go deep” (as Mr. Clark promised).
Not, however, at today’s Pro Publica. Instead, Doug Bock Clark has informed me that the clever strategy of Pro Publica is going to be that none of it exists.
Instead, Pro Publica intends to go with, “Because South Korean jet!” And “Because Italygate!”
Which is to say, Pro Publica is going to center peripheral stories such as the Korean jet and Italygate (neither of which even deserved a mention in my book or occupied more than 10 minutes of my life), and “debunk” them as a way of claiming that this movement is based on misinformation. And they are going to Baghdad Bob the mountain of evidence touched upon above that does not fit their narrative.
Which means Doug Bock Clark just wasted three months of my time pretending to be something other than another brick in the wall.
Cellphone geolocation data shows that thousands of votes were allegedly trafficked in Wisconsin, according to True The Vote (TTV). The “pinpoint” cellphone geolocation data show “trackable, provable data trails,” showing incontrovertible evidence of “repeated abuses of process that diminish the sanctity of all votes,” says Catherine Engelbrecht founder of the organization. In a March 24 presentation to the Wisconsin State Legislature, Gregg Phillips, who oversees the technical aspects of the TTV investigations, estimated that “seven percent or 137,551 votes” of the 1.9 million mail-in ballots in Wisconsin “were cast as a result of trafficking.”
“This is a number,” he said, “That has held in every single community across the country that we’ve looked in.” The March 24th report is but one of several from Wisconsin and most of the state’s data is still being analyzed and will be reported at a later date. Thursday’s report summarized the completed results from their research on Milwaukee County only.
Why Should We Care/7 Percent of Mail-In Ballots Cast as Result of Trafficking.
TTV used highly precise geolocation technology to track paid “mules” who participated in an alleged ballot trafficking operation in Wisconsin and other major cities. Mules are “intermediaries other than the absentee voters themselves” who were paid to deliver multiple ballots to drop boxes during early voting in the 2020 General Election. Phillips, head of the OpSec group, says that “DNA is the only thing harder to anonymize than precise Geolocation data. Put simply; it is immutable.”

According to its own report, “TTV is currently investigating ballot harvesting patterns in three of the five Wisconsin cities that received CTCL funding. Specifically, TTV is conducting research and analysis to determine whether, during the two-week period prior to the 2020 election (10/20/20 – 11/3/20), there was systematic delivery of absentee ballots to drop boxes by intermediaries other than by the absentee voters themselves.” The data in the report presented to the State Legislature was TTV’s “initial analysis of dropbox traffic data in Milwaukee County.” Notably, Wisconsin election statutes do not authorize the use of drop boxes in elections, according to the TTV report.
Mail-in ballots, which are “notoriously insecure” as well as the “newly introduced and highly unregulated absentee ballot drop boxes,” compromised the integrity of the 2020 election, said Engelbrecht. Additionally, Engelbrecht explained that the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) failed to follow its commitment to securing drop boxes with video surveillance cameras per guidelines prescribed by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
Through open records requests from every municipality, TTV confirmed that the small village of Brown Deer was the only municipality that made video surveillance available from one of its “two drop boxes with a camera that was reasonably close” to the drop boxes. Therefore, TTV decided to make use of “commercially available cell phone data to measure whether or not we could prove that absentee ballot drop boxes were being abused in Wisconsin.” Unlike Georgia, TTV reported, Wisconsin law does not require 24/7 video surveillance of drop boxes.
The over $350 million in grants from Zuckerberg’s Center for Technology and Civic Life (“CTCL”) funded dropboxes for absentee ballots in 2020. In Wisconsin, CTCL distributed over $10.3 million in grants. According to TTV, “[a]bout 86% of the funding went to five cities, Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha, and Racine, which they used to provide drop boxes for receiving absentee ballots and other voter assistance.” Prompted by whistleblowers who came forward to report their experiences, TTV decided to purchase “publicly available dropbox surveillance video and commercially available geospatial (mobile device) data generated at CTCL grant-funded drop box locations.”
The hearing in front of the Wisconsin legislature revealed disheartening, incontrovertible evidence of ballot trafficking that showed “repeated abuses of process that diminish the sanctity of all votes,” Engelbrecht lamented. In her opening statement, she told legislators that it is hard to “come away with any conclusion other than that it was planned.”
“For the past 16 months, we have heard the repeated refrain from those responsible for overseeing elections that this was the most secure election ever and to think otherwise is a lie. But America knew differently. And they were right. It was not the most secure election ever. It was quite possibly one of the least. We’ve watched the mass mail out of paper ballots to highly inaccurate voter records. The harried installation of by mail, absentee ballot drop boxes, privately funded by billionaire tech magnates. And the hundreds of legislative changes lawsuits, consent decrees, all that fundamentally altered election processes. And all of this came together in 2020 under the fog of COVID. It’s hard not to look at the confluence of events and come away with any conclusion other than that it was planned.”
True The Vote’s Initial Data: Milwaukee County Completed
True the Vote completed the Milwaukee county research after having “purchased 25 terabytes of cell phone data” from “standard commercial providers” for their investigation. The data was collected with signals from cellphone apps which enabled the team to effectively trace the mules’ activity in the ballot trafficking operation.
“TTV purchased 25 terabytes of cell phone signal data emitted by devices in the Milwaukee County area during the two-week period prior to the 2020 election, October 20 – November 3. The data was purchased from standard commercial providers and includes signals from over 27,000 cell phone apps, which data aggregators purchase and resell to public and private buyers for official and commercial uses. Consistent with TTV policy and methods, the data was never held in any form other than “anonymized.” While the data provides exact locations of specific devices at specific times, it does not disclose the identities or other private information about the individuals registered as owners of those devices.”
In summary, Phillips’ team targeted a timeline that extended slightly out of the early voting period to develop a more authentic pattern of behavior. The study period was then narrowed to the days between October 20 and November 3. His team found that the studied devices visited an average of “5 NGOs and 26 drop boxes in the study period. 138 devices in total were accurately identified and a total of 3568 unique dropbox visits” were identified.

Methodology: Algorithms And Solid Hypothesis Testing
In total, “TTV bought 10 trillion cell signals to conduct their investigation,” said Phillips. Compiling what is called “a pattern of life,” Phillips stated that he can track a unique device ID from one particular phone, adding the “element of time” to track where a phone has been and where they go—”what they do,” “where they work,” and “where they sleep.” He said he and his team of 12 have the ability to track the phone, “depending on the app, down as close to a few inches.” He added that his team has “primarily focused on Arizona, Georgia, some in Texas, Wisconsin, Milwaukee in particular, Detroit in Michigan, and Philadelphia.”
“There have been several arrests related to this” activity, with more coming, said Phillips. He also noted that a “nationwide and even international grift that has developed around all of this. Voting is only a part of it.”
Using the geofencing technology, we can see that while ballots were collected differently in different communities, “it is basically all the same,” he continued. He also explained that his team worked hard to constantly “refine their hypotheses.” His team went to great lengths to ensure “that false negatives and false positives were avoided” as much as they could.
“If we just said OK, everybody who walks near a dropbox in Milwaukee is the target, it’s ridiculous, right? I mean, it’s it doesn’t even make sense. It wouldn’t hold water. I mean, it could be, you know, my grandmother out walking her dog. It could be anything and it doesn’t make sense.” Phillips said he used algorithms to clean up those kinds of errors.
Phillips also spoke about his team’s use of math and algorithms to evaluate the involvement of NGOs in the scheme.
“So one of the things that we found particularly helpful from an algorithmic and mathematical perspective is to look at how many times did they go to both an NGO, one of the nonprofits that were on our target list and how many times did they go near a dropbox? And in doing that, then we think we mentioned we looked at 400,000 devices or so, now we can begin to skinny this down.”
In that way, he continued, “we found 5 NGOs and 26 drop boxes as our threshold in Milwaukee. One might reasonably consider that there’s something going on there.”
Phillips then explained how he took some of the devices and mapped out samples of travel on a particular day to build a more precise picture of the behavior they were seeing. For example, one of the graphics in the report demonstrates one such sample. The yellow tags are drop box locations and the blue tag is an NGO location.

During the presentation, he mapped out a sample of 4 devices that traveled on Oct. 20, 2020. Roughly 20 dropbox visits by four devices on one day, for example, according to Phillips. The graphic below “represents just four of our 130 or so different devices on one particular day.”

Evidence 2020 Rioters Participated in Trafficking
In looking at patterns, Phillips also found evidence of crossover between those who rioted in 2020 and those who participated in the trafficking. Through an entity “funded by federal law enforcement agencies all over the world. It is called the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data and Target Devices (ACLED). It is a database of all of the device IDs that show up at the violent protests around the world,” said Phillips.

Working with that data, his team “identified 14 targeted devices that participated in one or more of the violent riots in Wisconsin during 2020. So—of our device IDs, of all the ones we identified—about 10% or so participated in some violent riots in the state.”
Recommendations
Phillips emphasized that it is wrong to say this was the “most secure election in history.” The team suggested several areas of focus to prevent election fraud in the future.
Make your voter rolls precise data and keep them clean
Vote “harvesting” should be illegal
Stop mass mailing ballots
Stop abuses like “Vote in the Park”
Stop private funding of elections
Stop drop boxes
Make the penalty for cheating something people fear.
Phillips said that none of the suggestions stand alone. Legislators must commit to all. However, he emphasized clean voter rolls as paramount to clean elections and one that has historically been problematic in every state in the nation.
TTV Suggestions
“We encourage you to commit to clean voter rolls and real-time tech,” said Engelbrecht. Phillips mentioned that when voters cannot be accurately identified by a “full birthdate,” as with the rolls in Wisconsin, it is a prescription for failure. Accurate voter records are foundational to fair elections. Phillips continued:
“The reality is, is that Wisconsin has created a means through which the lack of transparency in the rolls causes the problem. You have to be able to verify identity and you have to start, in part, with the date of birth. The challenge is that the system compels the voters [here] to rely on someone other than themselves. If, for example, all you do is give them Gregg Phillips, 1960, you set up failure in the process. So, if you can’t verify identity first, anything else that you do related to the ballots, related to the applications for the ballots, related to mailings, related to anything else—is a FAIL.”
In a notable exchange between Rep. Donna Rozar and Engelbrecht, Rozar, who seemed somewhat frustrated, sought to defend her colleagues on the State Legislature, waving a stack of papers with laws that the legislature had passed. She told Engelbrecht the laws were later vetoed by the Governor, not uncommon in the realm of election integrity legislation.
“We are the legislative branch of the government. We are not the judicial. We are not the executive. Many of the election reform bills that we passed were vetoed by the Governor, and it’s not that we’ve ignored these weaknesses that have been identified. So I wanted to make that you were aware that we have addressed the weaknesses that you have identified.”

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) announced Friday that he intends to vote to confirm the nomination of radical Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Manchin says he “closely monitor(ed)” Jackson’s confirmation hearing this week but does not comment on Jackson defending her soft on child porn criminals record or her not being able to say what a woman is.
Manchin does not sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee, so he won’t get to vote on Jackson until her nomination reaches the Senate floor. The evenly divided Judiciary Committee (11-11) is set to vote on April 4 with an expected vote in the full Senate by April 8, giving time for Manchin to change his mind as more is revealed about Jackson’s radical record (doubtful, but possible as Manchin’s statement says, “I intend to vote for her nomination”, not ‘I will.’)
A tie vote in the committee would require a majority vote by the full Senate to bring Jackson’s nomination out of committee. Kamala Harris would be able to vote to break a tie in the 50-50 Senate.
Minority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced his opposition to Jackson on Thursday, sending an early signal to Republicans on opposition to Jackson’s confirmation.

The Issue

Cruz, who attended Harvard Law School at the same time as Jackson, used his legal expertise to grill his former classmate over her extraordinarily lenient sentencing record when it comes to sexual predators – especially ones who possess child porn.
Following up on Sen. Josh Hawley’s opening remarks yesterday, in which he laid out Jackson’s troubling history with these types of offenders, Cruz broke down each of the ten cases involving child pornography that Jackson presided over and showed exactly how much time she shaved off their recommended punishments.
In every child pornography case – 10/10 – Jackson gave the mandatory minimum sentence that was allowed by law, and/or drastically reduced their jail time far below the prosecution’s recommendation.
And, as Cruz points out, that’s while she served in the Washington DC District Court, which has prosecutors who are substantially more ‘liberal’ than most areas in the country.
Yet, somehow, Jackson inexplicably reduced jail time for these crimes by an average of nearly half (47%) “100% of the time,” according to Cruz.

The hardcore leftists at “60 Minutes” refused to report the facts – something we are used to as honest American news consumers. 60 Minutes refused to report on the nursing home fraud, the stealing of votes and elderly abuse, the picnic drop boxes or any of the discoveries presented in the Special Counsel report. Other than “Zuckerberg grants”, Whitaker mentions NO OTHER EVIDENCE from the OSC Second Interim report. Wisconsin residents and other informed Americans have to be asking themselves this question. Did Bill Whitaker and the producers even read this latest report? Did they watch Judge Gableman’s three hour presentation from March 2nd? If the answer is yes, then those who watched this 60 Minutes segment witnessed journalistic malpractice in its most corrupt form. They lied by hiding the truth. CBS News deliberately created a “fake narrative”. The next question is why? Who put them up to this?
The overall narrative from 60 Minutes is that Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and other election officials really had no choice but to make radical election changes without the consent of lawmakers. The Administrator over the WEC is Meagan Wolfe. She says” Gableman is revising history” by making those illegal election changes seem sinister. She says OSC is trying to “weaponize misinformation to mislead people for partisan purposes”. Her hypocrisy is out of this world! She’s on a media show purposely deceiving the public, about an investigation she says misled and misinformed the public.

But the fake news media will always find a RINO in despair.

Apparently, she’s conditioned to expect fraud in elections so she sees no issues from 2020. The Sunday segment introduces the fourth evolution (below) from CBS News about election fraud in America. Ten years from now CBS will probably move the goal post even farther, maybe something like: “There were more legal ballots then fraudulent ballots, so the election was fair.”

He says it was all done with transparency. But then he never asks Meagan Wolfe (WEC) why this supposed transparency stopped after the election. Why does WEC refuse to cooperate with State sanctioned subpoena’s and the OSC investigation.

'Free-speech absolutist' Elon Musk will not muzzle pro-Russia voices on Starlink system
Elon Musk will not allow his satellite-based Starlink satellite internet service to muzzle pro-Russian news services amid a global crackdown by Western governments on disinformation coming out of Moscow about its war on Ukraine.
The SpaceX chief, who on Sunday deployed his communications in Ukraine after Russia invaded to ensure communication could not be cut off inside the besieged country, said it's a matter of free speech. His stance runs counter to social media platforms that are cutting off pro-Russian perspectives on the war.

"We will not do so unless at 'gunpoint', sorry to be a free speech absolutist," Musk said in a tweet.
Musk also said SpaceX is focused on protecting its Starlink system from cyberattacks and signal jamming, an effort that could cause delays for users. In recent days, some experts have warned that devices used for satellite communications within Ukraine could attract Russian airstrikes.
"Important warning: Starlink is the only non-Russian communications system still working in some parts of Ukraine, so probability of being targeted is high. Please use with caution," Musk tweeted.
While Western governments and media companies have sought to stop misinformation from Moscow, much of Russia's internet isolation is being driven from within. Roskomnadzor, Russia's tech and communications regulator, has cut off access to Twitter and Facebook and driven Western media outlets out of the country with threats to imprison reporters who spread information it claims is false.
"This is a fork in the road in the history of the planet," Michael McFaul, a former U.S. ambassador to Russia and a director at Stanford's International School, said in a Friday video call.
Justice Clarence Thomas issued a statement on Monday about the denial of certiorari in the Jane Doe v. Facebook case. In his statement, Justice Thomas called for the Supreme Court to “address the proper scope of immunity under §230 in an appropriate case” available to Big Tech.
Justice Thomas narrated that it’s “hard to see” why section 230 is protecting the Big Tech from liability for companies’ “own ‘acts and omissions.’
“It is hard to see why the protection §230(c)(1) grants publishers against being held strictly liable for third parties’ content should protect Facebook from liability for its own “acts and omissions,” Justice Thomas stated.
“Here, the Texas Supreme Court afforded publisher immunity even though Facebook allegedly “knows its system facilitates human traffickers in identifying and cultivating victims,” but has nonetheless “failed to take any reasonable steps to mitigate the use of Facebook by human traffickers” because doing so would cost the company users—and the advertising revenue those users generate,” he said.
“I, therefore, concur in the Court’s denial of certiorari. We should, however, address the proper scope of immunity under §230 in an appropriate case,” he concluded.
Calls to “repeal Section 230” have become a rallying cry for conservatives who argue, as petitioners did, that §230 “has strayed far from its origins and text,” and that Big Tech needs to be reined in.
The law is a section of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 which shields internet companies acting as intermediaries from liability based on what users post. Under the current version of §230, platforms such as Facebook and Twitter are not “publishers,” and are not responsible for defamation or similar claims based on user-created content that violates the law.
The case presented to SCOTUS involved an adult male sexual predator who used Facebook to lure a 15-year-old girl to a meeting. The predator repeatedly raped and beat the girl, then trafficked her for sex. The girl, known in court documents only as “Jane Doe,” escaped and sued Facebook in Texas state court, claiming that Facebook violated the Lone Star State’s anti-sex-trafficking statute and committed various common law offenses.
Doe’s statutory sex-trafficking claim was permitted to go forward, but the Texas Supreme Court dismissed Doe’s common law claims, ruling that they were barred by §230. Justice Thomas agreed that SCOTUS’s refusal to consider the case was correct — but only because of a procedural issue. Thomas was quick to clarify that he believes it is time to reconsider the protections granted by §230; but because the Texas Supreme Court allowed Doe’s sex-trafficking claim to proceed, the court’s ruling was not sufficiently “final” for SCOTUS to review.
Thomas was clear: In a case without this procedural glitch, he would be more than happy to reconsider the rules on how §230 has “confer[red] sweeping immunity on some of the largest companies in the world.”
It is abundantly clear that certain RINO Missouri Senators and Representatives want to increase the vulnerabilities in our election system versus reducing them.
The most glaring example is SB633 which was introduced today.
While this bill does have two items on our wish list which is hand marked paper ballot language and photo ID, it contains some other extremely problematic language.
Security should not be thrown away in exchange for convenience.
Interestingly at the hearing on SB633 today the head of The Missouri Clerk’s Association and the Greene County clerk, Shane Schoeller, suggested that the hand-marked paper ballot language be changed to allow ballot marking devices to be used by all voters. This again subjects MO voters to having software placed between them and their vote. You can’t hack a number 2 pencil or pen.
The following are the problems with this SB633:
1. Authorizes drop boxes by the election authority. This would be the first entry into MO statute of election drop boxes. Drop boxes break the chain of custody needed for secure elections amongst other issues.
2. Allows for 6 weeks early voting. This provides a very significant increase in election vulnerability because for six weeks the office polling location may have a live tabulator. Not just for one day at the election day polling place, but for 42 days there would be a live tabulator running!! What happens if this tabulator is fed ballots when someone can not man the tabulator, even momentarily? Even if someone gets wise to it, how would they be able to correct it.
HB2113 and HB2140 are also bad pieces of legislation that allow for drop boxes, cross-boundary address change up to and including Election Day (allows for the possibility of voting in more than one county), additional or “designated” polling places (unclear and increases chance of fraud), and no excuse early voting.

EchoMail A.I. Ballot Image analysis identified 15,546 and 16,437 ballots that did not concur with Dominion A.I.’s preadjudicated tabulation and post-adjudicated tabulation, respectively. The Audit should have focused on these paper ballots versus reviewing all 2,089,563 ballots.

Feb. 16 that, thanks to more than $8 million in philanthropic grants, it is assigning over two dozen journalists to cover climate issues around the world. The move is part of the AP’s expanding coverage of climate issues as part of a significant global endeavor to incorporate the climate into all aspects of news coverage. The announcement comes as the financial outlook of legacy media outlets is increasingly bleak, revealing how philanthropy funding “has swiftly become an important new funding source for journalism.”
In announcing the AP’s commitment to the climate change narrative—which is challenged by many—AP senior vice president and executive editor Julie Pace exclaimed:
“This far-reaching initiative will transform how we cover the climate story.”

Integrating Climate Change Into Every News Story
Part of a “major global initiative,” the grant is for three years and launches the hiring of close to 20 additional “climate journalists.” Peter Prengaman is at the helm as the AP’s climate and environment news director. Describing Prengaman as “one of the most capable and imaginative journalists I know,” Brian Carovillano, AP’s head of investigations, enterprise, grants, and partnerships, added:
“Over many years [Peter] has chronicled the real-world impact of climate change on real people and places. All of that had led him to this critical new role driving our coverage of the most important issue of our time.”

The AP’s sweeping climate journalism initiative announcement follows last fall’s International Climate Conference in Glasgow held by the United Nations (UN) and the January meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF). WEF’s gathering—held online after COVID-19 concerns delayed its annual gathering in Davos—included a panel with US special envoy John Kerry and billionaire Bill Gates (who has funded solar geoengineering for years). Along with others, the two pushed the concept that innovations not yet invented or used widely would help drastically reduce emissions.
A Feb. 15 press release from the AP explained how its far-reaching initiative would transform coverage of climate change stories by thoroughly intersecting climate with the economy and state government, using locally relevant text, images, and video from large and small markets. The release explains the mission will have “a climate data team that will help newsrooms localize stories; a collaborations editor who will develop outside projects and work with local journalists; an accountability editor; and more.” The announcement emphasized the all-encompassing intent of the project, adding:
“The new climate desk will leverage the expertise of AP’s global staff to infuse climate coverage in all aspects of the news report, including words, visuals, data-driven journalism, and graphics reaching over three billion people each day.”
Will Billionaire Funded Climate Reporting Mean Accurate Journalism?
With five philanthropists contributing to the endeavor, funding for the climate change narrative is a “big boost” for the AP. The company noted it has been “frustrated that its ambitions were bigger than its capabilities to achieve them.” Besides backing for climate reporting, the AP’s current pandemic coverage has been supported by funding from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute’s Department of Science Education. Brian Carovillano, AP news vice president who supervises partnerships and grants, explained the company’s goals in such alliances, stating, “I want to go as big as we can possibly go, and I think that should always be the AP’s ambition.”
The five organizations fostering the AP’s relevance are The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, The Walton Family Foundation, The Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Quadrivium, and The Rockefeller Foundation. Either tied to Bill Gates in one way or another or funding existing climate change endeavors, many philanthropists in the US have played a behind-the-scenes role in framing climate change as a social problem for several decades. Yet, arguably they are part of the problem. Citing aviation sources, more than 400 private jets shuttled more than 1,000 billionaire VIPs and their staff to climate talks at the summit in Glasgow last year to “bring together world leaders to commit to urgent global climate action.”
Not impressed, the European advocacy group Transport and Environment noted in a May report that private planes were 5 to 14 times as polluting as commercial planes on a per passenger basis and 50 times as polluting as trains. The group’s UK policy manager told the Sunday Mail:
“It can’t be stressed enough how bad private jets are for the environment—it is the worst way to travel by miles. Private jets are very prestigious, but it is difficult to avoid the hypocrisy of using one while claiming to be fighting climate change.”
Besides the hypocrisy of the billionaire elites, many frustratingly assert that objective reporting on climate issues is hard to come by. For example, a Nov. 4, 2021 opinion article in The New York Times claims polar bears in Churchill, Manitoba, are “in trouble” due to climate change. The article—which attempted to tie its claims to the United Nations’ annual climate meeting—declares it is now “too late” to save them. The piece begged the UN to take drastic and immediate climate change action to save the polar bears. However, according to the Global Warming Policy Foundation, the NYT article is inaccurate—polar bear numbers are soaring, with polar bears doing exceptionally well in Churchill and elsewhere. The group asserts there is no polar bear extinction crisis requiring UN action.
Furthermore, despite mainstream media’s growing focus on global warming and climate change, one of the warmest days on record in the United States occurred in March 1910, leading to some of the deadliest fires in US and Canadian history. Known as the “Big Blowup,” a devastating series of forest fires swept over Idaho, Montana, and Washington, culminating on Aug. 20–21.
Interestingly, there is data manipulation as well. According to Climate Realism, the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) has been “the keeper of US wildfire data for decades,” tracking both the number of wildfires and acreage burned dating back to 1926. Last spring, “in a blatant act of cherry-picking,” the NIFC “disappeared” a portion of the data and now only shares information from 1983 and up.

By disappearing all data before 1983—which happens to be the lowest point in the data set for the number of fires—NIFC data now indicate “a positive slope of worsening wildfire aligning with increased global temperature.” As Climate Realism points out, this truncated data set is ideal for asserting “climate change is making wildfire worse.” Still, it is ultimately flawed because it lacks the context of the complete data set.
As reported by Real Clear Energy, A recent report by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) claims there has been a dramatic increase in the number of natural disasters over the last 50 years. According to the WMO Atlas of Mortality and Economic Losses from Weather, Climate, and Water Extremes (1970 – 2019), more than 11,000 reported disasters were attributed to these hazards globally, with just over 2 million deaths and $3.64 trillion in losses in the US.
However, as outlined in great detail by Real Clear Energy, the WMO’s “study” claiming climate disasters increased was based on numbers that the authors knew were misleading at best. The actual numbers of disasters since accurate reporting has been in place show a decline in disasters over the last twenty years—precisely opposite the hyperbolic claims of the WMO.
