Twitter is blocking a million spam accounts per day and laying off employees as the Elon Musk deal to purchase the social media giant sours.

Twitter is blocking more than a million spam accounts each day, it has said as Elon Musk’s attempt to take over the company becomes more bitter.

The company provided more detail on the ways it is trying to reduce the automated accounts that are present on the platform, which are used to distribute spam and scams.

Elon Musk has repeatedly criticised the company for not doing enough on those automated accounts. And he has demanded more information on both the scale of the problem and the solutions for addressing it.

Twitter executives tried to give some of that information in a briefing that revealed new numbers and processes intended to stop the bots’ spread.

The briefing comes after Musk threatened to halt a $44 billion deal to purchase Twitter unless the company showed proof that spam and bot accounts were fewer than 5 per cent of users who see advertising on the social media service.

Twitter also has reportedly laid off employees off as it waits for the Musk deal to go through.

As Twitter continues to wait to sell itself to Elon Musk, who seems like he’s been trying to find a way out of the $44 billion deal for months now, it has joined the slew of tech companies laying off employees amid a tumbling stock market and signs of a recession.

Experts now believe that there is only a 5% chance that the deal will go through.  Musk is no dummy and it is clear he doesn’t trust the corrupt leaders of Twitter who have canceled conservatives and the truth for years now instead of standing for freedom of speech.

Police arrested Robert ‘Bobby’ Crimo III’, age 22, yesterday following the shooting in Highland Park, Illinois. Crimo murdered seven individuals and injured over 30 moreat the 4th of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois.

On Tuesday The Gateway Pundit uncovered information indicating Crimo is a radical progressive with ties to Antifa, progressive groups, and the occult.

Looking over information that was collected following the deadly shooting, it is evident the Highland Park 4th of July parade killer, Bobby Crimo, has a very dark background.

Crimo created demonic video and bloody artwork depicting mass murder.

On Tuesday morning Highland Park police announced that Crimo was wearing women’s clothing during the attack.

The local police were at his residence twice in 2019, once for a suicide attempt and once to remove knives because of his threats to murder his family.

Sgt. Christopher Covelli of the Lake County Major Crimes Task Force told reporters on Tuesday that police had been at his home one time after he was threatening to kill family members. Police removed 16 knives, a dagger and a sword!

Highland Park police says they had two prior encounters with the shooter:

Crimo was able to purchase 5 firearms even after police removed knives and a sword from his home.

The red flag laws failed in this case.

Despite all of the warning signs Robert Crimo’s uncle told reporters, “I saw no warning signs.”

The Independent reported:

His uncle Paul Crimo expressed his condolences to the families of those who died and said that there was no way he could have seen this coming, according to Fox 32 Chicago.

“I saw no signs of trouble. And if I did see signs I would have said something,” Mr Crimo said, adding that he and his brother were “very well known” in the Highland Park area.

The 22-year-old man was arrested around 6.30pm following a chase in the north suburbs, Highland Park police chief Lou Jogmen said, more than eight hours after the shooting.

He was taken into custody without incident, and no charges were filed as of Monday evening as police continue to investigate the matter.

Mr Crimo said he saw his nephew on Sunday but did not notice anything out of the ordinary. He added that he saw nothing that could have triggered him.

He described the man as a YouTube rapper and an artist who mostly kept to himself.

The man, who is also called Bobby, lived in an apartment in the back of his home in Highwood, north of Highland Park.

Anxiety to many is the all-encompassing term to describe being nervous, but for those with a specific anxiety disorder, it can be a debilitating fear of a thing or situation that does not pose a real threat.

The overuse of the word in our daily lives can make understanding the disorder confusing for our children and equally confusing for parents who try and mitigate the stress and strain they witness their child go through. This makes it harder for parents to learn how to help their children with anxiety.

Research suggests that 9.4% of children between 3 and 17 years old have been diagnosed with anxiety.^[1] Unfortunately, family interactions can also increase anxiety if they feed into anxious thought patterns.

So, what are the key do’s and don’ts for helping your child with anxiety?

How to Help Your Children With Anxiety

1. Don’t Reason. Do Grounding Techniques

When your little one is in the midst of an anxiety attack, the symptoms will influence their thoughts, making fear seem even more reasonable. One of the best ways to reduce symptoms so that you can begin to overcome the fear is through grounding techniques.

Techniques you can try are sucking a sour-sweet candy, 33×3 technique^[2] where the child must name three sounds, sights, and smells, or aromatherapy.

Research suggests sucking a sour-sweet is a great grounding technique that allows the child to direct attention away from anxiety symptoms at the moment by focusing on something else.^[3]

This is different from avoiding because it helps your child face fears by focusing their attention on other sensations and can then help them push themselves to face fears and manage anxiety.

2. Don’t Avoid. Do Support

As a parent, you are driven to protect your child from harm. So when seeing your little one experience extreme distress, it is only natural to want to provide them with short-term relief by allowing them to avoid the situation frightening them.

Some ways in which we might do this are speaking for our children in social settings, allowing them to sleep in the bed with us, or permitting them to skip school and social situations. These provide short-term relief but could only make your child’s anxiety worse in the long run.

What you can do instead is create a plan to approach anxiety-related things or situations and support your child to get through them.

Outlining gradual steps towards facing your child’s fear should diminish extreme distress while still facing and overcoming their fears. Support here could come from encouraging words and love, seeing a psychologist, and speaking with the child’s educators.^[4]

It is also important to make sure your child knows that you have confidence in their abilities. Allowing them to make their own decisions, even if they are small, is an important step in communicating that you have confidence in your child.

Saying things like, “I can hear that you are scared, but I am with you, and I know you can get through this,” are also a great way to ensure that your child believes they can face their fears and uncertainty.

3. Don’t Become Stressed. Do Stay Calm

A great strength of a good parent is being in tune with their child. However, when it comes to handling your child’s anxiety, this can also be a major drawback.

A parent’s reaction to a child’s anxiety is to often become stressed and anxious themselves, which will only exacerbate the situation.^[5]

The ability to remain calm and handle your stress is arguably the best thing you can do, especially when your child is in the middle of an anxiety attack. This not only demonstrates to your child how to manage their stress, but it will also help ease their fears and instill confidence in their ability to face them.

Finally, resisting stress and remaining calm could also help you think clearer and make more thoughtful decisions on how to best support your child.

4. Don’t Empower Feelings. Do Respect Them

A common misconception is that validation means agreement, but this is not always the case. You can understand and empathize with your child’s experience of fear without belittling or disregarding them.

For instance, if your child has health anxiety and is afraid they have an illness you know they don’t have, you probably won’t want to amplify these feelings by agreeing with them, but you also won’t want to belittle their feelings, causing more anxiety.

Instead, listen and be empathic while helping them understand what they’re anxious about, encouraging them to feel like they can face their fears.

Phrases that might be helpful for your child to hear could include: “I know you’re scared, and that’s okay, and I’m here, and I’m going to help you get through this.” This helps the child feel understood and know that they are not alone.

5. Don’t Ask Leading Questions. Do Think It Through

While this may seem contradictory, asking leading questions can often continue the anxiety cycle. It is better to ask open-ended questions or talk worries through with your child as this allows them to still talk about their feelings without giving power and control to the fear.

For example, instead of asking, “Are you anxious about failing your test?” Try to instead ask them how they are feeling about the test or even how they are feeling in general. Here, they are in control of their feelings.

Another great way to take power away from anxiety is to think things through.

For example, if your child is afraid that a stranger might be sent to pick them up, you can ask your child that if this does happen, they can express their fears of abandonment.

You can then both work together to come up with a solution like having a special code to give anyone that picks the child up, taking away the risk and fear. Here, having a plan is a way for your child to reduce uncertainty effectively.

6. Don’t Restrict. Do Eat a Balanced Diet

What you eat impacts your mental health, and when it comes to managing anxiety, supporting your child’s nutritional needs could make a huge difference in the severity of anxiety symptoms. Vitamins such as magnesium and omega-3 are great for balancing mood, jitteriness, and nervousness.^[6]

When it comes to hormones and food, serotonin is mainly produced and absorbed in the gut, and it is also one of the major hormones responsible for the severity of anxiety symptoms. You can support serotonin absorption by eating lots of fish, oats, and dairy products.

You should also encourage your child to exercise as this will not only help mediate anxiety symptoms but will also increase the production of serotonin.

7. Don’t Go With the Flow. Do Establish a Routine

As anxiety is often driven by the feeling of uncertainty, a great way to combat this is to create a routine to bring predictability and certainty into the anxious child’s life.

You can do this by having the same wake-up, nap, meal, play, homework, and family times every day. That way, the child knows what to expect and allows them to feel like their environment is safe.^[7]

Having a routine could also keep anticipatory periods short and minimize feelings of impending doom in the child. If you know your child is anxious about visiting the doctor and getting their shots, you can schedule the visit right after playtime, reducing the child’s need to repetitively think about what could go wrong.

Final Thoughts

While anxiety is not something you can ever eliminate, finding ways to manage it and reduce its severity is crucial in supporting your child’s wellbeing.

While short-term relief often seems like the best go-to, it might be detrimental in the long run. Instead, by giving your child grounding tools, teaching them to have a balanced diet and stay active, and showing them how to challenge their thoughts, you’re giving them powerful tools to overcome their anxiety for life.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Tonight, Chicago’s classless and vulgar Mayor Lori Lightfoot stood on a stage and shouted “F*ck Clarence Thomas!” from a microphone in front of a group of people attending a concert.

Mayor Lightfoot shouted, “If you read Clarence Thomas’ concurrence he said,” she paused for a moment to acknowledge an audience member. “Thank you!” she shouted in a raspy voice. The angry mayor in the most classless possible way then shouted, “F*ck Clarence Thomas!” at the audience. The MC at the concert echoed her vulgar remark as the crowd that Lightfoot whipped into a frenzy cheered.

“He thinks we’re gonna stand idly by while he takes our rights, our rights to marry, our rights to have children!” the militant mayor shouted. Is Lightfoot calling for an insurrection? It sure sounds like it.

This isn’t the first time Mayor Lightfoot made a vulgar comment that made the news. Two years ago, while speaking to the media during a public address on rising crime, she told the press she had two words for Donald Trump, “It begins with ‘F’ and ends with ‘U’!”

In March 2022 a lawsuit claimed that Mayor Lightfoot made obscene remarks toward city lawyers during a February 23 meeting where they discussed the permanent removal of a Christopher Columbus statue in the city.

The lawsuit states that on multiple occasions, Lightfoot refers to lawyers as “dicks,” and she appears to have a twisted obsession with the “size” of their “dicks,” as compared to hers.

Lightfoot allegedly caught wind that lawyers were working on a plan with Chicago Italian Americans to allow the group to display the statue at the Columbus Day parade and then have it removed from the city after that.

According to the lawsuit, which was analyzed by the Chicago Tribune, Smyrniotis claims Lightfoot “proceeded to berate and defame” lawyers during a February 23 city council meeting and asked them, “Where did you go to law school? Did you even go to law school? Do you even have a law license?”

The comments allegedly made by the openly lesbian mayor of Chicago in the lawsuit filed yesterday in the Circuit Court of Cook County, IL, are stunning. On multiple occasions, Lightfoot refers to lawyers as “dicks,” and she appears to have a twisted obsession with the “size” of their “dicks,” as compared to hers.

And on May 9, the mayor appeared to be calling for violence against the court when she made a “call to arms,” for all of her LGBTQ “friends” in a tweet:

Meanwhile, in the city of Chicago, a person is shot every 2 hours and 45 minutes, and a person is murdered in Chicago every 13 hours and 25 minutes, according to the website HeyJackass.com, which gives up-to-the-minute reports on gunshots in Chicago, based on Chicago Crime statistics.

Perhaps Lori’s time would be better spent focusing on the out-of-control crime in the city she represents and less time obsessing over Supreme Court Justices she doesn’t agree with.

Last week The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported that Arizona gubernatorial candidate announced a defamation lawsuit against a radical leftist drag queen and long-time Katie Hobbs activist who is smearing her and her family.

A deranged anti-Lake Arizona drag queen claimed that Kari brought her young daughter to a drag show many years ago.

Lake recently tweeted,

They kicked God out of schools and welcomed the Drag Queens. They took down our Flag and replaced it with a rainbow. They seek to disarm Americans and militarize our Enemies. Let’s bring back the basics: God, Guns & Glory. 

The next day, the left-wing Arizona Republic published a story surrounding this tweet pushing a lie accusing Kari of allowing her underage children to attend a drag show. This is all part of an effort to promote drag shows for children at government funded schools.

The “Arizona Repugnant” reported,

Rick Stevens is one of the Valley’s best known drag artists, performing for the last 25 years as Barbra Seville at theaters, bars and parties around town — and, he says, at parties held at Kari Lake’s home.

One of those parties, he says, was attended by Lake’s then-elementary school-aged daughter.

The Lake campaign says Lake’s daughter has never attended a drag show.

“Richard’s accusations were full of lies,” she said, in a statement emailed to me. “The event in question was a party at someone else’s house, and the performer was there as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator. It wasn’t a drag show, and the issue we’re talking about isn’t adults attending drag shows, either. The issue is activists sexualizing young children, and that’s got to stop.”

The Fake News Media has jumped on this opportunity to smear a Trump-Endorsed candidate, despite the lack of evidence and extremely biased sources.

Richard Stevens, who goes by the stage name Barbra Seville, has even publicly called for the death of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Twitter. This is disgusting.

Stevens is a long-time activist for Katie Hobbs and is now trying to get her elected Governor of Arizona.

“This New Republican Party fights back,” said Kari Lake in a press release announcing a lawsuit against Richard Stevens. Lake said she will also sue media organizations that continue to promulgate this lie.

The report against Kari Lake was completely false and she filed a defamation lawsuit against the perpetrators of this smear.

But that didn’t stop the fake news outlet Washington Post from running with the story today.

Then tonight on FOX News Never-trumper Bret Baier attacked Kari Lake over the fake news story.

Baier didn’t do his homework. He took the word of the far left Washingon Post.

Kari Lake: “I am really shocke. I am actually appalled that FOX News would take a defamatory story like that, and we are pursuing legal action against this drag queen. I am appalled you would bring that up when you have not talked about our stolen election. You failed to talk about that… I am really disappointed in FOX, I thought you were better than CNN.”

The Supreme Court has sided with the state of Mississippi and overturned Roe v. Wade.

The opinion was written by Justice Samuel Alito.

Alito asserted that Roe was “egregiously wrong” and “on a collision course with the Constitution from the day it was decided.”

“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote. “Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences. And far from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division.”

The Grocery store chain Publix said it would not be distributing COVID-19 vaccines for children under the age of five at any of its pharmacy locations.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, spokesperson Hannah Herring said Tuesday that Publix will not be explaining its decision at this time.

Some competitors, like Walmart and Kroger, will be offering the vaccine to children. But, Publix has decided that it will not follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation to provide the vaccine for children under five years old.

Publix is a Florida-based company with stores in various other southern states. Most of its locations, however, are based in the Sunshine State. 

Florida is reportedly the only state in America that isn’t ordering the COVID-19 vaccine for kids under five. State Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo said he does not recommend the shot for young children.

Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis said the state is “affirmatively against” vaccinating young children against the virus. 

“There is not going to be any state programs that are going to be trying to get COVID jabs to infants, toddlers, and newborns,” the Desantis said in response to a question asked at a press conference. “That’s not something that we think is appropriate, and so that’s not where we are going to be utilizing our resources.”

Publix played a crucial role in Florida’s initial rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine, helping DeSantis and his administration quickly vaccinate seniors across the state. 

According to the Tampa Bay Times, by April 2021, Publix was Florida’s largest vaccine supplier, responsible for distributing more than one-quarter of the state’s vaccines.

Social media erupted with praise regarding the decision by Publix. Many called it “very good,” while others said the grocery chain had now won their business.

Billionaire Elon Musk offered to buyout social media giant Twitter for $44 billion.  However, the purchase ran into a wall when it was discovered that the amount of bots or fake accounts or users on the platform may have been largely understated by Twitter.  This issue didn’t just impact this deal, it suggests that Twitter has misrepresented its reporting for years which would have major consequences with the SEC and stakeholders, if true.

Yesterday, Musk was on Bloomberg where he shared his concerns about his buyout offer after learning of the number of bots that really exist on the platform.

Elon Musk says there are three main hurdles to overcome before he can complete his purchase of Twitter.

Musk is seeking to buy Twitter for $44 billion, a mega acquisition with huge implications for the social media world — not least given the Tesla and SpaceX CEO’s contentious stance on content moderation and freedom of speech.

But the fate of the deal has become more uncertain in recent weeks after Musk threatened to walk away, citing concerns over the number of fake accounts on the platform. The billionaire could face a $1 billion breakup fee and possibly even lawsuits if he were to abandon the deal.

Speaking at an event hosted by Bloomberg Tuesday, Musk said there were a number of “unresolved matters” that will need solving before he can move forward with the takeover.

The 3 items are:

1. The main item is the actual number of bots reported by the social platform.  The company says its less than 5% while Musk and others expect it is much higher.  This has to be addressed.

2. Financing is an issue.  Musk shared that a large percent of the purchase would be in loans that apparently are still in the making.

3. The Twitter stockholders would have to approve the deal.  This is no small task as well.

We’ll see what happens but at least one expert we communicated with said the current deal has zero percent chance of closing with its current structure.  The expected deadline for the deal is July or August.  We’ll see what happens next.

Telegram adds premium subscriptions as it reaches 700 million monthly users

The encrypted messaging service Telegram is adding premium options after seeing a consistent surge in users over the last year and striving to become one of the top alternative social networks.

The app saw its monthly active users surge to more than 700 million, according to a Sunday blog post, a notable increase from its 500 million monthly users in January 2022. The surge comes after the platform was adopted by protesters, conspiracy theorists, and political organizers.

Premium users will receive 4-gigabyte file uploads, faster downloads, exclusive stickers and reactions, and an expansion of user capabilities. This includes the ability to follow up to 1,000 channels, organize chats into up to 20 folders, and no ads.

The premium tier was alluded to by Telegram founder Pavel Durov in a public post. While the company has not released the expected price, it appears to be priced somewhere between $4.99 and $6 per month, depending on a user's location, according to TechCrunch.

The addition of a premium subscription is a first in the instant messaging service market because the majority of Telegram's competitors relies on ads or paid purchases for financing.

The Dubai-based messaging platform has been around for nearly a decade but has seen a massive surge in interest in the last two years. While some users have adopted the platform because of stricter content rules from Big Tech companies such as Twitter and Facebook regarding vaccine skepticism or allegations of election integrity, others did so after a worldwide shortage at Meta's headquarters took down WhatsApp, an integral tool for business outside the United States.

The encrypted messaging app has also become critical for certain organizers. Multiple conservative groups have adopted the app as their primary tool for organizing protests, such as the Ottawa trucker convoys. It has also played a role in helping critics of the Belorussian government gather to protest the Russian ally's authoritarian regime.

Telegram has also become the primary communication tool for certain pro-Trump personalities, including MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell and pro-Trump lawyer Lin Wood.

Telegram has also become an important tool for organizing in Ukraine as residents attempt to provide unfiltered news updates amid the Russian invasion. While the platform is regularly used by Ukraine's government to communicate, there are still some security concerns about the app's encryption.

"I do have reasons to believe that there is not full integrity," Janis Sarts, the director of NATO's Strategic Communications Center of Excellence in Riga, Latvia, told the Washington Examiner. "Certainly, I would not see it as a secure platform."

The U.K.’s Home Secretary Priti Patel has officially signed an order to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to the United States, where he faces espionage charges, the Home Office announced Friday.

NEW: Following consideration by both the Magistrates Court and High Court, the extradition of Julian Assange has been ordered.

In a hearing in April, U.K. Home Secretary Priti Patel moved to solidify Assange’s transfer to the U.S. after a multi-year legal battle that had him held in prison. 

According to the Home Office, Assange has 14 days to appeal Friday’s decision.

Britain’s Home Office said in a statement Friday that U.K. courts have not found that extradition of Julian Assange would be incompatible with his human rights.

“The U.K. courts have not found that it would be oppressive, unjust or an abuse of process to extradite Mr. Assange. Nor have they found that extradition would be incompatible with his human rights, including his right to a fair trial and to freedom of expression, and that whilst in the U.S. he will be treated appropriately, including in relation to his health,” it said.

The Home Office clarified his right to appeal the decision by saying, “Mr Assange has the right to apply to the High Court for leave to appeal against the decisions of both the District Judge and the Secretary of State’s decision to order extradition. An application must be made within 14 days of Mr. Assange being notified of the Home Secretary’s decision.”

Assange has been fighting extradition to the United States. U.K. Judge Vanessa Baraitser denied an extradition request by the U.S. government last year due to concerns over Assange’s mental health. 

Judge Baraitser’s ruling was overturned in an appeal by the U.S. government in December. The move prompted Assange’s legal team to petition the U.K.’s highest court for an appeal of their own.

In March, NBC News reported that the court refused his appeal because the case “didn’t raise an arguable point of law.”

“Monday’s news narrows Assange’s options, but his defense team may still seek to take his case to the European Court of Human Rights or challenge the original judge’s other findings,” the report explains. “Barry Pollack, Assange’s U.S.-based lawyer, said Monday that it was ‘extremely disappointing’ that Britain’s Supreme Court is unwilling to hear the appeal.”

Assange is wanted in the U.S. on 18 criminal charges after his news organization published thousands of classified documents in 2010. If convicted, he faces a sentence of up to 175 years in prison.

The Wikileaks documents in question revealed that the U.S. military had killed hundreds of civilians in unreported incidents in Afghanistan. Other leaked records showed that 66,000 civilians had been killed and prisoners tortured by Iraqi forces.

The U.S. says the publication of those documents broke the law and endangered lives. However, Assange says the legal action of the U.S. is politically motivated.

Last January, a lower judge ruled that while the U.S. had a case to prosecute Assange, he could not be sent from the U.K. to stand trial because there was no guarantee that American authorities would assure his safety while imprisoned.

Amid fears that he would be subject to intense solitary confinement, lawyers for Assange argued his mental health meant the U.S. would likely not stop him from taking his own life.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) on Tuesday said he will likely vote for the gun control legislation that 10 Republicans agreed to over the weekend.

“For myself, I’m comfortable with the framework and if the legislation ends up reflecting the framework, I’ll be supportive,” McConnell told reporters on Tuesday.

McConnell is the 11th Republican senator to announce support for the gun control measure which means the Democrats easily have enough votes to overcome the filibuster.

A group of bipartisan senators on Sunday reached an agreement on principle for gun legislation which includes ‘red flag’ laws.

10 Republicans joined the Democrats and bowed to their demands.

The actual legislation has not been written yet.

Last week the House of Representatives approved sweeping gun control legislation that bans high-capacity magazines and raises the age to purchase an ‘assault rifle’ to 21.

The House passed the gun legislation 223-204 – 5 Republicans voted “yea” – 2 Democrats voted “nay.”

The Red Flag Laws by Democrats are not meant to stop crime. They are only meant to take guns from legal gun owners.

Amazon announced Monday that some shipments will be delivered via drone to customers in a California city later this year.

YouTube sensation turned pro boxer Jake Paul took a direct swipe at President Biden over the weekend, calling him out for his failures and issues as the country’s leader.

Paul has roughly 4.3 million Twitter followers and took to the platform on Saturday to express his disdain for the President. He listed Biden’s “accomplishments” in the post. Among those achievements by the President were record-high gas prices, surging inflation, falling cryptocurrency values, rising rents, and creating a “new incomprehensible language.”

Microsoft workplace misconduct complaints no longer subject to NDAs

Microsoft employees who reach settlements with the company over complaints of workplace misconduct will no longer be required to enter into nondisclosure agreements, according to a change in company policy.

Employees who have agreed to paid settlements or separation agreements with the company will no longer be bound to confidentiality agreements about complaints they’ve made regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or sexual assault, among others, according to the policy implemented on Wednesday. The move aligns with a recent state law passed in Washington, where Microsoft’s headquarters are located, that prohibits businesses from forcing workers into nondisclosure agreements when discussing allegations of discrimination.

“Separate from employee agreements, there have been times when Microsoft resolved disputes with employees or provided separation benefits through agreements that had typically included confidentiality provisions,” the policy said. “Microsoft has heard feedback that we can further strengthen our workplace culture and encourage employees to come forward with workplace concerns by addressing these nondisclosure clauses.”

It is unclear whether the policy will nullify the company's existing agreements.

Microsoft has come under scrutiny for how it handles allegations of gender discrimination and sexual harassment, with executives approving an investigation into its policies on reporting. The company “may be facing a culture of systemic sexual harassment, putting at risk the company's ability to attract and retain talent,” investors said in a proposed resolution last year.

The policy applies to any alleged misconduct reported by employees, with the company emphasizing its commitment to provide space “to discuss or share terms and conditions of employment, or concerns of possible misconduct.”

Records requests are the last bastion for the public to find the truth and maybe some hidden agendas. Like many in Utah, two mothers had serious concerns about the 2020 election. The two friends decided to team up and bring some transparency to Utah elections and their elected bureaucrats. Jennifer Orten and Sophie Anderson have put up an amazing fight for records, in a very short amount of time. Their very first website “TwoRedPills.org” went live about a month ago. Note: Open records requests in Utah are called GRAMA.

The Utah bureaucracy has become compromised from within, up to the highest levels, with left wing activists. Strategically appointed officials shielded from elections are doing irreparable harm. Many use the “R” but their ideology, policies, projects, and vendor friends are radical factions of the left: CTCL, FairVote, Rock the Vote, Brennan Center, Rockefeller, VOATZ, and worse. They openly treat conservative Utah residents with disdain. The most noticeable is Deidre Henderson (R), the Lt. Governor and Utah’s top election official (801-538-1041).

Utah has pilot tested a dream roster of liberal projects including Ranked Choice Voting, online & mobile phone voting, a Digital Driver License’s to appease the UN’s Global ID agenda, and more. The intention is to mandate these statewide. Utah was an early adopter of ERIC and steam rolled its citizens with lefty projects ever since. Under Henderson, Utah has converted to mail-In ballots, same day registrations, and rampant drop box locations. Their “geo-enabled” elections project (GIS) and invasive ballot tracking (BallotTrax) are also statewide now.

Jen filed GRAMA requests with all 29 counties to secure those record before deleted. She asked for ballot images, cast vote records, tabulator data, drop box videos, and a copy of “Project” backup database. None of these contain private voter information. The “Project” database was a wish item for Jen. These are the election configurations and settings typically provided to auditors. This request sent officials off the deep end. The Lt. Governor was notified within hours of Jen’s filings. Records requests can have some parts denied and others approved. Not in this case.

That afternoon Lt. Gov. Henderson contacted all 29 of the counties demanding they NOT provide ANY election records to Jennifer. Henderson coordinated all the counties to user her “template” response and deny the GRAMA request. Henderson then threatened to sue any County who provided election data, and sue if their denial to Jen wasn’t fast enough. Later in the day she tipped off a reporter to start leftist media attacks on these Moms.

Between 8:03PM and 9:35PM that night Henderson sent 18 messages to liberal activist Bryan Schott at the Salt Lake Tribune. Without any evidence, the Lt. Gov. proclaims Jennifer illegally obtained election data and needs the legal GRAMA copies to publicize the findings. Henderson most certainly voiced these unproven lies to others. If Henderson thought fraud had been discovered, why didn’t she call Jennifer or Sophie? Instead, Henderson advised all counties to keep election records sealed, unexamined, and immediately delete them when the 22 month retention window ends.

Days earlier Henderson admitted to the Tribune she ratted out Utah citizens to an FBI task force. These were honest volunteers canvassing the voter rolls for election integrity. She wanted it stopped. Coincidentally, 48 hours after Jen’s GRAMA filings two men visited her home. They roamed the property for 20 minutes while Jen was inside with her terrified children. Orten says “One man stayed out front on the grass and kept looking back and forth the whole time. The other was peering in different windows and on the porch. He walked the perimeter of our house very carefully”.

The men told Jen’s neighbor they were “Pest Control” and that Jen “needed it badly”. It was mid December with freezing temps and snow on the ground. They asked for the best time to catch Jennifer and said they might be seen “working” in her yard. One man’s shirt did say “Pest Control” but had no business name. Neither had business cards, clipboards, or door knob hangers. They visited no other homes and their vehicle was not in the vicinity. A detective said this is a known FBI tactic. You are the “pest”, they plant the “bugs”.

The Tribune’s activist Bryan Schott had pestered Jen all week. But these men were the beginning of the first surveillance experienced by either Mom. There were then two men in a black SUV parked all day at the corner. Another day it was two men in a truck. Jen and Sophie caught two people recording audio of their conversation in a restaurant where they hold private meetings. A cloud account was mysteriously activated on a PC to move data. A mouse was manipulating a PC via remote access. This was all due to some records requests.

Because of the Lt. Gov. threats, 28 of 29 counties denied Jennifer’s GRAMA in its entirety. Some counties even contacted their Sheriff and FBI agents about the GRAMA requests and provided updates. Only Juab County had some courage. They gave Jen copies of the tabulator tapes. A few rural County Clerks felt the Lt. Gov crossed a line and Jen had every right to “ask” for records without intimidation. Jen filed lawsuits with these 3 cooperative counties. The other 26 counties are under GRAMA appeals for their election records. This triggered Henderson to publish a statewide letter.

Her four page statement says: “Access to data to verify elections is not in the public interest. To permit self appointed, unelected, untrained, and uncertified individuals to audit election results would erode the public trust“. Since no candidate complained, Henderson says there’s no reason to provide election information to the public. She conflates transparency with contested elections, two very different matters. The letter targets Jennifer and demeans any Utah citizens considering access to election records.

Only one of the three voter categories can be released to the public for a fee of $1,050. This “Public” category is 58% of the 1.88 million registered voters. Those classified as “Private” voters represent 23% of the entire database. They can only be accessed by politicians or candidates. The “Withheld” voters are 18% of the database. Only County Clerks and the Lt. Gov. have that access. The combined 41% (23+18) represents over 770,000 voters who can’t be verified or scrutinized with traditional public oversight. Utah’s voter rolls are truly a farce.

Sophie’s then focused on Governor GRAMA requests. Spencer Cox is able to operate above the fray. Instead of using IT staff, lawyers from his General Counsel oversee all the requests for his communications. Deputy General Counsel Rhonda Bailey conducts the searches herself. She’s a former real estate lawyer, caseworker, and seems to have no tech background. Either through negligence or deceit, Bailey can’t find anything! She shields Cox’s communications from all public scrutiny (rhonda@utah.gov).

For many of Sophie’s requests, Bailey said the Guv’s email and texts were “publicly accessible”. Other times Bailey lists them as “protected”. This prevent any search from being conducted so the requests are denied. In another example, Sophie asked for messages (text, email, SM) spanning 8 years including words: election(s), absentee ballots, overseas ballots, and so on. DGC Bailey denied the request with the misdirection “we do not maintain records relating to elections”. It’s an insulting response.

“No Records Found” is the Governor’s Office most common response. The Moms sensed a rigged game. So they tested GRAMA using a known message involving the Governor. Jennifer provided precise details, between May 11-14th, the singular term “quarantine”, in any of the Governor’s texts or emails. The request was denied multiple times, not “specific enough”. A tourism newsletter that mentioned “quarantine” is what DGC Bailey provided. This proved Governor GRAMA requests are a farce and likely violate Utah laws.

This saddest example is when Sophie asked for all coms from 2006-17 with former Governors. Her search terms included key developments during those years, and listed 31 words including “Trump”. Again, the GRAMA was denied with “No Records Found”. It’s absurd to believe none of the 31 words were ever mentioned during those 11 years: (Trump, ES&S, ERIC, Diebold, HAVA, Dominion, Governors Association, ranked choice voting, voter rolls, EAC, Democracy Fund, Rock the Vote, Pew, Tides, CTCL, referendum, NCOA, etc.).

The counties play a different shell game with GRAMA. Salt Lake County demanded a massive $95,859 for Jen’s first 4 GRAMA requests. These were election officials communications over just 3-4 months with terms: fraud, voter rolls, drop box, Dominion, adjudicate, and so on. Once the County’s Chief Administrative Officer of Appeals got involved, she said “the fees are excessive”. She lowered them 90.2% to $9,397. County election officials were using outrageous fees to prevent records releases. In two cases the searches were never even performed, fees were pulled out of thin air.

Jennifer submitted a GRAMA request to learn how often her name was mentioned by Salt Lake Clerk Sherrie Swensen (D) and other key staff during a short 2 month period. They found a whopping 698 communications (see image below). The county then demanded an astronomical fee of $9,489 to process the records. After many appeals steps Jen got the fee lowered this to $1,663. SLC knew they the entire time they allowed to provide the results for free, because the search was Jennifer’s own name.

Sophie and Jen have done an astonishing job understanding the maze of GRAMA laws and the games the agencies play. Their opponents with teams of lawyers have cited over 17 different statutes and ordinances intending to frustrate these ladies and convince them to give up. Sophie and Jen’s research and analysis of previous GRAMA cases has helped them stay in the game. The stakes are much higher now and why they hired a law firm. They very much appreciate any donations and have interesting merchandise too.

Note: Jennifer recently won an appeal to obtain a few GRAMA requests for free. The public interest outweighed the need to charge her any fees. Salt Lake County sued to prevent the release, said it creates a dangerous precedent. These people at Salt Lake County are flat out scoundrels. The left has taken advantage of the courteous nature of Utah families and their faith for way to long. Look for “Utah Part 2” in the coming days. There’s more to discuss.

The world's richest man is waging a war on bots, but his real adversaries are the humans on Twitter's board.

In June Kyle Rittenhouse hired the lawyer who represented Covington Catholic student Nicholas Sandmann during his defamation cases to take on some high-profile companies and figures.

One potential target will be Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg, according to his lawyer Todd McMurtry.

McMurtry previously said it’s “​​pretty much assured that there’s probably 10 to 15 solid” cases against “large defendants.”

On Monday night Kyle Rittenhouse and his attorney Todd McMurtry joined Tucker Carlson to discuss his defamation charges against Mark Zuckerberg and mainstream media outlets.

They announced their lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg for calling Rittenhouse a “mass murderer” and to use his platform to censor any views that would take opposition to his mass murderer allegation.

In February, Rittenhouse told Tucker Carlson that they had some politicians and celebrities in mind for lawsuits.

“Well, right now, we’re looking at quite a few politicians, celebrities, athletes, Whoopi Goldberg’s on the list,” Rittenhouse said. “She called me a ‘murderer’ after I was acquitted by a jury of my peers. She went on to still say that.”

It appears Kyle Rittenhouse is ready to take action against those who smeared and lied about him.

Kyle told Tucker tonight, “We’re going to be taking them to court.”

A Norwegian feminist was investigated by law enforcement for hate crime charges and could be facing up to three years in prison for allegedly attacking a trans activist group. The investigation was based on the tweet she made between February 2021 and January 2022.

Christina Ellingsen, a representative of the feminist organization Women’s Declaration International (WDI), reportedly criticized Norway’s trans activism group called FRI for teaching young kids that “males can be lesbians,” according to ABC News.

Ellingsen also criticized the FRI’s advisor, Christine Marie Jentoft, a biological man who identifies himself as a “lesbian.”

Translated in English: “Why [does] FRI teach young people that males can be lesbians? Isn’t that conversion therapy?” Ellingsen tweeted in October 2021.

A second tweet that has been cited as evidence of hate speech reads, “Jentoft, who is male and an advisor in FRI, presents himself as a lesbian – that’s how bonkers the organization which supposedly works to protect young lesbians’ interests is. Ellingsen was recently accused by Amnesty International Norway of harassing Jentoft after telling him on national television that he was male.

“You are a man. You cannot be a mother,” Ellingsen had said, “To normalize the idea that men can be mothers is a defined form of discrimination against women.”

After speaking with her lawyer earlier this week, Ellingsen told Reduxx she had learned that the police report made against her was filed by Jentoft himself.

Jentoft previously sparked controversy after inviting children to contact him for hugs in a tweet made in 2018.

“Dear queer children of all ages! I know some of us have parents who don’t love us any more. But thanks to a [Facebook] video I have just seen, I just want to inform you that I am actually a certified mother. So if you ever need a real motherly hug, I will be happy to oblige!” Jentoft wrote.
