Capcom has confirmed that the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy will be released in North America this coming Dec. 9. The bundle will pack together the first three games in the text adventure series from the Nintendo DS, and it will give the pixelated graphics a major overhaul with fully realized character art.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney first launched in America in 2005, and its subsequent games followed in the wake of its surprise success. Together with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney — Justice For All and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney — Trials and Tribulations, all three games tell the best episodic courtroom dramas in the series as well as a wonderful overarching plot that wraps up nicely at the very end.

They are also home to expressive characters and their art, meaning the new animations will only help to play up the games’ strengths even further. It’s not the miraculous jump into 3D we saw with Dual Destinies on the Nintendo 3DS, but it looks impressive enough to warrant a revisit for old fans. Capcom has released a few comparison shots to show the difference between the two versions, so you can base your purchasing judgment on them.

Again, the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy will release on Dec. 9 in America for the Nintendo 3DS.

With the big 4th year of pony hitting us today, it's interesting to look back at everything we have done over the years and all of the set-in-stone set pieces that have made Friendship is Magic what it is. One thing that has remained unchanged is the logo.  This is something that probably had quite a few variations when being thought up all those years ago, and that swarm of concept art from the other day, revealed one!

So, what do you all think of this one? Would that stick in your head as well as the current logo? I'm liking the pony head myself.  That's an interesting touch.

A brony contestant has been added to TBS's King of the Nerds this round. The exact summary for him includes:

Thomas, 21 – "Brony" – Huntington Beach, Calif. – Thomas is a Brony, the term for a guy who is a fan of My Little Pony. He's also Star Wars junkie with a fairly large Lego collection that takes up a good amount of his living space. In addition, he's into video games like Star Wars: The Old Republic, StarCraft II and Fallout. And he's an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Expect to see it start off on January 23rd, 2015! Lets see how far he gets.

Why war is killing less people now than ever

We live in the most peaceful time in human history. Wait what, seriously? This has to be wrong, there are more wars then ever! Well, no, and they kill less and less people while human population is at an all time high, and the numbers show it! We explain how we can come to this conclusion and what the reasons are that war might go away.

I really don't know what it is about this fandom.  Every time Celestia is involved, the art levels skyrocket.  Look at those details.  I bet she uses Equestria's arts funding budget for self portraits from pony artists.
