Hey, guys! During my ED I got lactose and fructose intolerance. I know that the longer I have it and don't eat lactose / fructose the more the body gets used to it and the less there is the chance to get rid of it again. The problem is that back then I didn't even realise that I had an ED so I'm having them since a few months and started Minnimaud in the hope to get rid of the intolerances. Should I eat it anyways and ignore the pain until it gets better or wait til I'm weight restored/healthy?
