Soundgarden’s Ben Shepherd has released another solo track – hear Collide below.
It’s taken from upcoming album In Deep Owl, which will be released under the band name HBS, standing for Hunter Benedict Shepherd. The record’s title refers to a slang name for the neighbourhood he grew up in.
Shepherd recorded the album before Soundgarden went back into action with comeback record King Animal, and the solo project was shelved in the meantime. Bandmate Matt Cameron and former Pearl Jam drummer Matt Chamberlain both make guest appearances.
