Johnny Depp And His Band Facing A Potential Boycott In Sweden After Amber Heard's Allegations

by Perez Hilton

And now, Johnny Depp is starting to feel the heat in Europe!

His band, the Hollywood Vampires, is playing in Sweden on Monday night, and there is a pretty aggressive social media campaign in the country calling for a boycott of the show amid Amber Heard's domestic abuse claims!

Depp and the rest of the group arrived in Stockholm just after 9 a.m. local time on Monday to get to their hotel -- and tonight, they'll take the stage at a local amusement park for a big show.

Annika Troselius, a spokesperson for the amusement park that's hosting the show, said of the allegations and the social media response:

"We are opposed to any sort of violence, of course. But it's also equally important that we cannot judge someone beforehand. Everyone, including Johnny Depp, should be allowed to have the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty."

That's technically correct, sure, but it's now how social media works -- and the boycott means business.

A source at the hotel said the group is expecting a nearly sold-out performance, and that Depp seemed unmoved when he arrived in Sweden:

"Johnny seemed okay when he arrived at the hotel. He was quiet and trying not to attract any attention. They all seem excited about playing their show tonight."

Guess we'll see how it goes!

If it's anything like the last few shows he's been performing in Europe, it might turn out pretty well...
