I’ve been somewhat of a protein-junkie these last few weeks. If there’s a dish or a drink that’s packed with protein, I’m on it. So when Stonyfield asked if I’d pair a dip using their beautiful yogurt with the organic chips of Late July, I responded with a resounding yes!
Cilantro is one of my favorite garnishes, and since I already had an abundance on hand, I decided that it’d be perfect blended into a dip. And boy, was I right. This dip is smooth, tangy, completely addicting and tinted a very pretty green.
It’s wonderful as a quick snack, a dressing over a bright salad or when paired with Late July Sub Lime chips, a dip for your Super Bowl party! Just double or triple the recipe for larger crowds!
Yield: 4-6 servings
- 2 (5.3 oz) containers plain Stonyfield Greek yogurt
- 6 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
Place the yogurt, cilantro, garlic and salt in a blender or food processor and blend until incorporated and smooth. Pour dip into a pretty bowl and serve with Late July Organic Sub Lime Chips.
