Twitter user @mnt0217 discovered her hamster hiding away in a glass bottle after an earthquake hit Japan. After checking that the distressed hamster was okay, she snapped some pictures. ![]()
He looks like he might be stuck but apparently he calmed down shortly after and happily climbed out. ![]()
He was just enjoying the security of the enclosed space for the time being.

Joycelun from New Orleans lives with cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease which makes it difficult for her to breath. She is a big fan of Manny the Frenchie and wanted to meet him.
Thanks to a letter from her stepsister, Joycelun got her wish! When she is ready to travel, another dream will come true thanks to this visit. She has always been in love with Seattle and an airline has offered her two tickets to take the trip.

Dog Stays by His Trapped Friend's Side for Two Days Until She Can Be Rescued
The unfortunate pooch in the image got her paw stuck in a fence when she tried to jump it. Her loyal friend Zeus stayed by her side for two days. He did his best to make sure she was found. Karen Hirsch of LifeLine Animal Project told Mashable, "Zeus barked nonstop for help until someone finally found out about them and called us." 
The two dogs are happily recovering from the incident and looking for a good home.
