Supplements To Raise Your Testosterone Levels Naturally

Raising testosterone levels naturally doesn’t have to be a burdensome process. You can simply add a few supplements to your diet alone with a few other changes and you will see noticeable improvements within the period of a few months. Serious procedures by doctors can have lots of unforeseen negative side-effects on your future and the way your body functions, but these few tips will be all natural methods of supplementation and diet changes.

1. Supplement with Zinc
Zinc has been known to lower your bodies production of estrogen. Estrogen is a group of compounds that are the primary female sex hormones. They are essentially what give women their feminine qualities and also the biggest enemy toward raising your male testosterone levels.

You can use around 25mg of zinc daily, but it may be best to spread out usage to a few times a week. Try to take zinc with food for better absorption and limit masturbation. 2. Supplement with Vitamin D
Vitamin D helps free testosterone in your body. A lot of scientists believe that the only testosterone that is useful are the one that aren’t bound to proteins. Vitamin helps to free up the testosterone and give it the qualities we search for.

3. Supplement with Fish Oil
Omega-3 is a fatty acid that comes from fish. Fats essentially help increase testosterone in our body by converting cholesterol to testosterone.

4. Testosterone Shake with Eggs
Another thing you can do to increase testosterone naturally is by including eggs in your diet. Eggs are one of the best foods to naturally raise testosterone levels. Aim to use free range or organic eggs for best results.

Break 2 raw eggs into a cup with the yoke and whites
Mix them up nicely in the cup
Add whole, organic, raw milk to get maximum nutrients.
Add about half a cup into your shake.
Next add a scoop of chia seeds into the shake.
Drink this mixture 3 times a week.

Chia seeds are great because of the their high omega-3 value. You can replace these with flax seeds or any other high omega supplement.

5. Taurine

Taurine supplementation has been shown to increase testosterone levels. It has even been shown to prevent complete testosterone shutdown when exogenous testosterone (and/or other performance enhancing drugs) are administered. Normally that will stop the natural testosterone production completely until after a recovery period.

I’m not recommending to use any exogenous hormones obviously, if you want that, talk to your doctor. But it does show taurine to be effective.

“But wait,” you say, “isn’t taurine that ‘magical’ ingredient in energy drinks?” Yes it is! But don’t just go out to drink more of those as they are full of sugar. Better get pure taurine powder (it’s cheap) or get it from natural sources (red meats).

1 to 3 grams a day is what you should be taking, spread it out over the day. Because taking too much at once can upset your digestive system.

Summer is fast approaching, so it’s time to dust the barbecue and dig out the tongs. Long summer evenings filled with friends, family, beers and smoke – filled gardens are just around the corner as the first steak hits the coals. Here are our tips to make sure your barbecue goes smoothly.

Get the proper barbecue

It may sound basic, but if you want to make great barbecue food, there are two crucial things your burner needs. The first thing to do is to be a charcoal bbq. Gas barbecues are okay, but you won’t get any extra smoky flavor. You could also cook in the oven, flavor-wise! The 2nd thing that you need is a lid. It locks in flavor and keeps the temperature constant. Without one you can’t melt cheese on burgers, or smoke ribs.

Use wood from fruit trees for more flavor

To change the usual flavor, add fruit tree wood chips to your charcoal. Fruit woods are high in sap and low in flavor and usually have less impurities in them. Choose from what’s easiest to find: apple, cherry, grape, and my personal favorite, peach.

Use the right tools

If you want to move from beginner to seasoned barbecue chef, we have a few tools that will help. A long handled pair of tongs makes moving heavier cuts easy and safe. The extra length of the tongs keeps your arms further away from the grill, reducing the chance of any nasty burns.
A temperature probe is a great investment in outdoor cooking as it can be harder to tell if meat is cooked through.
Make your own herb brush to add extra flavor by collecting your chosen herbs (we like rosemary, thyme and parsley) and attaching them with some twine to the end of a wooden spoon. Simply dip the herbs in some olive oil and brush them over your meats before grilling. When we barbecue flat fish, we like to use a grilling basket. Secure your meat or fish in the basket and place an easy, even cook, on top of the grill. And the barbecue connoisseur’s final tools are barbecue gloves. Their heat-resistant material keeps your hands safe from the flames so you can move hot pans and food or even rearrange the coals.

Patience before you cook

We all know the phrase’ leave for a few hours, ideally overnight.’ Well that applies doubly to barbecues, to make sure the flavors are not overridden by adding the smoke. In fact, it’s best to also use some marinade to brush your meat or fish with the marinade every 10 minutes as it cooks. It will trap the smoke flavor, add moisture, and caramel it gently .

More patience before you cook

Barbecuing takes patience and concentration. You have to wait for the flames to be gone –flame-grilled is not the correct term! You want the hot white coals–by which I mean gray and glowing. That’s the heat that’s hottest and evenest. After that, don’t forget that what you’ve created is a caveman oven, so you need to control the heat just like an oven. The best way to test the heat is by using your hand. Hold your hand about 12cm/5inches above the grill and see how long you can hold it comfortably (without being in pain).
6 seconds= low heat
4 seconds= medium heat
2 seconds= hot
0 seconds= Hospital.
Now, please. You also need to control the grill temperature. Half-and-half is the easiest technique, put all the coals on one side, so you have a mega-hot side and one with no direct heat.

Patience after you cook

Let it sit for a few minutes after removing your meat from the grill. This seals the juices and prevents the meat from drying out. Do not cut until you are ready to serve and eat immediately.

This year I was so lucky to go and discover some incredible places. I’m probably not the only person in the world who just loves packing and getting ready for a trip, it’s one of the world’s most exciting things for me. I built up my travel accessory collection that I am dying to share with you.

Let’s begin with the most important thing you do on a journey. This is not your cellphone or mobile laptop, Nope. Nope. It’s your documentation, your passport in particular. It is a must to keep your documents safe and tidy.

Everyone knows that one of the easiest ways to save money is to bring with you a reusable water bottle when you travel. You not only avoid unnecessary plastic waste, you also avoid spending $3 in a water bottle. But the issue? Well, when water bottles are empty, like when you go through security at the airport, they tend to be heavy and take up a lot of space in your bag. Get a collapsible bottle of water! I always use my own and I love it! When I don’t use it, I just roll it up and throw it in my bag. It saves me a ton of room.

How big is your list of to-does? If you’re like me, it’s probably quite big and you’re looking for ways to reduce it’s size by being more productive.
You can leave your work feeling satisfied with what you’ve done, and all you’ll need is a few “productivity hacks” to get the job done.

Here are some hacks of productivity:

Write down the four most important tasks every day

You don’t want to doubt anything during your workday, it’s a killer of productivity. You should prioritize the day’s top four tasks every morning. Be clear about what you’re writing and write a good clear understandable description. “Research hotels,” for instance, is not good. Instead, use “review and compare hotel prices a, b, & c” to avoid drifting to other tasks that do nothing at all.

Restrict Social Media Usage

You just felt like checking an interesting Instagram post and before you can say ‘what time is it?’ you’ve invested 10 minutes in your friends ‘ status, made a couple of tweets and watched a few cats do funny things on YouTube. Social media is a big waste of time, as great as it is. Use the Freedom App to block your computer and mobile devices from specific social media sites. Set limits for yourself and be more productive in your day with extra hours.

Schedule your email time

Another notorious concentration breaker is email notifications, so giving in to any alert is guaranteed to make any task a challenge. Don’t let your email messages dictate your day. Instead, specifically schedule time for email at the beginning and at the end of the day. Then feel free to ignore it the rest of the time, unless something particularly critical comes in.

First, tackle the must-dos

While it seems logical, many people forget some must-dos in favor of easier, less critical, tasks. But if you don’t allow enough time to get the job done, this can leave you scrambling. To break the cycle, start with essential projects at all times, regardless of what. You’ll be grateful for the afternoon’s diligence.

The three-minute rule – Do it if a task can be done in three minutes

Small tasks inevitably arise all day long, but you don’t need to waste valuable time thinking about whether you should do these tasks. On the contrary, just ask if in less than three minutes you can finish the task. If yes is the answer, do it. It barely costed you any time. If no, then add it below the top four tasks to your-do list.

Perfect is the enemy of good

You probably want to make sure everything is perfect when it comes to your work. But ultimately, perfection can be the enemy, and often doesn’t exist, especially if you continue to push for something already good to improve. Instead, move on to other tasks and accept that good is often good enough to succeed.

Make deadlines for achieving each goal

A note like this means it won’t get executed. I do nothing without a deadline on it. There’s always be other priorities when there’s no deadline. It will never move up to high-priority status. Especially when a task is not really time-sensitive, you need to set a deadline! It’s not important otherwise apparently.

No need to buy a book or 4-part DVD set. No rules to follow, points to count or pills to pop, just eat the treats first!

Remember when your mom caught you eating candy, cookies or sweet treats before dinner? What did she always proclaim? “Don’t eat sweets before your meal, you will ruin your appetite! If you are on a diet, that is exactly what you are trying to do. Ruin your appetite. Face it, you are going to find room for desert no matter how full you may be. But if you eat your dessert first, then you will eat less of diner. 

There is a scientific reaction that occurs in our brain when we eat sweets. It triggers the brain to stop eating. Another benefit is that sweets are usually harder to digest and are better eaten on an empty stomach. People do not realize that digesting food takes an enormous amount of energy and this way you will end up with more pep! A word of caution in case you have some special medical condition that will not allow you to try this, otherwise, try it for a week and see what happens.

Of course this won’t give the same results as an actual proper diet in the long term, but for short-term it could work.

Best Shake to Naturally Increase Testosterone Levels

After the eggs, you will need to throw in some whole organic milk. The closest to natural you can get the better. Chia seeds are also great for omega 3 supplementation and go nicely with the rest of the shake. You can flip flop with flax seed as well for diversity.
