Days after his ex-wife Michelle Ghent filed a second restraining order against actor Terrence Howard, alleging that a recent conciliatory trip to Costa Rica went violently awry, a woman in Philadelphia has come forward with allegations that Howard assaulted both her and her fiance at a diner back in 2005.
