Oh, the irony. Apple has taken the top spot in yet another customer satisfaction survey, which is hardly uncommon these days. This time around, however, Apple topped the charts right in Samsung's backyard. Korean-language news site Naver reports that the iPhone maker beat out Samsung and LG in a massive survey of more than 44,000 smartphone owners, having garnered a satisfaction rating of 52%. That was good enough to edge out both big local smartphone makers: Samsung was given a 50% satisfaction rating and LG managed a 46% rating. The companies were also graded on a point scale in the study, and Apple's score totalled 711 points while Samsung managed 695 points and LG was given 682 points.
