PS4 Update 4.55 Out Now, But It Doesn't Do Much
PlayStation 4's latest system update is available to download now, but don't expect it to do too much. The patch notes consist of one line that simply reads, "This system software update improves the quality of the system performance." The patch weighs in at around 320 MB.
The most recent PS4 Pro update added 4K support to its media player, but you still won't be able to watch 4K Blu-Rays.
Before that, every PS4 user received version 4.5 in March. It introduced Boost Mode for PS4 Pro and added support for external hard drives.
The Boost Mode feature aims to improve the quality and performance of games that have not been patched to support PS4 Pro. "This can provide a noticeable frame rate boost to some games with variable frame rates, and can provide frame rate stability for games that are programmed to run at 30 Hz or 60 Hz," Sony explained at the time.
Microsoft's upcoming Project Scorpio does something similar with its added power over the Xbox One. A recent report said the console has the potential to run existing games at a higher frame rate and resolution. For more on Project Scorpio, check out our in-depth look at its full tech specs.

Samsung verkauft keine Digitalkameras mehr

“We no longer produce and sell digital cameras,” said a Samsung official on condition of anonymity. “But we will create a new camera product category to continue the business.” (…)
“Samsung lost its competitiveness in the entry segment with the robust growth of smartphone cameras,” said an industry source who declined to be named “Even when Japanese big names such as Canon and Nikon who have more than 100 years of history are struggling in the premium market, Samsung seems to have no option but to leave the market.”
Test: Bayonetta
Zelda: Breath of the Wild's new patch removes infinite arrow exploit

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has received its second post-launch patch with version 1.1.2.
Like the previous patch, Nintendo's notes are cryptic, merely stating that "Adjustments have been made to make for a more pleasant gaming experience."
What does that mean, exactly? It's still a bit unclear, but several Redditors have confirmed that it removes an infinite arrow exploit in which Link could stand just out of range of enemy archers so they'd consistently miss him, leaving their arrows at his feet in the process. Now the enemy projectiles disappear after you've collected about 20 or so of them.
New Zelda-Themed Amiibo Coming Soon
Previously announced Amiibo Cloud, Corrin, and Bayonetta are still on the way, and due out on July 21, but Nintendo also dropped details about new Zelda-themed Amiibo coming even earlier during today's Nintendo Direct.

On June 23, Nintendo will launch three versions of Link modeled after different The Legend of Zelda games: Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword. While the presentation didn't include any further details about about what use the figures will have, it's likely that they'll unlock the final Zelda-themed costumes in Breath of the Wild.

The guidebook for Breath of the Wild revealed that there are several items which are currently impossible to collect, including a Skyward Sword outfit and a Fierce Diety outfit.
For more information from today's Direct presentation, check out our full recap here.
