Jon Negroni claims that the last 14 Pixar movies all exist in the same universe.

His theory was inspired by this video.

In the movie, Merida discovers magic and accidentally turns her mother into a bear. Other inanimate objects come to life, too.

Magic is provided by a witch, who mysteriously vanishes every time she goes through a door.

The animals affected by the witch interbred, which explains why they can talk in other Pixar movies.

As a result, animals become smarter and gain more humanistic qualities.

Nine out of ten times, Pinterest search actually beats Google image search. Pinspiring.

Pinterest was built for *discovery* but with their recent acquisition of Punchfork and real upgrades to the search feature, the user experience has vastly improved. While Pinterest search results can be broad and a little all over the place, it can actually be more useful than Google's bread and butter product.

Google, you are SO obvious.

This is a small series of ceramic dinosaur corn on the cob holders designed by Lana Filippone. Obviously, they're the best thing to happen to corn on the cob holders since Native Americans invented corn (remind me to Wikipedia that) and are this summer's must-have grilling accessory. You show up at a barbeque and they don't have dinosaur corn on the cob holders? Grab as much beer as you can and run, that party is gonna suck asses. The U.S. Census Bureau made a March Madness-style tournament bracket for the populations of the 64 largest American cities (actually, their "metro areas," which is a little different). It's a tournament that New York always wins, but what counts in this tournament is your score at picking the winners of each matchup. I scored 49 out of 63 in my first attempt, but each time you play again, the matchups are different.
