Women charged for cheating at church bingo
(AP) -- RUNNEMEDE, N.J. — Police in New Jersey say a church bingo night went awry after an allegation that two players had taped a called number onto their card to claim a bingo win. Investigators say 71-year-old Teresa Davis and 38-year-old Keasha Brockington said they had the winning card carrying a prize of nearly $200 Thursday at Saint Maria Goretti Church Hall, but a church volunteer noticed that one of the winning numbers had been taped over the number on the card.
The Camden residents were charged with improper behavior under a borough ordinance. A parish official says it’s the first issue in 20-plus years of bingo games at the church.

Investigation Of Biden-Enriching Burisma Opened Months Before Zelensky Even Elected: Report
A new report from recent Fox News hire John Solomon tosses gasoline on the dumpster-fire narrative at the heart of an impeachment inquiry launched after a CIA officer filed a whistleblower complaint, alleging President Trump abused his office by 'pressuring' the president of Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter for corruption.
According to Solomon, a new document "shows that Ukrainian officials had opened a new probe into the firm linked to Hunter Biden months before President Trump's phone call with that country's leader."
Solomon said Tuesday on "Hannity" that the U.S. government knew Ukraine was planning to look again into activities at Burisma Holdings, an energy company that employed then-Vice President Joe Biden's son as a member of its board of directors, early this year. The report is noteworthy because President Trump has been accused by Democrats of threatening in July to withhold foreign aid to Ukraine unless its new president pursued an investigation into the company and the younger Biden's role there.
"The U.S. government had open-source intelligence and was aware as early as February of 2019 that the Ukrainian government was planning to reopen the Burisma investigation," he claimed. "This is long before the president ever imagined having a call with President Zelensky," he added, noting Petro Poroshenko was still Ukraine's president at that time. -Fox News
Watch:
According to Solomon, Ukraine's NABU anti-corruption agency requested reopening a probe into Burisma and its owner Mykola Zlochevsky.
According to the report, "The investigation then went forward, Solomon said. The new probe later resulted in a "Notice of Suspicion" being filed, alleging the existence of "illicit funds" running through the firm, Solomon also claimed."
Solomon said his reporting revealed the requested reopening of the probe into Burisma involved, in part, "unusual transactions" in the natural gas giant's accounts.
Solomon said the timeline of the alleged "illicit funds" coincided in part with the time Hunter Biden held a place on the firm's board. The younger Biden was reportedly paid as much as $1 million per year for his time on the board, but Solomon said investigators in Ukraine filed a 15-page "notice of suspicion" indicating they were "looking at the possibility that the $3.4 million paid to Hunter Biden's firm may have been part of the illicit funds that were moving through the company."
"A month later, in April, the prosecutor's office -- open-source intelligence, again -- the U.S. government officials confirming they were aware of this -- made a request of another investigative agency in Ukraine for assistance in going through these bank records," Solomon claimed. -Fox News
"That is a significant change in the timeline," said Solomon, adding "it was omitted from the whistleblower's complaint, and the question is did he not know it or did he exclude it because it didn't fit the narrative he was trying to write."

Notorious suspect in woman's murder turns himself in to local sheriff's office
UPDATE: The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office says Terrell Anthony turned himself to officials Tuesday evening.
BREAKING: Terrell Anthony has turned himself in per Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. Anthony was wanted after Jessica Clark was shot and killed in Watson last night @WBRZ

BATON ROUGE – The suspect in a gruesome attack that left a woman dead and others fearing for their lives in Livingston Parish overnight is known to incite fear on the streets of various Baton Rouge neighborhoods where he’s been tied to other, violence.
Terrell Anthony, 37, is wanted for the shooting death of Jessica Clark, 31, late Monday in a Live Oak area neighborhood. Deputies in Livingston Parish said Anthony held people hostage in the home in Watson until Clark arrived, then shot her.
Deputies described Anthony as dangerous and not afraid to kill again.
WBRZ has reported Terrell Anthony as a suspect in a handful of violent incidents over the last decade.
Most recently, Anthony was facing a murder charge after a shooting in 2017. In that case, David Walker was shot and killed on Seneca Street. Just an hour before his death, Walker's was questioned by authorities about the double murder of Harold Anthony, Terrell Anthony’s brother, and Donovan Cummings – the two men were killed the day before.
The district attorney's office says Anthony was wearing a monitoring device as a condition of his bond for that shooting, but officials said Tuesday they've been unable to track him using that device. It's unclear whether the device was defective or if Anthony had tampered with it.
In September 2012, Terrell Anthony was also tied to a horrific 24-hour crime spree in Zion City where a man was rescued after being found in a ditch, his hands and feet bound with duct tape.

Authorities said at the time, Terrell Anthony was tied to the crime where the victim was tortured for a day. The victim only escaped after faking being dead.
At the time of the killing Monday in Livingston Parish, authorities said Terrell Anthony was under the supervision of probation and parole.
