Zelda toy photography has been quite popular on Instagram for some time now, especially thanks to the recent Figma and Nendroid figures. Even myself I’ve tried some attempts in the past (you can see my Hyrule Adventures here).

But last week the official Nintendo IG account highlighted an artist whose Zelda-themed pictures go far beyond anything I’ve seen in this field. I’m talking about CaptainDangerous. Sorry Hot Topic, GameStop is the proud new owner of ThinkGeek. In the face of a purchase agreement from GameStop Corp. valued at $140 million, ThinkGeek parent company Geeknet terminated the $122 million deal with Hot Topic it announced last week. Hopefully this means we’ll soon be able to trade in Star Wars ice cube trays for store credit.
