Bejeweled Is So Over Candy Crush Saga's Bullshit

by Mike Fahey

Okay, I have to give them props for those clever progression methods. I guess PopCap's still got some life left in it after all.

The official description for Bejeweled Stars does not read “You like Candy Crush Saga? Fine. Here’s your damn Candy Crush Saga,” but it really should.

Good lord this looks like hot garbage. And bravo, you decide to turn it into a typical MMO light novel, good job.

Not to be confused with the Hollywood Warcraft film, this is My WoW. As website The Nanfang points out, its Chinese title is 我的魔兽世界, which literally means “My World of Warcraft.” Oh. Okay.

Drone Footage Shows a Pod of Dolphins Hunting a Shark

Drone Footage Shows a Pod of Dolphins Hunting a Shark

Whoa. This aerial view, courtesy of a drone, captures something not often seen: a pod of false killer whales (which are a species of dolphins, of course) chasing and hunting down a shark in the waters near Sydney, Australia. You can see the gang of false killer whales basically acting like a pack of wolves on a hunt, only they’re not hunting down any old prey, they’re going after a freaking shark.

FUCKING CRACKLE, you went from a harmless joke to a cancer

On May 15th, Sony's streaming service Crackle is set to introduce Robotech to their library of anime. This includes Harmony Gold's localization of Tatsunoko-produced mecha anime The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross and Genesis Climber MOSPEADA as well as the original Shadow Chronicles

As announced last June, Sony is developing a live-action movie with James Wan (The Saw and Furious 7 ) set to direct, Gianni Nunnari and 300's Mark Canton producing and Michael Gordon (300, GI Joe) writing the script. Frank Agrama of Harmony Gold, which is the original intellectual property rights holder, will executive produce.

Crackle introduced an anime channel last month.
