Sorry for the sparse posting, last week I didn't have a chance to take outfit photos, & this blooming hot weather in the UK is making me not bother with any other posts either! Anyway...wore as little as I possibly could to combat the heat...didn't work, still boiling, haha!
Bought this super adorable necklace from Callooh & Callay recently, their latest collection is right up my street! It's run by the lovely Lillian & Claire, I have in fact posted about them before, but they totally deserve the support, so do take a peek at their shop! I actually had a hard time choosing which necklace to buy, but ended up opting for the kittens, because, well, kittens :P
Now I'm off to melt...hope you are all having a great Sunday!

Black and white zigzag coat - Bowral Vinnies for $10. Quite a score as I think it's actually a rather expensive TS one (although the tag's cut out so can't be sure, but with the shape, pattern and frayed edges I think it's a fair guess).

Pas de robe blanche ni de smoking mais des costumes et maquillages de Shrek et Fiona. Les invités étaient également de la partie avec tous les personnages issus de la série de films de Dreamworks

Depuis quelques mois maintenant, je laisse pousser mes cheveux mais comme vous le savez, ce n'est pas toujours évident... Arrivés à une certaine longueur, ils deviennent compliqués à coiffer et alors là, alerte rouge, mais que faire???

Bonjour à toutes!
Et bien ma solution, pour tous ces matins de galère où rien n'est possible, c'est le headband!
En un tour de main, on l'enfile, on enroule les premières mèches près du visage puis les dernières sur l'arrière de la tête et voilà une coiffure toute simple et sympa qui tient toute la journée après un petit coup de laque!

Don't let this post fool you. I don't work in the garden.
However, that doesn't mean I can't embrace the aesthetic.
This is incredibly reminiscent of an outfit my mum would put me in as a child.
Let's talk overalls. These black ASOS curve ones in particular. I saw and I bought straight away. I have wanted overalls for years. Sadly, on their first wear the strap came undone. My flatmate is going to help me sew them in place, but I'm starting to like the half done up look anyway!
Buying overalls online is an idea fraught with difficulty.
How baggy will they be? Are the proportions correct? Will they be comfy enough?
Do I size up or down? Will I look like Bob the Builder?
I was lucky. Not too baggy, great lengths and proportion for me and super comfy.
For the record I got my usual ASOS curve size.
This top I also had to buy straight away when I saw it. In fact, I waited for it. I checked daily.
Why? Whats so special about a red and white striped top???

The theme for this week was Metallic. I use this theme as an excuse to bite the bullet and buy this top. Don't worry mum, it was on sale. I find these wrap tops form ASOS to be particularly suited to my shape. I also have it in red and Galaxy print. Not that I have too many clothes.
Anyway...
I rediscovered my Autograph ankle boots from last season and am now obsessed with them again.

Today I wore a few of the new bits I picked up last week, along with the dress that matches the skirt I wore a while ago. I found this cute cardigan with pearl embellished collar in Primark & decided to at least see if it would fit (I got a size 20). Obviously, it did & as it was only £14, I decided to get it. I also picked up the bag (£8!) & the socks (£1.50?) whilst I was there, along with a few other accessories.
Added gems to my new glasses...I think I like them better now?
You've seen my bunny brooch a lot, but I'm not sure if I've ever worn my Audrey Kawasaki one before. She is on of my favourite artists, so when she made these brooches a few years back, I snapped on up, but have never got around to wearing it before now. Three brooches may be overkill, but oh well!

Maubeuge : Il tombe de son scooter remorqué par une voiture
Il était 13h, ce jeudi 13 juin, quand les sapeurs-pompiers de Maubeuge et la police nationale ont été appelés pour un blessé sur la voie publique, route d'Avesnes, à Maubeuge. Un jeune homme est tombé de son scooter alors que son frère le remorquait avec une voiture en direction de Louvroil.
