You probably get this a lot, but I just wanted to thank you for getting me back into art. Your work is so well crafted.
That’s really nice to hear, actually, because I often feel like my “craft”, specifically (things I associate with issues of patience) is lacking. I can spend a month perfecting a drawing, but then fuck up the frame to the point where the whole thing is no good, or spend 3 hours on a square inch, but then be incapable of cutting a straight line in 1paper, etc. Something I’m still working and, fortunately, improving on. The devil’s always in the details.
