Dad Fills Out Daughter’s Daycare Questionnaire [Hilarious]

by Staff Writer

This is what happens when you are a dad with a great sense of humour, and you are asked to complete a personality survey for a daycare that your 11-month-old daughter is going to attend.

The questionnaire, from the Only About Children daycare in Sydney, Australia, is intended for children up to age 5 and asked parents to list their child’s strengths, interests and goals.

In the section that asks what friends the child likes to play with, Emma’s father answers: “Not ones that adults can see, like unicorns and pixies.” Under interests, he included “food as art/clothing” and “firmly gripping dog’s hair.”

When You Assume

You know what happens when you assert--you make an ass out of the emergency response team.
