The hunter’s moon, also known as the sanguine moon, is the first full moon following the harvest moon (the full moon nearest the autumnal equinox). Here the moonlight illuminates ice crystals in the upper atmosphere to give a rainbow halo effect around the moon. This is called a lunar corona

With all that pre-Christmas hustle and bustle, we tend to forget to take a few minutes to ourselves and breath. So, I have something sweet for your Thursday morning that will hopefully start your day with a huge smile and enchant you for the rest of the day. Meet Tinni the dog and Sniffer the fox. Those two found each other in the Norwegianwoods and became the best friends ever since. They spend their days frolicking about, taking naps and just generally being each other's best buddies. I never thought I'd see fox and hound friendship in real life, but hey, it's Christmas after all, right? How sweet are they? xo
